We stayed here for one night under duress due to not being able to travel across the desert to Dahab after dusk. On landing in Sharm airport, ResortHoppa broke the news we were stuck in sharm and this was the only hotel available to us. On arrival, people could be seen sleeping rough in shop door ways and there were lots of men hanging around leering and staring which made us feel very uneasy. This place should be closed down its so disgusting. all inclusive drinks are all served warm, cola/fanta etc are all left on the bar rather than in a fridge. Also the way the male staff blatantly stared at the women was appalling. Tried the food 3 times and thought that was enough and ate out the rest of the holiday. The towels provided were disgusting (apparently they used to be white) wouldn't dry a wet dog with these towels! I really wish I had paid more attention to the reviews and stayed... Read more

I gave this HOTEL quite a good review when I stayed there 2/3 years ago. I said 'YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR' since then I have stayed at a Hotel VERY near - only supposed to be ONE star higher. it seemed like TEN stars higher for about £50 MORE !!!! I am happyy to name the FALCON NAAMA STAR as FAR superior, I suspect the BAY VIEW is part of the same 'group' - BUT is a 'cheap & cheerful' alternative - diving centre. When I walked past this Hotel, (OCT) this year, it looked delapitated and D... Read more
