.The room is spacy-location is 15 min.from the centre. Isolated, without restaurants nearby. Amenities poor. Cleaning bad. I must confess, that after my comments, I received a very nice email from the hotel, offering me a 'free' night-stay. Very few hotels give a prompt reply and good explanations !

The rooms i have stayed at appear run down and in severe need of refurbishment. Frontdesk is well staffed but odly enough the hotel has not figured out that its poor location drives guests into the restaurant and bar that is understaffed. The restaurant is advertised as being busy all hours after 19:00. It is not busy due to many guests but rather due to staff being indifferent to wait time and not paying attention to guests. We spent more than 20 minutes waiting in line even when there were sev... Read more

Fairly typical business hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Bed comfortable and fairly firm which I like. Wet room rather than bath/shower combination. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food in the restaurant is good. This hotel is very close to the station and just two stops from Copenhagen Central. The area around the hotel itself is quite industrial but as I'm on business this is fine. I love the Scandic free WiFi. My phone picked this up and connected immediately following a stay at Scandi... The hotel is good for a business trip and has all facilities you can ask for, with friendly staff, a very efficient check-in/check-out and an excellent breakfast. About 10min walk from the Hotel the Westerbro area starts which offers a nice selection of bars at night, whilst the immediate surroundings of the hotel are rather uneventful. The close proximity to public transport is a bonus. The ground floor rooms close to the lobby are quite noisy, avoid.

The rooms are dated with old furniture, holes in the walls where the TV set used to be, very squeaky floors (not just mine but also the room above which means you cannot sleep until the other guests stop walking), shower is only a separation by a curtain or a Plexiglas. Not a 4* standard and surely not for that price. Staff is helpful but not particularly friendly, food is good though and plenty of choice at breakfast.

A budget hotel outside main city. Bus stop and metro station 5 mins away. Staff friendly. Rooms are ok, nothing incredible. Plain but functional and clean. Bathroom was small with last minute changes like shower glass doors that take up all bathroom space. No locker in room, no fridge. Like i said....plain.

Please verify that areas look clean , like smoking area entrance ( revolving door ) and rooms from, especially the bathrooms are clean and with some details for the customer as bathing cap or a small sponge

Honestly, not much to say. It's an average hotel. Rooms are quite cold, boring, but clean and functional. My room was located quite far from reception, as hotel itself is not high but more wide, so you need a walk to get to reception and dinner room. Food - nothing special. All prepared meals are fine, tasty, but don't expect wide choice of it. This is more business traveler hotel, located in some half industry/half suburb zone, so if you want sightseeing from it, be aware that you need to rent ... Read more

The hotel rooms are clean and quiet, public areas well maintained, friendly welcoming staff and an excellent, and for Scandinavia, not too expensive restaurant. Hotel is a train ride from the city center but that is a small minus to an otherwise fantastic stay

This hotel is perfect to visit Copenhagen, close to metro station Line A, two stop and you are in the city center next to Tivoli park. The room are OK, even available for smokers people. The breakfast is very varied and supper enough for long day. Near Metro station there one supermarket and pizza/kebab. I strongly recommend this hotel

We stayed here one night pre-cruise in late May 2016. We had a superior family room in the new wing and even had a large balcony. The room was large and the bed comfy; our sons slept on the fold-out couch and even it was comfy. Since we were just waiting to get on the ship the next day, we didn't do any sight-seeing, but enjoyed the putt-putt course at the hotel, as well as the large outdoor chess board and the lovely courtyard. We were tired after our long flight and ended up eating dinner in... Read more

Great breakfast, spacious room on the ground floor- wished there was a kettle in the room. We couldn't open the curtains as our room was right next to the car park so barely had any privacy. Friendly staff at reception. The hotel is close to the metro station (not the nicest walk at night though). Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is not well located if you're interested in central Copenhagen and the tourist areas. The hotel is in a warehouse district. It's got a nice lobby but our particular room was so so so dusty that we were coughing and gagging. We went down to the front desk, there were no other rooms, so they sent the front desk attendant up to clean the room. It was a bit better, but not that great. The beds were also a bit soft for my liking. I went to the bar, but the service was horrible, I never g... Read more

The Scandic Hotels in Denmark were some years ago very nice. Now they are getting worn out, this hotel belongs to this category. I had a Standard room. The room in itself was okay and fairly modern, but the bathrooms does not live up to the standards of today and the price Level which Scandic is asking for. Maybe you need to book a better room category, but then this hotel gets too expensive compared to what else you can have in Copenhagen. The location and the friendly staff is a plus for this... Stayed here for 3 nights in a double room. It was comfortable enough for 2 of us. Rooms are clean and breakfast is amazing! Most importantly, the staff were always available and happy to help. I was always at the front desk asking for directions or to suggest something for us to do. All the staff we dealt with her patient and helpful. Only thing that may be an issue is that you have to catch a train to the city centre, but it is only two stops and very easy. Honestly recommend staying here.

This is a good hotel to stay at in Copenhagen. Nicely located near the train/metro station and good rooms, excellent breakfast arrangement. It is also possible to just walk from the hotel to the center (about 30 minutes). Highly Recommended.

Location - just a little too far out of town to be able to walk, and not an attractive area. Taxis were very variable, waited over 10 minutes at one point even though one had been ordered. Large hotel - with big spacious reception area. very good breakfast selection, although a bit canteen-like. Room was okay - but like all Scandics, no refreshments or water in the room - all these can be bought in reception. There was a gym which I didnt try. Reception efficient. Was very expensive - but I think... Read more

The problem that I faced was- after asking repeatedly for tea bag and sugar, I was denied arrogantly, even though I said that I would get the hot water from downstairs. I was obviously denied kettle as well. My 3 nights stay was a nightmare. I ordered for room service for 2 cups of tea- they said we dont deliver tea. I had travelled half of the world!!! And this is the first time I faced this problem and later on I heard that As I am an Indian or Asian whatever they may call it- they dont prov... Read more

I have stayed there for 5 days. It was a nice place, very clean and spacious. The service was good, the breakfast very abundant and with a vast choice of foods, and within minutes you could reach the center. I have been here two years ago and still have very good memories from this hotel
