Flying into Copenhagen airport with 2 hours delay missing the last train to Jutland sounds like a nightmare scenario. But for the hotel hilton. We phoned around and the only decent hotels were fully booked or charging an arm and a leg. although the hilton was not cheap it was a 5 minute walk from the airport hall. Therefore if you added the price of a taxi to the city it was the cheapest. As we were extremely tired, with a trolly load of luggage we grabed the offer. What a wonderful surprise... Read more

I stayed only one night at this hotel during a business trip. I chose the Hilton because I had to take an early flight the following morning and the hotel is directly connected to CPH airport. The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the bar / restaurant very friendly. Early morning checkout went also very smoothly. Had unfortunately not the time to try out the other hotel facilities.

This Hilton hotel is the best to stay whiie at Copenhagen. It is connected to the airport through a covered passage. Also is connected to the airport metro and train station.making it easy to get to downtown in about 10 minutes. Front desk personnel is fantastic and very helpful. The Hilton at Copenhagen airport is ideal for short stays and very easily accessed from the airport plus, it's a very short walk to the Metro. From the airport Metro (terminus) station it's only 7 or 8 stops to the center of the city and less than 15 minutes. This is a fairly typical airport hotel but I did notice that the staff were particularly well trained and most seemed to speak multiple languages. The (included) breakfast was extensive with adequate variety. Internet seemed to be fast ... Read more

Being attached to the Copenhagen airport is just one of the benefits of this great hotel. Since we are executive members we had access to the executive lounge for breakfast snacks and happy hour with free beverages including wine and beer. Our room 1236 had a wonderful view and was well appointed and very quiet. The staff went out of their way to print our boarding passes and make sure our room was comfortable.

Very close to the airport, just a few hundred meters. Perfect for us as we were booked on a very early morning flight - we had no time to check the restaurant or any services, but it was very clean, reception very helpful and service minded. If you are staying longer, it is very easy to take the metro (the station is also just a few hundred meters away) to Copenhagen city. And of course, being high end, it was a bit expensive.

We were able to "jump ship" a night early and I immediately booked a room with my HHonors points. The reception was very friendly and helpful, giving us a lovely room with a view, although they were quite booked. The Executive Lounge was perfect for our needs and more than met my expectations both with the evening reception and breakfast before my flight. Would definitely recommend and can, hopefully, return there again.

I didn't choose this hotel for its proximity, but goodness, there's a covered walkway from Terminal 3 AND it is connected to the Metro as well - so even though it's a little ways out of town, it's mighty convenient. The rooms are large and comfortable and the windows are 100% soundproof - I can't hear a single plane taking off. There are darkening curtains as well, so you should sleep very very well. But when it comes to the service on the ground floor that was not good at all. long waiting time - this was the same the previous time as well. if the service had been better on the ground level it would for sure had a 5 star. now it will get 4 stars.

Not up to par with other Hilton properties. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The wood floor in the room was scratched quite a bit, the toilet did not work well, the standard European fold out couch was uncomfortable (it would be nice to be able to get a double room) and worst of all was that the room would not cool. All this for $660 USD?? If you have a few minutes, take a shuttle to a nicer hotel in town.

Stayed at this Airport Hilton while in transit from Nice to Newark. Got upgraded to club floor. Nicely appointed rooms, excellent check-in staff, very good breakfast. The staff offered to organize a quick trip to the city but we were tired.

I will tell you first off, as I travel a lot and stay in Hilton hotels fairly frequently, this was a points stay, getting the benefit of all those nights spent away from home but with my wife for once. So the decision to stay here was initially driven by a) we wanted to visit Copenhagen and b) it was free ( for the stay anyway). So having been would I stay here again or choose an inner city hotel? Well for us it was perfect, staying at the airport had so many advantages. 1) Off the plane and in ... Read more

I have nothing but positive comments about the Copenhagen Airport Hilton. Forget the fact that you can walk comfortably from the airport terminal, train or local Metro train without having to go outside at any time! The staff from check in to check out were all above and beyond! I will definitely be back!

I have stayed here a couple of times over the last years for business purposes. This hotel is easy to access from the airport and trains to Copenhagen and other destinations are located nearby. The hotel is modern, clean with excellent dinner & breakfasts.

This is a great hotel if you have the budget and you don;t want to leave the airport. It is literally a 2 minute walk, all under cover. Check in was efficient and the room very functional. As we arrived late there was just time for a beer. Sleep quality was very good, there is no airport noise at all. Many airport hotels claim to be close-and are a 10 minute bus ride away. This one is not one of these!

