I would class this hotel as 3* hotel not a 5 as the door key didn't work for 3 times and the staff started to look at us like we where having a joke till they sent staff with us on 4th try. The rooms where very small & took over hour to send iron to our room, the room also had bad smell of smoke and made my clothes smell of it. The hotel was very beautiful from outside was handy that underground was across the street witch we didn't have to pay for

Sometimes its hard to critique a hotel when a) the staff are friendly and b) its a great location, but there are a number of things that really let this hotel down. First the room: it was far to hot even with a/c on that didn't seem to work, there was no bottled water in the room and only water available was in the minibar but fizzy water, the bathroom was stuck in the 80's and the TV selection was terrible, the best thing about the room was the bed it self - which was comfy and plenty of pillo... I stayed here with my wife for 3 nights, the hotel I thought was a bit dated! The spa was ok although we couldn't have steam room and sauna together as separate ones for m/f. The pool was a little cold. The location wasn't too bad, as metro right outside. The breakfast was amazing, anything you could think of they had. Prague is a lovely city and worth a visit, great food everywhere and very reasonable :)

We arrived at this hotel Friday tea time by a taxi which worked out about £20. The receptionist was quite rude and not welcoming atall. Room was lovely although very hot in the night and when opened the window with it being so cold outside it was then freezing, also me and my partner didn't manage to get much sleep as bed wasn't the comfiest. Also we were woken up on the first night at 1am by music blasting through a speaker in the ceiling which made me jump out of bed - which was highly annoyi... Read more

One of the few negatives I could find about this hotel is also the most crucial one, as it directly relates to its core business: sleep quality. The small room is at a constant claustrophobic 24°C-25°C. The hotel refuses to turn on the airconditioning, 'because it is winter', they said. Also despite the fact that the windows DO open, and that it is -10°C outside, as soon as one tries, there is such a hurricane-like draft coming from the corridor through the gaps in the door as to slam the ... We visited Prague for three days last week and stayed at the Corinthia. It is an excellent hotel and right next to a metro station. Thoroughly recommended. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant excellent value for money as are the drinks in the bar. Breakfast buffet is also excellent with a good choice available.

Nice a tad dated, nothing too bad. Breakfast great and so too staff in breakfast area. Was woken at 1am by music being piped into room through intercom speaker. At check out I wasn't asked did I enjoy my stay so I had to mention the music incident, guy on the desk asks what type of music was it? I'm not Simon Cowell to be fair. The chap was giggling as he spoke to me. Also did not show me amount due... just charged my credit card which was pre authorised at check in to 150% of t... Read more

My husband and I loved our stay at The Corinthia Prague. The room was really comfortable with lovely views of the city. The spa was relaxing and the restaurants had wonderful food. We loved breakfast. It offered a wide range of everything! The omelette station was particularly good. We found the staff really polite, helpful and friendly. Especially on the check in desk, in the bar and the concierge. The metro was 30 seconds away and took you straight into the city. It was really easy to use. We ... Read more

We stayed for a week over New Years and upgraded to the executive suite package. The rooms were spacious with nice bathrooms and excellent views over the city as we were on a high floor. The executive suite is very relaxing with snacks and drinks available all day. Nice choice for breakfast and a selection of hot food in the evenings (6 to 8pm) We went for a swim most days and enjoyed the sauna and steam room also. The spa is nice but remember to book in advance as it can be busy. The hotel is a... Read more
