As other note, an affordable hotel just a couple of blocks away from the central train station. Like all things Scandinavian, the rooms have clean lines, white and airy, ...efficient design to maximize space. When booking, do it through a website like booking.com, that accepts American Express, because the hotel's website does not. A lovely stay!

Located just a few blocks from Central Station and next to Tovili, you could walk to all the sites from this hotel. The room was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Although the room was small, we only cared about having a nice place to sleep because we were out all day anyway. There was a large area on the main floor to spread out and sit at tables and couches. Great value for the money.

We stayed two nights, the room was small (we already knew that from their website), but it was super clean and the location was fab. The staff were very helpful and the day we checked out we were able to leave our cases as we had a late flight out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for solos and couples. BEST location - two blocks from Tivoli Gardens, main train station and 4 from main downtown area. Of all hotels I've stayed at, top front desk people who are highly efficient and helpful. The have a locked baggage storage area if you arrive too early. FANTASTIC breakfast available with spacious seating areas. Rooms small, but clean. Toilet/shower/sink like on a cruise ship. Extremely clean and well maintained hotel. Large lounge area. Outside large garden area ... Read more

Thats the Cabinn slogan: All you need to sleep, all you need to wash, all you need to...whatever you need. It's an accurate assessment, you really do have all to need to sleep, wash, clean. But nothing more, just the basics. The rooms imitate boat cabins(hence the name), and contains a bed, a bunk bed, a bathroom. The ventolation is terrible, so don't stay there if the weather is hot. The bed was nice and firm. A lot of noice from the backyard. The breakfast is like the rest, really basic, brea... Read more

The rooms may be small, but they use every inch of space well. There is a place to store your luggage and hang your clothes, there are shelves and there is a reasonably sized desk. The bathroom, while small was very clean and had enough for what we needed. It was also really nice to have a balcony, especially since the weather was fantastic. This hotel is also in a really good location. The only con I can think of is the lack of choice for breakfast. I know it's typical for European hotels to h... Read more

The hotel was super convenient - right near Tivoli Gardens and Central Station. It was easy to get around from the Hotel. The facilities were great for the price. Rooms are clean, convenient and private. Loved my stay here!

Wow - the room for 3 people was so small...we had no idea how we were going to be able make it work so we decided to go to the front desk and see if they had a bigger room. They did - we had to pay more but at least it was a little bit bigger than the other one. The rooms do not have air conditioning. Also there are always people in the terrace so you hear a lot of noise. The location is great since it it close to Tivoli and the train station.

Cabin city is an ideal,no frills hotel to stay in Copenhagen.Rooms are small but well laid out and spotlessly clean.Near to the Tivoli Gardens so can be a little noise from the people having fun on the fairground attractions but it wasn't a problem.Breakfast was typically continental with home made yoghurt and fresh bread being the highlights. I would definitely stay again :)

I went there without prior booking as I had booked Euroglobe Hostel via Hostelworld. However when I arrived at Euroglobe Hostel, the room had been given to someone else as their booking system is very poor... I got to the Cabinn beside Forum - they had no free room but the lady at the reception called her colleague in Cabinn City, asked them to hold a room for 30 minutes or so until we got there, and booked us a cab to get there. That was very helpful and I really appreciated the help as I was ... Read more

Location and price are the only positive thing about this hotel (right behind Tivoli Gardens). Neg: no air conditioner (although we were told that most hotels in Scandinavia do not have air conditioner) - extremely small bathroom (shower almost above the toilet) and almost no space to walk through the room when you have you luggage in the floor. If I were told about this before maybe I would choose this hotel for the price and location, but the negs that I highlighted were a bad surprise for... Read more

My favorite hotel in Copenhagen. But a long minus to the shower! It is impossible to get clean in the shower. It is very difficult for ladies but also men have difficulties with it. That's why I don't give number 5 to the hotel. I suggest that in the hotel they create a couple of common showers to customers, so they can wash themselves properly. The showers can work by coins, if it is otherwise expensive to make that happen.

We need a hotel can offer free Wi Fi, private bathroom and city location to everything for few hours sleep each night. Cabinn City's room is practically small, clean and feature tea/coffee making facilities. Local eateries and restaurants are nearby within a walking distance. Hop-on and Hop-off red bus stop around the corner which took us to the cruise ship terminal in less than half an hour. Super!!

The hotel is located at walking distance from the central railway station of Copenhagen and the Tivoli gardens - making it very conveniently to reach from the airport as well with a 15 minute train ride. The hotel offers very small rooms that offer just the very basics. The selection at the breakfast is very good but try to be early at breakfast because the room can get crowded very quickly. Be aware, every Saturday night there's fireworks for 15-20 minutes at Tivoli - starting at 23:30 (11... Read more

Good budget hotel, close to train station. Very simple and clean. Room was a little warm with no a/c, but with rainy weather it wasn't too bad. Could have skipped the breakfast. Nice to have tea kettle in room. Good base for sight seeing. Nice outside courtyard space with picnic tables.

The rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom compact. There's a kettle in the room and extra coffee tea etc on the reception desk to help yourself to. The buffet breakfast was fine, fruit, cold meat, cheese, breads, yoghurt & cereal. The position of the hotel is very good, easy walking distance from the station and city centre. Friendly helpful staff.

Reception is crowded, many guest were waiting in line. But the hotel staff stayed only a few persons and it take much time for checking in. Luggage room is located underground, far from the reception, dark, over the car park. I smell something bad, sweaty in the room. The shower is not boothed, the same as sink and toilet. Therefor, the floor in the bathroom got soaked. I had to put towels on the floor for using sink and toilet. Bed is too tiny. I will never use again.

Absolutely apalling hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms are hot and stuffy with no airflow and no air conditioning or even a fan. The bathrooms are miniscule and only useful if you are a slim person who is 3ft tall. Also there is no security in place at this hotel. We got a good price on a triple room, helping to defray the high cost of Copenhagen. This is part of a Danish chain of hotels where the rooms are like tiny ship cabins, but have everything you need in a very small space - two bunks and a pull out bed below, TV and desk, and a small bath. Perfect for a night or two. Breakfast is extra but a good value.

I stayed in a single room for 2 nights. This hotel is good, nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about. The room was small, I guess, but ample space for a solo traveller. Yes the bathroom is small but it's enough to shower in. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and good value for the money. What makes this hotel is its location. We were attending an event in Copenhagen and stayed here for three nights. Naturally we were aware this is a budget hotel, meaning our expectations were adjusted accordingly. Normally breakfast is a big deal for us, but we opted out this time around. Our family needed an inexpensive place to stay for 1 night before getting on a cruise. Not sure I would call this place inexpensive but it is in this expensive city. We needed a place to sleep for one night before going on a cruise and I mistakenly booked a standard room. The problem is that these rooms only have bunk beds or a trundle bed. Their motto is "all you need to sleep" and that is technically true but it doesn't mention anything about comfort. The room was clean and tidy but it was also extremely compact, only measuring about 2 m x 3.5 m and once you opened your suitcase there was no room left to walk around. Were the rooms small?? Yep. But knew that which is why it's so cheap for central Copenhagen. If all you want is a base to stay at then it was perfect. The location was brilliant. Right next to tivolli gardens. A short stroll to the centre and right near the train station that takes you straight to airport for about £4. Reasonably priced for Copenhagen and within a 10 or 25 minute walk of the center of town or Nyhavn. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, when they say the rooms are small, they mean it!
