Wonderful spacious, light modern rooms. Excellent friendly staff. The restaurants served top quality innovative , beautiful gourmet food made with local ingredients and even greens from the rooftop garden. The only problem with the hotel is it is out of town, closer to the airport. I was here for a convention and it was really delightful to stay here.

If you are at a conference at the Bella Sky conference center, this is perfect! Both are dramatic architecture, very contemporary, hi-tech, near the airport. My dinner one night in the hotel restaurant was among the best ever! The service is excellent, breakfasts were very good buffets, nice bar, great spaces for congregating!

Great food in the hotels restaurant! We had too leave early in the morning and got a coffee and croissant for a way :) Perfect! Good value for money 100% :)

I booked a stay in Copenhagen at another hotel and stayed there for 3 days before leaving to stay at the AC Bella Sky which was just about a mile down the road. The hotel was great. The staff were all very pleasant and professional. My room wasn't huge, but it was spotless and comfortable. WIFI in the room was fast and steady. The bathroom was cool and modern, HD TV was perfect though not too much to choose from on European cable. I ordered some coffee in the mornings from room service and it wa... Read more

Had a 19 hour layover and decided to spend the night at the AC Hotel Bella Sky who's proximity to airport made it a good choice. The hotel has soundproof rooms, the staff is very attentive and the food was good. The only complaint is that they offer a shuttle from/to the airport for only 15 Euros but it is not clearly defined as to where to pick it up at the airport. I had to take a cab instead and the cab was 65 Euros. Now that I've been there and understand the shuttle, I will stay there a... Read more

This is my first trip to Copenhagen and mu findings are limited to my experience! I was traveling alone for buz Hotel was between airport and city center. For those who want to stay in clean hotel but not too expensive comparing to the ones in center this is a good choice. Although if breakfast was included I would rank 5 of 5 I will stay there if I go to Copenhagen for biz again. The best way to go to city is by bus line 250S (the blue one) that takes you there cheap and comfortable. There is... Read more

Buffet breakfast is really nice with good choices. Metro is about 500m away and the city centre is about 4-5 km away from here.

The AC Hotel Bella Sky in Copenhagen is a very stylish hotel with very interesting architecture. The location is close to the airport and not far away from a Metro station. It is easy to reach Copenhagen City Centre. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out is quick. The Balcony Restaurant offers tasty food. Why not 5 points? This is a Nice hotel, Convinient located closed to the metro. However, the restaurant service is horrible. I was firstly standing in a line to the bm restaurant, where several waiters saw us, before after several minutes told the que that the restaurant was closed due to a conference. This hotel is located in Copenhagen's outskirts in the developing region, some 4km from the Kastrup airport. It is a part of a big convention center Bella Center. Nearby there is a metro station and it takes only 15-20 minutes to get to Copenhagen downtown. It is a designer hotel - and you will see it from a distance! The building has two towers, which are connected with each other on 1st and 23rd (last) floor. I was staying in Tower 2, whilst the reception and the entrance are in Tower 1. It ... Read more

First time staying here. Shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient. The building looks great, and the rooms are modern and efficient. There are 2 towers and a little bit of a maze to navigate thru, but elevators were quick enough. Only issue really was the person who checked us in took over 30 minutes. But check out was super quick and breakfast was excellent. Did not journey to the city from here, but i was told it is pretty quick to do so.

The space, the form and the service of the hotel are really amazing. When you are approaching to the hotel from a distance, it is the form of the hotel that astonishes you and capture your attention. It's like a pair of deformed puzzles leaning to each other. Once getting into the lobby, you would immediately be overpowered by the space of the foyer, The void of the foyer is almost 5-storey high. Not bad but has sone flaws. The room option lamps didn't worked so we received room service every day, even when we didn't wanted to. The wine glasses miraculously disappeared, some minor things were dirty, the AC was changeable but haven't changed, etc. So it wasn't problematic, as we wanted a hotel to be.

Normally I would hate this type of hotel: chain hotel, attached to a conference center, metro ride to a city center. However, it was a clean, efficient and quiet respite after staying at lesser places the prior week. Truly, the metro was a 5-10 minute walk, so OK. The room was epic Danish modernity... Automated blinds, spare furnishings and sole less corridors. But it worked. The desk staff was helpful. The elevators tend to jam up when conferences let out, but that's to be expected.

This is a very quirky hotel from the exterior, taking on a strange but appealing top-heavy appearance. Itā??s superbly located for anyone arriving at or departing from the airport as it is just a few minutes by courtesy bus. There seems to be some confusion over whether the courtesy bus is complimentary or not, but we were not asked for payment. We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay at a Marriott brand hotel (for points) and because of the price. This hotel was at least $100 cheaper than other, lower class hotels in town. However, the hotel is located outside of the city center, so we had to ride the metro everyday, which didn't bother us at all. It's about six stops to the city center, which only took about 10-15 minutes in total. We bought a three-day city pass that gave us unlimited rides on the metro, buses and the train. ... Read more

the architecture is magnificent -- from the outside. But the ideas of two separate towers and having to cross back in forth is nuts. Also, the room is "avant garde" i.e. no night tables next ot the beds or anything that is commonsense logic to make your stay easier and livable (almost see through glass to the bathroom, for example). And I was given an "upgraded room". View is great. But calling the front desk is at least a 10 minute wait each time and at checkout, no "bellhop is available for a... Read more

As a fan of design I loved the hotel - very modern and full of fancy details. Room was clean and it had remarkably fresh air (good ventilation). View from 16th floor was fantastic. Only problem is that operator has forgotten to hire enough staff... First there are long queues in reception no matter what time you go. As Balcony restaurant was closed for renovations, only place to eat was Library Lounge. We had to wait for 1h to get a table, then 15min to place an order and 30min to get a food. I... Read more

It is absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms are clean as well as the restroom/shower. The ad in trip advisor (where I made my reservations from) made me believe the cost of the room included breakfast and travel to/from the airport. This was not true and I ended up paying for the breakfast and travel. so the reasonable cost of the hotel was not really a reasonable cost when the breakfast and travel. This hotel is in the middle of no where and you need transportation to/from everything.
