To say that the rooms are spacious is an understatement. There's enough space for the kids to run around. The large balcony is also a plus. The decor is a little dated, but pleasant enough. The staff is friendly helpful and the service is efficient.

This is an old building with the entrance from the back poor dusty streets. The staff is very helpful but that on the overall isn't enough to t make it a good choice for business. Breakfast didn't change during the whole stay of one complete week. No refreshments in lobby. Only a single old restaurant. The internet is of medium speed.

this is about one of the best places to stay in Cairo with friends and family. the apartment we took was spacious and has beautiful view on the Nile. the staff were accommodating and kind. the location was a bit confusing at start but then we got used to it. even though it was a bit pricy compared to other serviced apartments in Cairo, I would say that it was worth it.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite overlooking the Nile. The suite was very comfortable. There was a study which was a nice addition. The suite also had a full kitchen. Although we did not cook during our stay, it was nice to have a microwave and a full size refrigerator. The Nile view was wonderful. The staff was excellent. Our suite was on the 30th floor which minimized the busy street noise. Access to the hotel was not straight forward, but I consider this a minor inconvenience. Complimentary Wi... Read more

The experience was good, it is obvious that tourism has really gone down in the last years, because I was in a huge room and the building felt a bit empty, and only a few people for breakfast in such a big hotel. At the same time maybe that was a good thing because the hotel restaurant, pool, lift and staff would not be able to cope if the place was full.

The hotel's carpet smells terrible and the rooms equipments are very old. The entrance is on a very impoverished and a ghetto area. The street to the entrance is very dusty with pumps and terrible noise

The hotel was in the city centre. The services are average. The staff were helpful and friendly although it took us more than 1h to have our luggage delivered to our rooms. We booked a suite. The rooms were clean and the furniture was very good. The bathrooms and the kitchen need more care and maintenance.

Oh my god I can't explain the bed I have sleeped there, it was so big and comfort that I still remember it. The view from my small balcony was also the best thing Inhave ever seen till then, you could see the Nile and the hole city town. I am a frequent business traveller and as most in this category I usually look for few important things. Given that i only spend few hours (just sleeping and doing some work), I look for a clean, functional and cozy environment which translates in a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good internet connection, a desk with easy to access power outlet. I have been given a 3 bedroom apartment (I didint know this hotel was an apartment hotel and thus i was surprised). First impression: too big for a bu... Read more

Located in Boulaq it's a great place offering stunning views of both Nile river and Cairo city. The only issue is , all the equipments in the hotel are pretty old and they need to replace them with modern goods. That, would make them unbeatable.

I can write praises and praises about this hotel. The free upgrade to a King Suite, the Egyptian chef cooking a wonderful vegetable biryani for us, the excellent location at the banks of Nile, the wonderful staff - just about everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to foreign tourists who need a very safe, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay in Cairo.

Three of us stayed in this room and it was huge. The rooms are dated, that is, the kitchen and bathrooms could be refinished and the carpets need replacing but other than that, it was clean. We were happy to be able to spread out, use the washer/dryer and cook simple meals. Great place to stay with a family.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in November when we visited Cairo. We were upgraded to a Nile Royal Suite facing the river with beautiful views and a balcony. That was a very good surprise and a great gesture by the staff. The service was good and food was also very good - we had breakfast everyday at the hotel restaurant; variety and service was excellent. The only area of opportunity is that the suite could use a makeover. The furniture and bathroom tiles seem old and will benefit from... Read more
