Very good , clean and beautiful hotel. Staff needs to smile more and be more friendly .. Don't know why they don't smile much . Connectivity to city centre is good . It is not outside of the centre . Good food and quaint location. If you want to live outside the city- this is perfect choice . Reasonable fare for its location and facilities

Hotel is only 15 minutes from city center. Nice small room, free wi-fi, fitness center and spa, good breakfast. The only problem is the breakfast room that is crowded when there are many tourist groups staying in the hotel. Food stations should be rearranged to avoid big lines and to reduce service time. We stayed there three nights. Personnel is very friendly, everything is very clean and convenient.

Stayed here on a group tour. Good: Room was large by European standards, with large bath and shower. Comfortable and quiet. Bad: Shower has two doors, one curved, other flat, with no door sweep. If you run the water full force, it floods the floor. Ugly: Breakfast does not open before 7:30. There were several tour groups in the hotel, and the entire lobby was filled wirh humanity ... all crashing/crushing to get in at once! It was the worst bedlam and mayhem I've ever exowrienced in ... A good value hotel, nice modern decor, helpful staff and good but compact rooms with a small spa on the top floor with an excellent view; it's located conveniently for the airport but would feel isolated if you don't know the area. 10mins walk to the Waterbus into the city and 15mins walk to Sydhaven S tog station and the bycyklen rack in Mozartplads. Foyer can get very busy at times with high guest traffic as popular with coach parties. Feels young with modern decor and screens in the lift show... Read more

Stayed one night whilst with a tour group on way to Norway. Rooms are reasonably big by European standard. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets. No frills like tea/coffee making facilities n no kettle. No floor mat was given for the dry bathroom area which has a poor design of the shower water spilling onto the floor beyond the shower cubicle making it a potential danger for slipping on the wet floor. Last week, when I was in your hotel, and fill 0.5l bottle of milk to take away, breakfast restaurant staff stopped me and said, than I have to ask before to do it. Ok, I was ask ‚??will I take a milk, because I'm not eating anything?‚?? There was laconic answer NO! And I have to buy this milk from hotel. If that way you are saving money, this is good to hotel! If it is hotel client service concept, then hotel must give premium for breakfast restaurant staff!

We came for a congress close to this hotel. The hotel is far away from the city center, you can't go walking. There is nothing interesting around it. The staff was really nice and friendly. The room looked new and was clean; the toilet was just average..the shower just had a courtain so after it all the bathroom got full of water in the floor..not normal. The breakfast was just average, nothing special.

Stayed 5 nights. Attended a conference at the nearby Bella Centre. This is a few bus stops (about 10 minutes away). The nearest train station is also at the Bella Centre. It's a long way to town via train, so taking a bus downtown is more practical. I did not find the location of the hotel convenient at all. The bus stops are reached from the main door of the hotel only by taking a longish walk around the hotel building. Perhaps good for security but terribly inconvenient. The housekeeping staff... Best here is the food, I guess. We had some entree which was excellent. Everyone also enjoyed the main course, I had salmon filet - just phantastic! They do have a bar in their lobby area, which is kind of ok, but not really a great place you'd want to stay all evening - lacking atmosphere, as it is just not framed or separated by any walls, but in the middle of the larger lobby area. The hotel is located a bit off the beaten path. But I picked it for its location close to Bella Center. It's a bit far from the city, but the bus is literally right in front of the building. And the water bus is just a 10 min walk away. Although the hotel looks nice from outside and other first hotels that I have stayed at have been very nice, this is not a hotel that I would recommend at all. Arriving late with a lot of luggage and a 2 month old baby I did not need the hassle of getting the wrong room, not getting a baby bed (even though I had asked for that upon booking), no help what so ever and then getting moved to the socalled superior room which I had booked. Rain was coming through the ceiling at the corner of the room... Read more

I was travelling with a colleague, and we had some work to do in the evening. The bar personnel was extremely fast to catch our sense of humor, making the service much more personal and relevant. This is something that will make me visit First Hotel Copenhagen Again. Also a funny feature with the videos being displayed in the elevators.

Excellent service, clean and fresh rooms, nice breakfast, relax area and gym plus free parking. A little bit off site and to reccomend if you go by car. Railroadtracks behind the hotell with freight trains during the night. All together OK.

Although some 15 minutes from the city centre this hotel is a good base as it is a fast reliable bus route. Clean comfortable with friendly helpful staff and serving a great buffet breakfast which is enough to last the day. Dinner is however poor value for money and not recommended. Best to take the bus up the road and find a restaurant around the old meat packing area.

I came to Copenhagen on business with a group, and was booked to First Hotel. I didnt have time to explore it too much, but for me a hotel is for good sleeping, a good breakfast, central location and pleasant service. First hotel offers all of these, in addition to prices that are really not too bad. PS. There is a pool table in the lobby which we tried out before bedtime, and it was a nice little extra gimmick which I appreciated. I would definately like to come back.
