The commuter train stopped just behind the hotel We were able to get back and forth to the airport as well as take day trip into the city center by just walking out and getting on the train. The train runs every few minutes 24/7. Our hotel was pleasant with helpful staff. Breakfast was included and was a full fare!! Our room was comfortable and clean. We got a bit warm, but opened the windows. I think there is no air conditioning.

This hotel that looks a bit like a prison from outside reminds me of Finnish hotel chain Rantasipi that is never a good benchmark. Rooms have a shabby look, especially the wall-to-wall carpet. There is no air-conditioning (but a battery and a ventilator), no minibar, no wardrobe. For a woman on a business trip not having an ironing board is also a minus. Worse than the room is the bathroom that is extremely small and smells like mould. Only accessory you'll find there is soap. Few nice features ... Read more

I stayed one night at this hotel during a business trip. It is located close to CPH airport and is easily and quickly accessible via the metro (only 2 stops). Staff at reception was very friendly and the room comfortable. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Had also dinner at the restaurant but found it too expensive in relation to the portions offered.

Close to airport and metro, convenient for meetings. Average standard, seems to getting a bit "tired" (floors, shower, etc.), no air-condition (at least not in the room I got). Quiet neighbourhood. Not the place for a private stay, would prefer something downtown or with more "personal character".

We needed a room for the night before a very early flight out at CPH. The room had no AC and this was not indicated anywhere on their website nor was it mentioned when we spoke with them and checked in. Normally, it's no so warm this time of year, early June but it was the week of > 80F temps. We had to open the windows which is normally not an issue for me except there are no screens, so bugs were flying in from the lights we needed to have on and the room took forever to cool down. We booked one night at this hotel after we arrived from a cruise. We were looking for a place close to public transportation. This was perfect because it is next to the metro station. It is two stops from the airport in one direction and about five stops in the other direction to get you into the heart of Copenhagen. The things that I found to be unusual were that you need your room "key" to operate the elevator and also to turn on the power in your rooms. I guess that is one way to ensure that... Read more

Staff is friendly, but beds are old and you roll to the middle of the bed as they are worn down. Breakfast used to be good, but after going "mindful" there is no food left, there are plenty of books and nice wooden boxes on the buffet, but the food is gone after their new concept. Must be tough for the staff to constantly fill up the small bowls of tomatoes, cucumbers. If you want to take a photo of a nice looking breakfast buffet it's here, but if you want something to eat, other than books, b... Read more

This hotel does not have air conditioning so we had to sleep with open windows. Our room was above the outdoor bar area. Our no smoking room was filled with cigar and cigarette smoke and loud voices throughout the night from the outside patio. We brought this to the front desk clerk's attention, twice but no solution. Very tired today.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. Was surprised that Air-Conditioning is not a standard feature in all rooms, but a business-class feature, and that too at the price we paid. This aspect is not very apparent during the booking process. Prospective customers are well advised to check this carefully as in sweltering June, it could get quite uncomfortable. We stayed on as we had to keep our luggage in one place since we had to travel light for a cruise as then be back to Copenhagen. Surprisin... Read more

We were warmly greeted by the staff and our rooms were clean. Really enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen. The hotel was in a brilliant location, 5mins from the airport and only 15mins into the centre of the city. We are very keen runners, so it was great having Amager Strandpark so close by and the start of their parkrun is only 15mins jog away. Oresund is the nearest metro station.

Certainly a good point about this hotel is it's ease for accessing the Copenhagen airport, the hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the metro station that is 2 stops from the airport - so you can leave the hotel and be at the airport in 10 minutes (trains run every 5 minutes or so). But the hotel is also close to the beach (about a 10 minute walk) It's a nice beach (with sand brought in from Saudi) with an interesting timber structure for swimming from or sun baking on, there is also a nice restau... Stayed at the hotel just for a few hours. Impression is generally good, in the short time we stayed there. No ability to control the temperature in the room other than to have the window open. We were three people, with extra bed. They do not serve breakfast until 0530, this is a pity hence the proximity to the airport and early departures. Summary: decent hotel only two metro stops away from the airport (CPH) and to a totally different price than, say Hilton. Staying there happily again.

