Nice hotel, we had a renovated 2 floors room with a quiet and wonderful beach view. Food and service were good, the beach is great and there was enough chairs for everybody. The resort might be a litle long to walk bu was no problem for us.

This was my first time to the Domincan Republic and I loved it. Hotel- The resort grounds are large. Bring comfy shoes to walk around on the first or second day to orient yourself. It has 17 restaurants and like 4 pools . It was well kept always see grounds people trimming the trees Food- The food was great there was a lot of selection. One thing is the a la cart often has long line ups but there are 3 buffet spots as well. Our favourite was at the buffet close to Baravo Lobby The beach- T... Read more

Grand Palladium Palace Resort is a wonderful place to spend your vacation with your family, friends or just with your spouse. My friend's wedding was here and it was beeeeeaauuutifuuuuul. Rooms are confy and clean, food is great, service and people are great. I Do recommend!!! ;) Can't wait to go back!

The hotel has a great structure and very good restaurants. The service was ok, and the staff sometimes can be a little inflexible to arrange things that are out of the script. But, that's not something that shadow the overall stay. The rooms are very comfortable, but my phone and tv where not working. But again, who cares about tv. The bathroom is spacious but was built in such a way that the water drips outside the bathtub. Overall the hotel is excellent and the beach is fantastic. I would defi... Read more

We had a great time. It took a day to get acclimated with the grounds and the a la carte dining services, but once we did, we had a great time. The pools are great and with multiple pools, you can go to other ones if they get crowded. The breakfast buffet was great. I do with they had a la carte restaurant choices for lunch though. Overall, great place, great staff, wish we would have stayed longer. One note, the casino should probably be avoided.

Hmmmm loved the place for the comical value of things that didn't work, the leaking shower , the phone that didn't work . The taps that wobbled the bath that moved the plug that got stuck . No lights for two days in the toilet lobby area Royal suites . Beach amazing , staff were very friendly and happy . I wouldn't go back but I did enjoy it overall . Some building works going on but not really a problem . You must go just to see it you need a good sense of humour . Very clean gardens immacula... Read more

This resort is amazing. One of the best I've ever been to. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I had the deluxe suite and it was more than I could ever ask for. The staff restocked the complimentary mini fridge every day and always greeted you. I would recommend this to family and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana. We came for a relaxing family holiday in the Caribbean and that's what we got. The facilities in the hotel were great, the resort is huge therefore you always find privacy. The beach is beautiful and it has plenty of swimming pools to enjoy. The food is lovely, friendly staff and great rooms.

The Grand Palladium has been a great experience. Over 30 family members arrived to the resort to celebrate the wedding which was set up beautifully in a gazebo. The rooms are good size with a nice bathroom and good air system and which were cleaned everyday. The place is HUGE and the first few days one might get lost. The food is really good. There are different places to eat and the restaurants at night offer different varieties of food from tapas to riodizio. There is a club for dancing... Read more

We stayed here on very first vacation with our one year old daughter and we had a wonderful time. Our daughter especially loved meeting all of the resort staff at all of the meals. The variety of food choices and places to swim were great and our room was much nicer than we expected. I only wish the weather wasn't so hot! But the air conditioned room was a major relief and the breeze was always nicest on the beach.

I traveled with a group of 31 and all of us had a great time. We were there for a surprise celebration for my mother's 60th birthday. Our ages ranged from 7 to 77. The food was very good and there was quite a variety at the buffets. We especially enjoyed the Steakhouse, Rodizio, the Sports Bar and Sumptuori (Japanese Restaurant). Several people made our stay extra special. A special thanks to Arabeli, Mirpil and Marco (and his two assistants) for exceeding our expectations for my mother's ... Read more

We do not take big trips often, but we wanted to try a new locale and chose Grand Palladium Palace Resort in Punta Cana. The resort was beautiful but some areas needed renovations. Most of the staff were not bilingual so finding staff who could speak English was sometimes trying. Our room was an upgrade from what we were told at check in, and it was nice with a garden view. The bed was much more firm then we were used to and most nights other guests kept us awake into the early morning... Most s... Read more

Arrived on June 19th 2016 for a family trip. There were 5 of us in our group and we stayed in the renovated loft rooms, 3 rooms in total. We were welcomed amazingly right of the get go by Delvin who helped us to our rooms with our luggage, as well as through the week that we were here, he was always there to get us around. I must say out of every resort that I have been to, Delvin has been the most amazing staff member that I have had the pleasure of knowing. I can't forget William too, the pool... Read more

However we had some GREAT service- for example- a bartender named William who was amazing! So kind and remembered our names every time... Also Jose Carlos at the buffet... Folding their blankets special and handled our children's baby dolls and stuffed animals like real guests. Our children were excited to get to the room to see what was done each day! The resort is very big and allows for all members to take advantage of the 3 different areas-we really liked this! So much to see and do, and because it's so large there is a large train and also smaller carts that come around the many 'bus stops' and you can hitch a ride on. BUT I have to say, the staff driving them didn't always stop for passengers and would yell 'another coming!' Bottom line: I might go back; my top three criteria (great beach, grounds, room) were met or exceeded, but some of the drawbacks keep me from saying I would go back. I wouldn't avoid a destination solely based on the inconsistent quality of the food but there are so many all inclusives to choose from that I will probably try a different one in hopes that I could have it all (great beach, grounds, and room, plus good food and service) BEACH: Beautiful! We traveled when it was crowded and we had some problems: ( I have been in the same hotel when there is low season) - The main problem is that there is no reservations on the restaurants (unless you are in the turquoise section of the hotel) , so basically you have to stand in line since 6-7PM (still very much daylight) to figure out if you are going to eat in that restaurant or not.
