"This trip was by far one of the best I have been on. The resort staff was excellent and truly understood the meaning of customer service. The images provided on bookit.com are accurate: high ceilings, vast open space and very clean. The price we paid for an all-inclusive resort was excellent, and plenty of food choices were available. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the night life. The resort has only one disco, and it is rather small. Besides that, I would say, everything else was perfect and would recommend this resort to my friends. We are thinking of making the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana an annual trip. We had such a good time!"

"We spent Easter Week at Majestic Colonial, we had a wonderful time. The service is excellent and the staff very friendly. We wanted to bring back some 'dulce de leche', since none was available at the Hotel, one of the barmaids was kind enough to bring some for us from her home town. Her name was Wanda and worked in the evening at the outside bar. I enjoyed the pool very much and especially the aerobic classes in the pool. We recommend Majestic Colonial to all our friends."

"This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. We had a junior suite with direct access to the pool and it was wonderful. The food at the steak and seafood restaurant was great and we did not get sick as we did in Cancun both times we went. You will truly enjoy this resort."

"Our family of 5 (kids: 20, 15, 10) spent 6 glorious nights at the Majestic Colonial in August 2008 and WILL be returning! The beach is gorgeous, the beach concierge, Denny, is fabulous, the animation team on the beach kept it all fun, and we all had a WONDERFUL time! The staff throughout the resort are top-notch, from the front desk, to the restroom attendants, wait staff at the buffets, we felt pampered all week!"

"Beautiful setting, Great pool - it seemingly never ended. My room was steps from the pool. The room did show signs of a little wear and the bed was just okay but still a very nice room. Nice vanity and jetted tub. Plenty of things to do at this resort and a good amount of shopping.''I have to be honest, I've stayed at several all inclusive resorts and this one let me down a bit on service and food. Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable. The staff didn't go out of their way to take care of you, it was fine, but nothing great though. Food was adequate, but again, I expected more from a resort of this caliber."