Nice hotel if you are staying one night before an early flight. Conveniently located right beside the metro that in 3 minutes takes you to the airport. I had to stay a few nights in Copenhagen on business near the airport, and my company booked this hotel for me. Simply speaking, the Park Inn has most of what you'd expect from an airport hotel where most people stay for a night then leave, but has a few things going for it that separate it from hotels of this quality and price range. This is a fairly simple functional value for money hotel which is close to Copenhagen airport - a simple two stops on the metro. I found the general areas of the hotel to be very clean and modern as befits a Park Inn Radisson - although my bedroom felt a bit dated. I also found that as it was very hot during my stay, the bedroom air conditioning did not seem that effective. Staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly - although as other reviewers have commented the bar service was ve... Read more

The hotel is 2 stations away from the Copenhagen airport on the metro i.e. less than 5 minutes away. It is in a super quite location. The hotel is large and airy and I loved the relaxing feel. The staff at check-in were in extremely good mood or so I thought until I met more Danes and they were all extremely cheerful and happy to talk. Checked in super fast. The room was large and spacious. Very well appointed. The corridors smelt good. the wifi was fast. The breakfast was good. And by that sam... Read more

I'd say this falls in the category of "standard Park Inn quality". No major surprises, but I must admit that the room rate with 185e/night during the week is quite high. Transportation from the airport costs 24kr and takes around 5 minutes. Very convenient, given that the trains run every 6 minutes. The surrounding area is pretty boring, so I'd say this place mostly caters to people who want to stay close to the airport. All in all a decent stay, but nothing outstanding.

We needed a post-cruise hotel that was convenient to the airport. We were disappointed that we couldn't check in until the afternoon, but they allowed us to put out luggage into a conference room while we went sightseeing. We spent the rest of the day sightseeing using out 1-day tourist pass, which gives unlimited access to trains, buses, and trams for 24 hours. Being only 2 stops from the airport is a huge plus for the Park Inn. The day was unusually warm so we turned on the air conditioner ... Read more

I am on a business trip, staying here for maybe the 5th time. This time around it's like staying in a mental home. I have no idea if it's bc it's the weekend, but it's horrible. Tons of drunk people in the lobby - especially Friday, with people constantly being uncomfortably close, and trying to chat me up. Am jetlagged, work really hard, and am so tired upon hard weeks, and then there are anything between 10 to 50 drunk and loud people everywhere from 8pm until very late. The carpets are being ... It is certainly easy to get to this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful but....there were some problems with the room. For one thing, guests have no control over the thermostat. The room was quite hot and the only solution was to open the window. Which let in noise. When we asked at the desk if anything could be done, we were told we could upgrade to a more expensive room. The second problem was that the bed covering was only for a twin sized bed (we are a couple). With the window open,... Read more

Arrived very early in the morning, so I could not be appointed a room straight away. However, reception did their best to make the wait bearable, and were really up to finding first available room for me. Rooms are modern, very clean, bed comfortable, and there's even a fan in each room, should it become too warm. There's space enough for two persons. Breakfast restaurant serves a well appointed breakfast buffet, and it's efficiently managed, even with many guests popping in. The location is ... Read more

Hotel near the airport and provided a good base for commuting around Copenhagen. Doesn't have free parking bit it is easy to park on the street outside. Bedroom was clean and comfortable enough. I ate in the restaurant one night. The food was good but very overpriced. I had 2 courses, bread and water only which came in at nearly £40! The breakfast was a little disappointing, not much selection, greasy overcooked bacon and watered down orange juice. I used the swimming pool, sauna and changing r... Read more

We only stayed one night at this hotel, but it was perfect for what we needed - something near the airport that wasn't an arm and a leg. It's only 2 stops by metro to and from the airport, and the metro runs 24 hours a day. The room was clean, the shower was nice and it was pretty quiet. The only drawback that I noticed that was that there weren't really any restaurants or shops nearby, so we had to eat in the hotel restaurant. Although the restaurant was a little expensive the meal was exce... Read more

No service with he baggage. Some of the areas really run down. One room didn't have a coffee maker or iron and the second room did. The free breakfast is a "C". There is variety, but quality is mid-grade. It's a real basic stay.

