The hotel is newly remodeled, modern, in a great location, and very comfortable. Thank you for the tea making facilities and the snacks upon check in. The bar was great. Beefs were so comfortable, toiletries smell wonderful and the bathroom is gorgeous.

The location was perfect. Easy walking to everything. Our room was on the street side & if we stayed here again, I would request a courtyard room. We could not cool our room at night because of the noise from the bars near the hotel. We asked for a fan but they do not have any. The deluxe room was well appointed, good space & had everything we needed. The lounge area & bar was a great space & good for visits with friends. Courtyard was a plus. Staff was helpful & friendly. The hotel is very well located, centrally in Copenhagen. The rooms are very nice and the staff service is excellent. There is a very nice Cour yard which is great for summer evenings and the bar offers a wide range of cocktails. Only small hick-up is the breakfast, good but not more than that

The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was of decent size and only the bathroom a little small. We had the do not disturb sign outside our room every morning and every morning we would find a bag with new towels and toilet paper outside when we woke up. I thought that was very convenient. We also had breakfast here sometimes. The selelction is quite decent, but not overwhelming (like in most modern business hotels). The location is perfect. No one was at front desk for about 10 min. when we arrived. And they do not ask any ID but just to fill out a form ( no passport number is required) in order to check in, which worries me about the security of the hotel. The room had clean design, comfort bed. But the bathroom is so tight that you must close the door in order to get in shower, furthermore the bathroom door cannot be locked. We had the fortune/misfortune of visiting Copenhagen when it is unseasonably hot. Temps in the high 70's/low 80's, which has made for lovely days, but the rooms in this hotel are equipped with only curtains and windows to control the heat. Basically, we have to stay out of the room from noon until 20:00 to avoid the heat, and we've had to get used to the street noise from the open window being open all night (that part actually hasn't been a problem). But the idea that this hotel is "boutique" o... Read more

The location is great with just a short walking distance to the main shopping street in Copenhagen. The room was clean, the price is reasonable and I enjoyed the breakfast. The elevator is really small. It has an old charm to it, but if you have more than a regular sized suitcase you'll be making multiple trips up and down. Hotel was practical if you arrive from the central station, but farther away than others from the nice restaurants and some monuments. Nothing gracious, charming or welcoming about the hotel, but nothing terrible either. Lot's of noise from the courtyard. Rooms are very small. I was wary of their floating pricing, but it ended up slightly less than what I expected to pay.

That's a good hotel but small rooms. Also very late check in that makes you loose your day (at 16:00 o clock!!) We took a morning flight to have all day for us but the check in was at 4 o clock in the afternoon !!! Stuff is very kind but the hotel (elevator and outside look also the steps are looking really old !!) Copenhagen is a city that you spend a lot of time outside walking and clubbing so you need the room only for sleeping Beds an pillows are really good for that. They choose the best !!

First the good bits. This is a well located hotel with a reasonably pleasant and competent front of house staff. The bar is very well run and the bartenders are as knowledgable as they are friendly - easily the hotel's best feature. There is a good outside courtyard that is well designed and popular. Like the rest of the premises the bar theme is showing its age. The noise levels were perfectly acceptable for an inner-city hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip to Copenhagen. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, very close to the train station and easy to reach all the main attractions on foot, which we did. The room was nice, with minimalist Scandinavian design. I understand that Copenhagen is an expensive city (when compared to the UK) however I felt that the room we had was a little bit overpriced. Had it been a little cheaper, I would have rated 4 out of 5.

The hotel rooms were clean and modern though small by US standards. Try not to get a room street side as there are a couple of bars nearby and there is some noise. The best thing about the hotel is the location - just a couple of blocks from Tivoli, the walking street and shops, a Hop On bus stop, etc. The breakfasts were good with both hot and cold choices. The Hotel lies in the middle of the center, very closed to the site you must have seen in copenhagen. The decoration of the hotel is modern, however the rooms are small. We had a room on the top floor; the hotel is very clean and well maintained. You can walk from the hotel to shopping areas, to the Amusement Park Tivoli, to railway station within 10-15 minutes; a lot of restaurants are close by.

The hotel is clean, and its near the center of town. The people are friendly, and the downstairs bar is ok to sit and work. Like all hotels in Copenhagen - they are priced high for what you get. This could be better if the rooms were a bit bigger. The bottom line is that I would stay there again.

We stayed for seven nights and enjoyed our visit. I wanted a clean, safe, professional hotel that was downtown and close the city center. I identified the establishment through TA reviews and we were pleased with our selection. The hotel has a perfect location for a tourist visit in the heart of Copenhagen. I was probably unlucky due to a big event in the city and had to pay a total overpriced rate of 366 EUR - excl. breakfast. This hotel is a standard tourist hotel and by far not worth that money. Adequate hotel in centre city location. Small room with wooden floors that creaked when walked on. No air conditioning in very hot room. After travelling for 28 hours we were left to wait from 12 noon until 4.30pm for our room to be ready and it appeared that the staff couldn't care a less which put a dampener on our overall impressions. On the upside there was storage for our luggage and the breakfast was ok.

If you are familiar with Motel One or Ibis Hotels, this compares closest. The rooms are very bare and quite small. Their policy is that rooms can be cleaned up to 5pm, so when we came home at 4pm to get ready for dinner, room was still undone.
