"The facilities were beautiful and so were the beaches. The staff was also extremely friendly. The room was pretty nice and the balcony was a nice plus. The only complaints I have:

- the food was not the best food I've ever had
- the mini fridge that was supposed to be fully stocked the whole time was only filled with two beers once and then no one ever filled it again.
- The drinks were not strong at all and tasted watered down.

Other than that the overall vacation was great."

"The Staff was very friendly and at the ready to serve you at meal times. The rooms were always clean when we returned at the end of the day. Maid service was excellent. The landscaping that was incorporated into the design of the resort is remarkable, very well done. Food was plentiful, there was something for most anybody,s taste. The bartenders always happy, happy and there to make you happy! Our room refridgerator broke and was replaced that day and the front desk followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was all right. The worst thing about the resort was the smell of sewer in certain places there must be something that can be done to purge the smell with proper venting. That is why I give it a 4 overall. This is a great resort they need a little plumbing engineering.

"The Hotel was great. The room was exactly as advertised. The Staff at the hotel were fantastic. We were very close to the pool and the beach. The hotel gave us two restaurant reservations when we checked in which was great.

There was a sewer smell outside near our building and one of the groups in our party could smell it in their room. The phone did not work in the one room, but they did try to fix it.

There is a lot of walking and steps in the resort, but it wasn't a problem for us since we used it to work off drinks and meals. Overall - great vacation!!"

"The Hotel is very big. It has beautiful gardens and plenty pools. Water in the pools was very cool. The food was very good and a big variety. Room was clean and large. Internet extremely expensive about $ 26,00 a day. VIP rules were annoyed."
