A centrally located boutique hotel in Quito a five minute walk to the place de independence where there are restaurants, the tourist office and several coffee shops and gift shops. You could eat in the hotel where there is a delightful restaurant in an airy courtyard. The food is good and if you just want a tapas then there is this option. The locro soup is excellent . The device is charming with traditionally dressed waiting staff. The doormen are attentive and very helpful. The rooms are c... Read more

Patio Andaluz is a beautiful historic hotel. The original building is 500 years old and located in the "Old Town" area of Quito. The refurbishment of the hotel resulted in a pleasant historic charm combined with modern conveniences. It is beautiful. You can dine in the courtyard under the stars while enjoying fine Ecuadorian dishes and great service. We felt completely cared for by all of the staff. Also, the gift shop in the hotel is wonderful including interesting books about Ecuador as well... Read more

The hotel was conveniently located, within our budget. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our visit pleasant. I would recommend this hotel highly. We opted to not use the dining facilities. The hotel had a game room with ping pong and other activities. The back door opened into a garden area and patio with lounge chairs. Bottled water was available. The hotel provided excellent service, hot showers, very modern and clean.

The property has been restored to a beautiful and comfortable hotel, our room was very nicely decorate, modern bath and still retained the charm of an old home. The sounds from the courtyard entertainment was heard in the room but was overcome with whiteness app on our phone. The hotel is convieniently located in the historic district.

I stayed here for 3 nights and found it very convenient to all the sites of interest in the old town part of Quito . The rooms are spacious and I liked the old fashioned decor.the restaurant in the hotel serves tasty equdorean style food and there is a lovely bar down stairs with complementary cheese and nibbles in the evening. The internal verandas had comfortable lounge chairs as well.
