"WE WOULD NEVER RETURN HERE! THE PEOPLE WERE NOT HELPFUL, FRIENDLY OR KIND AT ALL! OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY, NO WASHCLOTHS, NO EXTENSION CORD FOR A LIGHT THAT WOULD NOT BE USABLE. NO REMOTE CONTROL, DIRTY BATH - I HAD TO TAKE THE MAID IN THE ROOM AND SHOW HER WHAT I WANTED CLEAN! WE HAD TO GO FIND OUR OWN TOILET PAPER IN ORDER TO HAVE ENOUGH TO GET THROUGH THE NIGHT. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL - I WAS SICK EVERY DAY (NO I DID NOT DRINK THE WATER). THE FRONT DESK DID NOT CARE AT ALL THAT WE WERE NOT HAPPY THERE. NO WE WILL NEVER, NEVER RETURN. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE EVER!!!"

"Love Punta Cana not the hotel... way to big for it's own good. Rude, unfriendly people, not clean! Never any bath, hand, wash cloths, had to complain every day and they didn't care. Beach was beautiul but not clean like other beaches in the area. Our 3rd time to Punta Cana and very disappointed in our hotel. Food was not good, people got sick. Will return to P. C. but going to a much smaller hotel."

"We love Punta Cana, however not the hotel! This was our 3x to Punta Cana and this hotel rank's at the bottom. Way to big for it's own good. Under staffed and rude! The food was of low quality and people got sick. We could never get a clean bath, hand or wash cloth! Our room was suppose to have a hair dryer and there was none! The front desk didn't care that we weren't happy. The beach was beautiful but not taken care of like other places that we have stayed. Very disappointed in the hotel. Will go back to Punta Cana but staying at a much smaller place!"
