The Radisson Blu is a tower hotel, right on the bus line - within minutes to downtown area/attractions! Staff here are wonderful - going above and beyond for guests. There are 3 restaurants in the lobby area, plus a lobby bar and some shops, and a casino. Our room was large and modern, on the 6th floor facing the main road. Road noise was minimal as the windows (when closed) maintained the quiet of the room. Other than inside the hotel, there are no restaurants or shops around there, except... Read more

The hotel has perfect location. The staff are excellent. Breakfast menu more than sufficient with a couple of excellent items - traditional Danish cookies, smoothie. Impossible to control AC. Too thick blanket and rather noisy (main street).

Paid for a junior suite for 2 but when we got there they told us the price was for 1 and it was an extra $30 for the second person on top of the super expensive rates. Room was two rooms but still pretty small. NO AIR CONDITIONING IN HOTEL ROOMS. Hotel was built without it, they give you a small fan. Breakfast is varied but not much for the American palate. I ordered eggs, as stated I could, two different days, but never got them. Breakfast buffet is very overpriced and very overrated. Ate at th... Read more

I stayed one night on a business trip during a spell of glorious early summer weather. I heard people complain about no AC (see other reviews) but I was OK with that. The hotel and all interiors were old. Not worn out but old in design, materials and space arrangements. Staff did not know if there was a sauna in the hotel or not. The room was too hot to be able to sleep, and adjusting the ventilation did not make any difference. Obviously something was broken? I would have been ok with these matters if I had paid 50 euros for the room but not 280 euros as I did. I will use other hotels next time.

Put up in this hotel after SAS airline delayed flights and needed to stop overnight. Food (put on by SAS) was dreadful. Purchased own food and much better. Breakfast before 0600 was a cup of coffee and an apple. TV is room didn't work properly. Bit dated in the hotel rooms. Didn't cost me for the room as SAS paid, but if I did wasn't the best experience ever.

The staff here were lovely, and as it was our honeymoon we were gifted some chocolates and a bottle of champagne which was a lovely start. Unfortunately it's a little bit out of the way and a good 15/20min walk from the main attractions. We were looking forward to the wine bar on the 25th floor, which is still mentioned in the folder in the room, however this has seemingly been closed a good while. The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. Very lively in the lobby area and has great dinning options (Japanese, International and Thai restaurants.). It is definitively not a charming or cute hotel but compared to the really limited options of hotels in Copenhagen, I consider this one to be a good value for money. I would never go back to this Hotel. Its old and stuffy, it just felt depressing. The rooms were very small and certain items were not very clean. The room was very nice and modern. The bed was very springy, but comfortable, and the room had very good lighting all around. Our vacation rental fell through, but we were able to get two last minute rooms, much to our relief. The rooms were comfortable, the wifi very fast, and the hotel was located about a 20 minute walk from city center. Hotels in Copenhagen seem to have travellers over a barrel. They are expensive and do not seem to offer a lot. My stay here was as expected. I've stayed in other Radisson hotels in Scandinavia and it was similar - efficient, mid range, basic, a little dated. What I was not expecting though - NO AIRCON. I'm sure this isn't an issue for most of the year but the week I was there it was very warm and I found the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. The hotel provided a small fan which broke with... Stayed in this hotel on business. The location is nice, just a few minutes walk from central Copenhagen. Stayed during the last week of July and the hotel was absolutely packed. It seems like there were several tour groups all staying there at once. We were on the 17th floor and it took forever to get down the elevator in the morning and the breakfast was very crowded. It would have been nice if management would have opened up more area for the breakfast and laid out a couple more buffets. The r... Read more

A tired hotel that could use a gutting of the rooms (including the addition of air conditioning) and hallways. Staff was good but that didn't compensate for the rooms. They cater to flight crews and group tours so maybe that keeps the in business. It's a shame because the location is great (15 min walk to tivoli, 15 min taxi to airport, near bus and metro). There are better choices.

This hotel could have been so much better. The rooms are too small, especially the bathroom. The TV is very small and the quality of the picture is barely acceptable. The best feature of this hotel is the restaurant and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are very good but Celso provided us with that extra service at breakfast that was quite exceptional. He is a real asset to this hotel. The position in the centre of the city is so convenient.

Been there before, years back, and this time, it was all to busy with loads of guests from all over the world, that you as a single guest, was overlooked. Bar crowded and very tired personnel. We found this to be a pretty average hotel. The nice thing about it is that it's one of the tallest landmarks in Copenhagen, so it was easy to find. There was confusion when our tour checked in and we had to wait about 45 minutes to get our rooms. The rooms were small and showing their age. However, they were clean. Probably wouldn't recommend at this time, but I'm sure it will be great after a remodel.

The hotel is ok but not very close to the city center. The main issue I had was the noise--the rooms have very thin walls and cannot keep the noise out. You can practically hear if your neighbor snores loudly. The street noise is also substantial no matter what floor you are staying on. Breakfast and internet are good. Staff is very friendly.
