"the trip was not too bad my first all inclusive trip, we had bugs on our bed couldn't not use the beach because of sand flies(i was eaten alive) italian alla carte was closed for the whole time we were there. the music got boring since it was the same over and over again my husband says he too was dissappointed won't be going back there this year"

"Let me start with the good - we were a party of 39 friends & family and because of that our excursions ended up being our own group. The food was very good...nothing bad as I read in other reviews. Pool and poolside awesome and the beach party was really run. Now the bad - service was terrible. We asked for an iron on day three and every day after with no luck. Door locks broke and opened up while we were away all day. Staff wouldn't come and fix until we went to the front desk and had to get assertive for anyone to care. Not everyone cares for a fitness center but for those who do...forget it. they shouldn't even advertise one. The beach was not very nice at all. you will need to go on an excursion to find a decent one. Entertainment...OMG it was so bad it was actually a joke. I understand the entertainment is not going to be great at these places but this was really nasty. They also lacked decent music throughout the resort. Playing the same 5 songs (in Spanish) for 7 days got annoying. How hard would it be to play a few tunes that are familiar. We are planning another trip next year and hope to have over 40 but it won't be back here. One last thing...don't bother to pay extra for the upgrade....you get nothing more than anyone who didn't pay the upgrade."

"i have been there many times and as a VIP you would think things would be a little better for you guess what NOT.The new manager lady will not help you with any question you ask her (i dont know) is what she would say, you would think a manager would be able to answer your question.The room sucked, air conditioner was junk,the bar fridge 1beer per day for 2 people,and the food if you liked hotdogs or hamburgers everyday you were in luck.This resort says its a 3.5 or a 4 star guess what try 1.5 or a 2 ,so go and see for yourself and you wont go back."
