Excellent stay, and treatment by personal. My personal choice, when I am in Copenhagen. Nice location, free parking & free Internet, close to almost everything in Copenhagen and surrounding area. WE feel welcome, when we arrive to the Hotel, and is always guided the best way.

Scandic Sydhavnen is located in the southern outskirts of Copenhagen, 3 km from the city. There is absolutely nothing to see or do around the hotel itâ??s a boring business/industrial area. Best way to reach the hotel from the city centre is by commuter train (S-tog A or E) to Sydhavn station. 5 minutes from Copenhagen main station, and then another 5 minutes by foot to the hotel. We walked once, 35 minutes in along rather boring streets. Wi-Fi is fast and free. Staff very helpful and friendly.... Read more

Let's be frank: From the outside this hotel really looks like the most boring business-dump around and the surroundings are completely and outmost stinkingly bad. Take it from an old South-Harbour guy. But the hotel itself is actually not that bad. The rooms are quite spacious (from a European point of view!) and although the hotel was literally stuffed with christmas shopping families on off-season discount and 100.000 noisy kids we could not hear a thing from the inside of our room. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also very good. And at first glance, the room looked also good. Until we found some blood on the wall, next to the bed. The sheets, also had some old blood stains in the bed. In the bathroom, there where old urine stains, the toiletseat was filthy (looked like it did not get washed for a long time) and there where some dirty fingerprints, on the door. I would suggest, to educate the people that clean there, a little better. (We stayed in room 326)

The hotel is way to expensive comparing with the service and hotel rooms. But the Hotel is situated near everything - i.e. Highway - City - Airport etc. Restaurant and breakfest is in the lower end of the stars - and please have a lot of time when ordering any food - it could take up to 1 hour for a pasta course.

Booked this hotel for a week as attended some courses at the area. Good location, close to metro station making possible to get to airport les in hour time by metro. Staff at reception is helpfull. Business centre require more attention as printer was out of order due to exhausted black cartridge. so it was not possible to print ut boarding pass. receptionist is refused to print it as well.

Over the past years I have spent several times in Copenhagen, most of the times in Bella Sky. Unfortunately this hotel gets more expensive every visit and breakfast is not included. This was my first time at Sydhavnen and it will definitely not be the last. It is a modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. Worked from the bar area from about 5PM until 1AM and had dinner at the restaurant as well. If the room was less sober this hotel would have deserved the full 5 stars

I picked this hotel due to the close proximity to office. Though it's not close to the city center, a 10 min walk to train station then take a train will get you to the city center within 10mins. Room is huge (when compared to the other hotel I stayed in the city center) and it's cleaned. Abundant breakfast choice. This hotel seems to be a choice for all business traveler and it's quite busy during my stay. I had 1 dinner at restaurant, food is decent.

Well, the room was big and had potential, then you find the used rubber hanging on the trash-bin in the bathroom and notice the dust and used hair-gel container on the wardrobe, the broken lamp in the hall.. Simply the worst stay I've had hotel and otherwise. If you plan on leaving complementary rubbers in the rooms leave unused ones please..
