Nice place for couples, friendly staff, hilarious Nile view. Casino is available at the hotel. Spa as well. I like the pool cafe also, the foods were good. No parking available and try to avoid the Zoo view as much as you can. The Mall behind includes luxury brands and great restaurant.

I loved the our Art Deco room .. spacious, beautiful, overlooking Cairo Zoo had plenty of wardrobe space and excellent amenities. I'd faced some problems with the reservations (before arrival) but the hotel hotel management more than made-up for it upon our arrival. The check-in staff is friendly even if not very efficient - but then again there is a language barrier to be considered. We spent an evening at the bar which was rather nice as well. Concierge service is excellent. Location is al... Read more

On my recent visit to Egypt, we stayed at the lovely Four Seasons Cairo. The hotel was clean, quiet and made me feel very safe! One of the most memorable feature was the shower! It had a little lever attached to it so you could adjust the water pressure! OMG! It was amazing! After a long, hot, day exploring the Giza Plateau, this small feature made the world a better place!

I stayed 3 nights at the Four Seasons First Residence. The room was fantastic and all of the employees were friendly. Our group had meals each night and they were very good also. The lifeguard/pool attendant was especially friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to employ very stringent security safeguards. Highly recommended.

I stayed in the four seasons for four weeks and last week I spend the weekend there. It is an excellent hotel with very friendly staff and great service. The breakfast is the best I have ever seen! The pool is fantastic and the people serving are very professional and helpful especially Rimon. Also the Spa is worth to visit. If you need a good massage, this is the place to go! Very beautiful rooms and I would recommend to everybody to visit this hotel when you're in Cairo

I have stayed in this property long time when It just opened up. I then stayed in it again last May, and, frankly its just a regular 5-Stars Hotel with high drive attempt to be a Four Season (inconsistent Service Details, and mixed of local service concepts and the Four Season concept). Its location is always congested with cars traffic and, in my opinion, its far than the most accessible Cairo's Downtown activities. The hotel is very small compared to other Cairo's hotels options. The rooms wit... Read more

I have enjoyed staying in the four seasons at the first resident hotel. The hospitality I felt for just one night was amazing and beyond the five stars requirement. Everyone was polite and cordial. There was great interest to actually make you enjoy your stay and feel comfortable. It made me feel that it wasn't about the money. Yes it is a bit expensive but booking through fine hotel and resorts had made it worth it and more. I will be back.

The four seasons is a beautiful facility with great service. It's so unlike the rest of the area in Cairo, which is dirty, frenetic and has a feeling of being dangerous. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was excellent.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a mall beside the hotel, First Mall, it has designer stores, hairdresser and a restaurant. My room's view was the zoo's green area which was relaxing and nice.I had dinner in the Lebanese restaurant "Aura", the food was yummy and the portion was okay. overall it was a good experience.

We are from the USA, this was our first trip to Egypt and this was our first stay at a Four Seasons Hotel. Everything about our room was perfect; we had a great view of the Nile from the 16th floor. Reception, Lobby and Housekeeping staff were sharp, attentive and everyone made us feel very welcome. Mohammed and Rafik in the Library Bar were awesome. We highly recommend this hotel!!

Our favourite hotel in cairo when we r after comfort, good service, friendly faces, and great Nile views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety and service is great. the tea lounge is perfect for a quiet snack or piece of gateau. Top notch hotel. Spacious and fresh rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly especially Rimone (cocktail maker at the pool bar) and Mustafa (waiter at the pool restaurant). Nice little attentions to detail like ice boxes at the pool to keep your water cool. Lovely to watch the ladies making local bread in the mornings by the pool.

We stayed with the family in this hotel for one week. The overall stay was beyond my service level expectation that I usually see or get in Cairo. The staff will strive hard to do whatever it tales to satisfy you starting from Bellman thru front desk, room services and housekeeping tot he managers. One of the things I respected in this hotel is the staff not asking or looking after tips, which something that you would rarely see in Hotels in Cairo. Only one improvement comments that I have which... Read more

Four Seasons Caïro is easy to find. For me it is special because of the very friendly personnel and it is a "heaven" in the middle of this garbage city. For business I need to be in Caïro from time to time and this hotel is one of the two I like to stay in the most.

