Stayed 7 days at Hilton zamalek & cannot fault it lovely room & first class breakfast .. Was worried about some of the negative reviews about this hotel but they were unfounded !! Lovely hotel lovely staff & would have no hesitation going back also felt safe walking about the zamalek area . Only thing I would do different is probably go for Nile view room .

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, food was tasty with a great selection at breakfast and the snack menu by the pool was very generous with their portions and at attractive prices. Zamalek is a nice area to stay and feels safe to walk around. The Nile view room was worth It, we could see the Nile when we were lying in our bed which was a nice view to wake up to! Would definitely consider staying here again. Book this hotel... Read more

Let me start by saying that I have stayed in some pretty horrible places in Egypt. From hotels to apartments to garbage collector homes (long story). When put side by side, the Hilton is top notch. When compared to Hilton hotels around the world though, it's on the lower end of the scale. The sheets weren't exactly white, the furniture out dated and sparse, and the "Nile view" was sort of a view if you crane your neck around the corner and look down a narrow alleyway, you'll see some water at ... The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Zamalek and has one of the best views of the Nile. However, there is plenty of room for improvement when it comes to: 1. Trained and professional staff: they are very friendly but need training. Ie. The tea lounge waiter told us there was a minimum charge per person for beverages without even asking if we were in house guests. 2. The food: the food is very bland and the breakfast buffet options are lacking variety. 3. We were charged for parking... Read more

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, we always felt welcome and it became our second home. Service was a bit confused with their scheduling but other than that it was a wonderful experience! Finally, we would like to thank Ms. Somaya Kamel for her wonderful assistance. We've been going to this hotel for a couple of years, & not only has she booked our rooms, but she has also helped us throughout to enjoy our long stay and visit to the country & is very friendly. She's a great asset to the hotel.

This hotel served its purpose perfectly. The rooms were very clean and good size, the hotel staff were friendly, the location was good and the breakfast was amazing. On arrival they gave me a room with a Nile view complimentary which was very nice. I was there on business for 6 nights and really did enjoy the hotel. Shame I couldn't use the pool but overall great hotel and really enjoyed it. After staying at some of Zamalek's other hotels, I definitely will be returning here.

Overall value for the price you pay. While some services are average, overall quality and type of service provided is good. Smoking in public places is a concern, if you are a non-smoker. Good fitness center with decent number of equipment. Food choices are minimal, if you are a vegeterian

I could say we were all very happy with our decision of staying at the Hilton The suites the service every thing was great. And I would like to say that the lady at the guest relation ( Mrs. Farida ) went out of her way to accommodate us. She helped us on every way she could and she made our stay a lot easier especially that some of us never been in Egypt before and most of our kids didn't speak the language

It was a good experience at all, but seat menu dinner for halfboard staying was not suitable option, it was too much poor, i think changing this option to buffet is better even if that require charging more mony.

Good location in one of safe and high sense districts in Cairo, Zamalek. It could be able to walk in night time in safe. As named, this hotel is residence hotel, so a little bit sinple than other ordinal hotels. However, as for Japanese, it's quite good and useful that best geniune Japanese restaurant, Makino is in here. In night time, unfortunately very roudly music and songs are heard until midnight, from pool side. And, it should be imploved that the breakfast menu is same every morning.

Here is my regularly using hotel. This hotel is located in Zamalek district, where is a famous embassy zone in Cairo, and one of most safety districts, with many good restaurants, shops and cafes. Among other major hotels in Cairo, I think only this hotel can be flexible for us to go out easily from hotel by walk even in night time. This hotel is residency hotel, like as the name itself, so compared with other Hilton hotels, the facility itself is a little bit simple, but there is most famous an... Read more

Good location, nice food at breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and great housekeeping. The view of the Nile from the room is spectacular, but comes with much noise from crossing boats at night with loud music. The building is old and rooms are small. Need to be more professional in arranging business meetings.
