"Well we had a very lovely time it was beautiful the weather was perfect I mean a few rain storms here and there but all good.. The food at restaurants were good like the ones u have to order the buffets were pretty terrible but u can find something u like..the drinks def flowed ..the tours were very fun the 1500 credit that's offered was very useful the spa was amazing I would def recommend this place ..but make sure u get like100$ in ones before u go there for tips cause its impossible to get change.. The beach is great but waves are constantly big so can't really chill in the water. The swim up bars was our main area...the Eden pool was great for a relaxing pool day with very nice ambient music...the rooms were very nice the service was great"

"excellent hotel 15 pools, 1 nude pool for adult only. 11 restaurant, three at the beach pool bars everywhere, Casino and disco, and plenty of store inside you feel like you are in a mall. Moon lounge that open until 3 am with a live music ban. the hotel overall experience was excellent, i will go back to this hotel anytime, the staff is great always asking what do you need, the hotel is so big that i couldn't walk the whole hotel in my staying. the beach is beautiful."

"The worst hotel with NO Customer Service! Booking the Concierge Level is a BIG Waste of Money! There is no special treatment it's just a gimmick! You are treated the same way as the regular paying guest. If you plain to book the Spa book way In advance and make sure they don't double book your spa treatment. That is what happen to me and my wife. We arrived on Wednesday and tried to book spa treatments and there was nothing available til Saturday. Then my wife and I went to our appointment on Saturday checked in at the spa and was enjoying the spa amenities til our appointment 2hrs later no one came to pick us up, so I went to ask some one when is our treatments going to start then we were told' I am sorry but we double booked your treatment so there is nothing available' just a Sorry! In no way did the hotel try to compensate there mistake just 'SORRY' there was nothing we could do. This hotel does not live up to the brand name. We stayed March 21-25, 2012,,,"

"We just got back from 5 days at the Hard Rock. Upon check in we wished to upgrade to a family room (two connecting rooms) rather than the one room for us and our two kids and they were happy to comply. Our room was not ready yet, so they recommended that we get something to eat. We walked around and then ate at the pizza place. The pizza and calzones were very good and then we headed back to drop our stuff in our rooms. We stayed in building 5b, but at the end right next to the mini-golf course. It was a perfect spot, in that we could easily walk to the main building and it was not too long a walk to the beach and pool. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are huge. If you leave $3 tip for the maid, she brings fresh flowers and chocolates each evening and made towel animals for our kids. The whole hotel credit thing is not worth it, though. I was able to use $300 at the spa, but because the place was so booked, it was a bit of a pain to find a suitable time, but I did and I have to say had the best massage and then I had a 'four hands' massage with two people and it was amazing. The spa is nice, but the staff there does not really direct you to where the different sauna and steam rooms are, etc, but you will figure it out. Also, plan on going back to your room to change, because there are not the usual toiletries available, ie q-tips, moisturizer, etc. The food is ok... Zen is very good and we liked Toro for breakfast. Lunch we either skipped or the kids got hot dogs, hamburgers or pizza pool side. Speaking of the pools, they have a ton!!! Despite the hotel being completly full over our stay, you never really felt it because there are so many places to go. Because we had our twin 5 year olds with us, we spent most of our time at the kids pool. This pool has two slides, a bar with NO alcohol so the kids can safely get pina coladas, etc, another pool and then a water park/pool. It is also next to the lazy river. My kids made a lot of friends with the other children and spent their time either on the slides, in the lazy river or partaking of the 'kids club' pool and beach activities. This was a great bonus (at no addtional cost!). The kids painted, dove for spoons, had water balloon wars, built sandcastles, got tennis lessons, did mini-golf and overall had an amazing time with the 'kids club'. Overall this place was a great family resort as we got to relax, as well as play lots with the kids, while they got to roam 'free' in the kids area with their new friends. The staff was very friendly and would do anything they could for you. We will definitely be back. One tip: I did carry a bunch of $1 and $5 for tips if I felt that it was warranted. Like the morning I could not find a kids poolside chair with an umbrella, I asked the life guard and he happily brought me one in under 2 minutes. To thank him I gave a tip, but to be honest, he brought it before he knew I was going to tip him. Room Tip: If you wish to be on the beach and away from kids, go for building 1a , 2a, 3a or 4a. We like building 5 B as it was the perfect medium between the main building and the pool/beach. Also on the beach it can get noisy at night as everyone is eating and partying. Our room was perfectly quiet."