It was my first visit in Cairo. I was well received upon my arrival at the hotel with a drink and a cookie. The check in was fast and welcoming. My room was very big with a view on both the Nile and the pyramids. The restaurant around the pool is great to unwind after a busy day at work. The breakfast is just magnificent and the staff very friendly. The only thing I thought was making me uncomfortable is the staff coming to us every minute when we had diner near the pool. We stayed with the family for three days. Very pleasant staff and got a nice upgrade to zoo view rooms. Excellent food. Beautiful pool area. Rooms need updating and location is not the best. Its connected to a small mall but not much there. It would be nice if the mall had a casual food court. Pizza hut and kfc is next door though.

I have 2 young children and we were in Cairo / Giza for a quick 4 day stay to see some of the historical sites (pyramids / sphinx / Antiquities Museum and Khan El Khalili market). The hotel is well situated for getting to all the sites, although with Cairo traffic any short distance can take much longer to get to. We stayed in room 1120, it is absolutely a gem! It has a balcony that over looks the Giza Zoo which is right across the street. Every morning my children would try spotting the h... Read more

My wife and I went to the open buffet brunch at 4PM. As soon as we walked in we're greeted with smiles and led to our table overlooking the Nile. Then we went to the buffet and noticed the incredible variety. All kinds of meat, chicken and seafood. The past station was very tasty. The whole meal was cooked to perfection, not too light not too heavy, just right. The Om Ali for dessert was hot and delicious. Service was superb all day, we barely did anything, everything was done for us. Everything... Read more

Firstly, Egypt felt as safe as any other country we have recently visited and possibly more so than some in Asia, so if you are hesitating booking a trip, don't, get it booked and done while things are peaceful and the crowds are light. The Four Seasons was not on the original booking list with the tour operator I booked with (Memphis Tours, whom were near faultless in every regard) but selected by myself based on prior good experiences elsewhere. Not disappointed as the service was excellent, t... Read more

Unfortunately, it falls a little short in comparison with its sister location in Cairo, Four Season at Nile Plaza. NP is just newer, in a better location, and comes with better and more diverse dining options. We are local residents and like to "staycation" about once a month to an oasis of impeccable service and this hotel does not disappoint in that regard. My main draw for me is the food and while overall my family was quite satisfied, there were some disappointments that are uncharacteris... Read more

We stayed here for 5 nights during our tour of Cairo. The staff was extremely friendly and could not do more to make our stay comfortable. The views from both our rooms was breathtaking, first of the Nile River ,then of the city with the pyramids in the backround. The rooms were finely appointed and well tended to. If your going to Cairo stay here!

All the services provide are very good. The rooms with view in the Zoo side have Pyramids magnificent view in the sun set. They have two series of cleaning per day with a check from the team supervisor. The bed quality is excellent. The breakfast is a bit overpriced. The reception persons are willing to help with any situation you may have. They also can help you with taxi or special trips you want to have.

The waiter was very friendly and helpful, also attentive to details. I have to say this was my best experience received in Egypt! is not proportionate with the hotel size or level. The pool area is very nice, however the traffic is very noisy! The most value is the super friendly staff. This is the best asset they have. Due to the rapid currency exchange rate change of the Egyptian currency, the hotel charges the highest rate during the whole stay period. I didn't feel it's right. The hotel is located in the middle of one of the most crowded locations in great Cairo area. Poor accessibility! Free Internet is very poor and ... Read more

Located on the Nile, across from the zoo and around the corner from Cairo University you will appreciate the quiet and refuge that will shield you from what must be the most "honking" city in the world. The pool is beautiful. Brunch is not to be missed--it is two rooms of both Western and Egyptian fare that the staff is happy to explain and will encourage you to sample.