To celebrate our twentieth wedding anniversary we stayed at the Hilton Copenhagen Airport Hotel for three nights. Upgrading both the flight and the room was well worth it, the Executive Lounge was excellent, though the food choice in the evening was a little limited. However, the breakfast was superb and unlike some other Hilton Hotels we have stayed at, the lounge was never overcrowded, a nice haven to relax and enjoy the spectacular view. On our second night after visiting the delightful Tivol... Read more

Stayed here just 1 night on business, while in the area on business. The hotel was perfect for my needs. It was clean, service was courteous, and the location to the airport cannot be beat where airport proximity is important, because it is connected directly to the airport. My only complaint is the main floor lounge.. I waited 20 minutes and nobody ever served me. I finally asked and was told I needed to go directly to the bar. How am I supposed to know that? There are no signs or notes at the... Read more

Stayed here during a business convention. To be honest I wasn't expecting much - too close to the airport, outside Copenhagen centre - this wouldn't be my first choice for a hotel in Copenhagen. However I was pleasantly surprised. First of all the access from the airport is so simple. A ten minute walk off the plane and I was in reception. The lady on reception advised that I should join Hilton Honors to get free wi-fi - so I did! Secondly the metro is also only a ten minute walk away (again u... Read more

Very conveniently sited Hilton hotel which we stayed in for one night after flying in late to Copenhagen. Very close to the station for trains to Sweden and the metro for quick access to the city centre Room was quiet and comfortable and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was ok in the executive lounge with lovely views towards the bridge All in all another good Hilton.

Great location if you arrive late and want a good nights rest before setting your sites on what Copenhagen has to offer. Conveniently located and accessible from airport!! No requirement to step out into the cold in winter!! Modern hotel and very friendly staff!! Good bar and great service!! Friendly, obliging and open late!! Rooms are well appointed, clean and live up to the Hilton standard. Located next to metro into town so you could reasonably travel to and from if you wish but only 10-... Read more

This is an energetic and modern hotel that it is hardly find in Copenhagen. Location: Excellent location if you have a short trip there and will get a flight soon to next location. It is situated just next to the Copenhagen Airport with clear direction signs. If you want to go to the city centre, you have to take a train for 20 mins (US?5 for one trip). We think it is worthwhile as you can avoid the overpriced hotel at the city centre and avoid the red-light district. It is a modern bui... Read more

We use this hotel about four times a year and are always satisfied. Easy access from the airport makes this hotel an obvious choice for travelers staying over for continuing flights. The friendly staff and high quality services are both appealing features.

I usually would avoid airport hotels unless I had an early flight, but with the Hilton sale and prices generally in Copenhagen, I booked two nights here. It's a short walk to the hotel from the airport and easy to get to the train station from, to get into town. Regular trains get you into the city in no time. Checked in online and quickly received my key cards when I arrived. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The executive lounge was quite packed at busy times (like... Read more

We stayed one night because we had an early flight home the next day after my husband had emergency eye surgery, and we needed to be as close to the airport as possible. The room was fine, the hotel employees couldn't have been nicer - from the front desk staff, to the business center staff. The hotel is actually connected to the airport. You don't have to go outside to get there! My only complaint is that the hotel is very expensive, as is the restaurant. It was perfect for our needs.

What a lovely hotel. The staff are all extremely friendly and polite. I often have trouble sleeping when away in business but not the case this time, the room was excellent with plenty of room to work and relax. Great internet connection. A perfect spot being a short walk to the airport.

Stayed for 2 nights. Initially they gave me a single room when a king had been booked, asked to be moved, which they did. The room was modern and clean with the facilities you'd expect. Was a little bit loud facing the airport and being located over the lobby. Ask for a room on the back although you may get train noise! The breakfast was excellent, good choice and variety with fresh fruit, juices, pastry, omelette etc. Overall a great location with modern rooms and friendly efficient staff.

100 yards from the Airport terminal with undercover access and 100 yards under cover from the metro that takes you straight into the centre of Copenhagen. Landed in Copenhagen at 12.30. By 2.00 after a 15 min trip we were at the Christmas Market.

This has always been one of my favorite hotels. But unfortunately the service has changed. The executive lounge food has become very poor. They used to offer two hot food choices. Now there is only one. And a complete downgrade to chicken wings. I am a Hilton diamond member. But I am very disappointed. It is difficult to get a coffee refill. The staff is engaged in cleaning and resetting. Customers are annoying. The internet was not working for a lot of the time. Requests to sp... Read more

Obviously you only stay here if you need to stay at the airport. That said, the rooms I think are relatively recently refurbished. The room is quit decent size. Very light with floor to ceiling windows. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was surprisingly low. This time I was bumped up to the executive floor. The breakfast was definitely above the quality you would expect in most executive lounges. What I recall it is up to the same standards as the main restaurant downstairs. ... Read more

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to a cruise departure. This hotel was within easy indoor walking distance from the airport terminal. Although not close to city center, it's extremely convenient to use public transportation all over the city - we also used a combination of subway and bus to get to the cruise terminal. We were not on the executive floor, but had access to the lounge, where service was excellent, the food was plentiful and beer and wine were available in the evening. Our room... Read more

Alongside the Sofitel Heathrow , the Hilton Copenhagen airport is one of the best airport hotels in Europe in my opinion. For a high volume hotel the staff always remember who you are and even name check throughout the stay. They fully recognise HH guests and ensure a high level of service. They always have the air con temperature at the level I like, sounds like a small thing , but it is the small details which can make all the difference. Look forward to returning very soon

The hotel is a short walk from the arrivals area of the airport and offers comfortable, stylish accommodations and a friendly, professional staff. I arrived after several delayed connections (from California) and was pleased by the seamless transition from the airport, the efficient check in and the spacious, well-appointed room.