Stayed here for a night, and this is an awful hotel. Our hotel room faced the metro station, we could hear the planes fly overhead and the smell from the inside of the hotel was awful! The beds are tiny, even though i was given a double, one would have to be darn skinny to fit 2 people in these beds! our comforter or the thin sheet that is supposed to serve as a comforter was dirty! had stains on it:(!!! Wifi was good though! Rooms are dated, old furniture, peeling paint and smells!! This pl... Read more

It's fantastic for arriving to the airport. Only two stops by metro and very close to the station. The recepcionist recommend us a place for having dinner and she was also right. I actually have been there three times and will come back.

Perfectly reasonable hotel close to the airport. Modern bright, friendly staff. Tidy rooms, good facilities including a very nice swimming pool which is very welcome after a long flight. Choice of bar or restaurant food. I chose the former and had a very nice burger, washed down with a local beer. Now the down side and this review could apply to many Scandinavian hotels. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and not even a bottle of water. This just isn't good enough when you wak... Read more

Its being close to the airport and close to the metro station makes it an ideal place to stay especially if you arrive late at night. I think if you have food like simple sandwiches for late comers that would be great.

I spent there 5 nights. Hotel is quite close to airport and near to the metro station. Rooms located with south view are more noisy because of the airport. It is 10 min walk to the beach. It is not really new but i can not complain for the cleanliness. It has pool and restaurant. Breakfast are OK however are same every day. Wifi is fast enough and free. Bathroom was small and old fashion. Weakest point of the room. Wasn't any wardrobe just shelfs.

Good, Friendly hotel very close to metro - giving easy access to airport and city. Even though it claims to be an airport hotel, it's best to take the 2 stops on the Metro to avoid a long walk. Good and varied breakfast

I did only stay one night at this hotel. I did not use the restaurants at the hotel. I took the breakfast, which was average, but ok. My room was clean and I had all I needed for one night. No aircondition in the room, so it got a bit warm sometimes. heck in and out was quick and the staff was friendly at all times.

It was a very nice short summer city break stay we had there as a family. In a city like Copenhagen with considerably expensive hotels, this one's a great option for many reasons. The metro system of the city is fantastic and quick and with a station just outside the hotel it's both an airport and a central hotel (almost) at the same time. One direction gets you to the airport in one stop and the other direction gets you to the center in just 8 minutes. The breakfast is nice, the rooms and the p... Read more

Pretty near the Metro station as you see on map, it's very convenient to get to spots. The best thing is that the hotel is located far from any tourist attraction, so it is very relaxing. Oh BTW, there is another best thing that this Metro station is very close to the airport, connected with Metro. You can go to CPH airport with less time.

We found the hotel to be in a brilliant location for the metro link and also the airport where you could also travel on the rail network into the city centre. The room was very clean and of a good size.

I have stayed here a few times for work. It's a good clean hotel close to the airport and to a metro. Food is good. Staff are friendly. There is not very much around it though. You are going to have to get the metro to see Copenhagen and eat out. As said before the metro is a very short walk away.

Good value, clean, basic and modern hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfasts and evening meal was half decent, though a little expensive. 2 minutes walk to the Metro for easy access to the city and airport. Five star it isn't, but then it isn't five star prices. Good little hotel.

I only stayed one night, arriving late from the airport. I have never visited Copenhagen before but I still found it easy to buy a ticket for the metro and there was no chance of getting on the wrong metro. Just make sure you follow the signs to the metro and don't try to go onto the platforms for the normal trains. The hotel stop is only the second one outside the airport, from the metro stop it would be very difficult to miss the hotel. From leaving the metro car to entering the hotel receptio... Read more

Spent one night in the hotel, following late arrival in the airport. The location of the hotel, one station away in the Metro from the airport is very convenient. The rooms are OK, nothing fancy but reasonable for an overnight. Breakfast is nice and sufficient. the price i got was good, less than US$100, as I booked the reservation approx. 3 weeks prior to landing.
