I traveled from Nov. 21 for 7 days. And I can honestly say it has been my best trip thus far. Accommodation was amazing. I booked with air transat band stayed in a villa like suite. It was very clean and spacious. FOOD: The food was amazing. Each night they have different themes such as Mexican night and USA. I never once got sick during my trip so don't let that change your mind about staying here. HOTEL STAFF:The staff were so kind and work so hard. Sometimes they work like 2 weeks straig... Read more

We just wanted to compliment the buffet chefs & staff who put on a spectacular Christmas dinner complete with lobster and all of the usual fixings. You can really get a sense they take pride in what they do and the presentation and selection was excellent. Food in general over our stay was varied and enjoyable for the most part. The grounds are great as well as the beach & pool area. Overall cleanliness & condition of the rooms was very good. Minor complaints: The free Wi-Fi in the lobby was ver... Read more

We went for a week for a wedding and we were so disappointed about the beach, the sand was dark, brown, and the water the opposite of cristal, however the best of the hotel was the staff, always smiling saying hello! Also the gardens are really nice, the pools, the spa, the buffet restaurant has great food and every day they try to change, one night is Mexican food, another Japanese, the reservations restaurants we just ate in the French one, because the others always full!So if you are NOT look... Best holiday ever. Rooms, service, entertainment, everything was absolutely spot on. I was not bored for one second. Animation team provided excellent entertainment. Food was very good and the choice was vast. Room standard very high, everything I needed was there. Maid service was excellent. Bathroom cleanliness was 8/10 (bathroom could do with a proper 'my style' cleaning). Grounds and beach was up to very high standard. Will be definitely coming back to the hotel and looking forward to stay... Read more

Spent 3 nights with girlfriend. Easy to get to, just off of the highway from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo. 100 kilometers from PUJ. I rented a car and the drive was an enjoyable one, great scenery. Some slow vehicles and some very fast, if you are a decent driver and pay attention to what is ahead of you AND behind you, you will have no problems. All 4 lane highway to front gate of property. There are 3 toll booths, so having Dominican pesos will help. 2 were 100 DR and one 60 DR, so about $6 tot... Read more

Sometimes cheaper is not always better. We booked Wednesday to Sunday and when we checked in we were not told that reservations for the restaurants were only taken between 8-12. The following day we tried after noon and were only then when reservations were taken. The following day we were at the desk at 8:05am and were told all restaurants were full, not only for that day, but for the rest of our stay there all 3 days. After i pushed, the girl was able to get us into the fish house that night ... Read more

If your looking for a MURKY Caribbean due to a nearby river running into the sea, nine POWER CUTS in eight days and TEPID hot water at the very best then this hotel might suit you. The food, service and cleanliness of rooms and grounds were well suited to its star rating but the previously mentioned problems (apart from the murky sea which should be clearly advertised) must reduce its star rating to 3+ until the power supply and hot water system are totally upgraded.

Had a wonderful time at this resort. A few small glitches, but overall a great stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Immediate service if you need something. Erasmo Felix Lopez took care of my special needs and was very helpful with any request I had of him. The bartenders at the lobby bar were very entertaining, especially Rene. Waitress service at the bars was excellent.Pool bartenders take good care of their customers and really work hard all day running up and down the steps. The poo... Read more

Hi All, I booked a 14 day family vacation in hopes of it being a super one. The weather isn't cooperating but that's life, my family is wonderful, however, what;'s not wonderful however is this resort. 1- don't be fooled this is the furthest thing from a five star 2- Rooms are old and dirty, and I'm in one of the best blocks right on the beach 3- Bathroom are rusted, dirty, no water pressure all the time and at times no water, the towels are grey even though they should be white, the mirrors... This review is mostly about one person. The boss woman of the animation team, she wears a red shirt and I think her name is Katerina but she barely wore her name tag. The animation team on both sides of the resort were amazing. Fun, friendly and helpful until the boss came around. She was so rude to the workers and the GUESTS. She treated everyone badly. The music at the adults only pool was awful. I came to the DR to hear tropical music and sit by the pool, not to listen to slow, boring music a... Read more
