"BEAUTIFUL RESORT,GREAT WEATHER,SERVERS WERE EXCELLENT,MANAGMENT NEEDS MORE TRAINING AND THEY NEED TO SMILE.MY WATCH WENT MISSING WASN'T DELT WITH PROPERLY.LOST 2 DAYS OF ROOM SERVICE.WE WERE IN ROOM 7262.NEVER OFFERED US A ROOM UPGRADE WHEN WE ARRIVED OR PUT US NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND LATER FOUND OUT THE HOTEL WAS ONLY RUNNING AT 50 PERCENT OCCUPANCY.FOR A IST TIME VISITOR THEY NEED TO BE MORE ACCOMADATING SO YOU COME BACK.WE WOULD GO BACK EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE.MANAGMENT TRULY NEEDS TO BE TRAINED BETTER.A SUGGESTION TO THE RESORT WHEN YOU TRAVEL AT A SANDALS RESORT,YOU HAVE A BUTLER AND WAITRESS MEET YOU WITH COCKTAILS.THEY CHECK YOU IN,BELL MAN TAKE YOUR LUGGAGE TO YOUR ROOM,WHILE THEY GIVE YOU A 15 MINUTE TOUR OF THERE FACILITY SO YOU KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THERE RESORT,SO WHEN YOU GO BACK TO YOUR ROOM YOU CN CAN MAKE PLANS FOR A GREAT WEEK AT THERE RESORT SO YOU DON'T MISS ANYTHING."

"Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff. Only downside was that there really isn't much to do besides go to the beach and pool. There are 4 restaurants on site that require reservations. The lunch buffet is outdoors so if you don't get there before the flies attack the food it's not the best experience. Seems like the resort shuts down after about 11pm so if you are looking for something to do at night this isn't the place. We purchaseda day pass to Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and loved it!! We stayed until about 1am and the resort was still alive like it was 7 in the evening. We hated to go back. When we returned to our resort, the lights were off, there wasn't a soul out. Next time we will stay at the Hardrock because we like to mingle with people our own age and enjoy lounges etc."
