It was quiet and yet around the corner from the clock. Easy walk to river and bridge. The staff was so friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast was incredible. Take a side trip to Cesky Krumlov. Takes a full day but well worth it.

Bit late writing this review,we stayed at the beginning of March this year. The hotel is excellent in every respect we found no fault at all, we was expecting to have bad wifi but we did not encounter any problems with this. The food was amazing, the beds comfy and the bathrooms also perfect, all this in a very central location I highly recommend this hotel. If anyone has ever read any of my previous reviews will know I say it as it is If there is something wrong I will put it in the review, I co... Read more

We stayed for two nights in this lovely older hotel. Our room was on the third floor and opened out into a common living area that was nice to sit in when planning our day with friends that were traveling with us. The bathrooms had granite floors and walls and a nice large vanity. Beds were comfy with nice linens. The breakfast had lots of variety that we enjoyed every morning. Only once were awakened by rowdy people outside but that isn't the fault of the hotel, just part of the experience of s... Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Savic for 5 nights returning home last week. We would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to our family and friends and will be advising our travel agent of this wonderful hotel. The location was close to the Old Town Square, so very convienient to many of the amazing sights Prague has to offer. We also loved the atmosphere of this 14th century building which has been beautifully renovated. The meals were excellent and varied, all staff courteous and pleasan... Read more

We were staying in this lovely hotel 3 nights from 20th till 23rd of May and to be honest we are absolutely amazed! We would love to thank the Reception (especially Mirka :) ) for helping us with the excursions and trips to reservate, to call here and there and give us the whole information about everything in Prague! You were amazingly kind! Also we enjoyed breakfasts, you get there everything possible (and impossible) and everyone is working quick and at the same time positively. Our room was... Read more

Savic Hotel is a beautiful small boutique hotel. We spend three nights in May 2016 and left Prague with very good memories. The hotel is a very small hotel close to all major attractions. It used to be Dominican monastery, but restored to high standards. The restaurant is perfect and free wifi is available. However, the elevator can only go up to the third floor and for comfort seeking American tourist last flight of stairs after the third floor may be an disadvantage. Also, air conditioning is... We had the pleasure of staying in the Savic Hotel in Prague in May and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and most helpful. One could not ask for a better location to stay in this fabulous, historic city. We highly recommend it. D & J Parksville, BC

Our stay at the Savic was top-notch from start to finish. The staff are all, without exception, very helpful and friendly. The hotel booked our taxis to and from the airport and made excellent recommendations for concerts, restaurants, and booked tables for us etc. The rooms are elegant, beds and pillows very comfortable. Air-conditioning kept our room at the right temperature for a good night's sleep. Excellent breakfast each morning, with a very good range of hot and cold food. There was a lit... Read more

This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a trip to see the sights of Prague. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped into the hotel. All the staff, particularly the receptionist who greeted us, were friendly and very helpful. We were given excellent advice on how to get to places we wished to visit inside and out of the city and recommendations on places to eat and drink. Rooms were comfy and breakfast was good. Really can't fault it at all and would happily stay here ag... Read more

Our group of six absolutely loved this hotel! It is a former monastary and while made elegant and comfortable has retained the old world charm. All rooms are different, but all good. My husband and I lucked out with a huge two room suite with very large marble bathroom. Every floor has a elegant common lounge. Best of all is the location, in the middle of old town with the unsurpassed charm, enabling us to walk everywhere. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant where a huge breakfast buffet i... Read more

We spent 3 nights at the Savic Hotel in June. Right from the start when we met the crazy lady on reception we were made very welcome. The hotel is located in the old town and very close to the old town square. Consequently it is ideally suited for walking tours of the city. The hotel has been converted from an old monastery which is evident from the vaulted room ceilings and the thick walls. Everywhere was clean and fresh. Breakfast is buffet style and nourishing. We ate dinner one evening i... Read more

We stayed at the Savic Hotel for 3 nights the first part of June. It was wonderful. The staff go out of their way to help you, the rooms are clean and neat, the service is great, the on site cafe had a good variety of local foods, everything we had was very good. It is also very close to the down town square with lots of things to see within easy walking distance. the only negative I can think of is that Friday night was a little loud from people down on the street If I ever get a chance ... Friendly and helpful staff, check in was first class and included a glass of wine whilst completing the forms. Room was large and bed was comfortable, included a coffee machine and kettle, tea and coffee supplied. In-suite bathroom acceptable if a little small, only issue was that the shower door didn't stop water pouring out onto the floor - they gave us towels to help. We ate one evening in their restaurant, basic but fine, however there are dozens of really good ones all around, so no problem... Read more

My husband and I stayed here last week and had a wonderful time. The staff were great and very knowledgeable. We arrived well before check in time and they were able to swap some things around so we could check in a bit earlier which was appreciated after 30 hours to get there! The room was well appointed. We had an attic room which had the lovely exposed beams. We thought it wasn't good with only one small window but when it's not dark until 10 and light by 5 it was good to be able to sleep! Br... A fantastic quality small hotel in a great location. Well presented hotel with large well equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff from check-in to bar/restaurant. Food great both breakfast & main restaurant. Excellent standard of cleanliness throughout. Location is perfect - 2 minutes walk from the old town square, so perfect for seeing the whole of Prague on foot, but just far enough out to be peaceful and quiet at night. Would definitely stay at this hotel again & recommend to all.

My wife and I spent 4 nights here in June during our trip to Prague. We chose it because of its central location and excellent reviews and came part of a package with Jet2 Holidays. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport using public transport. After buying your ticket at information desk in the airport, you board the bus No. 119 and take it to the end of the line where it connects with the metro. At the 5th stop get off at Starometska and its a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The reception ... Read more

We arrived early to check in. We left our luggage at the hotel and arrived back later in the evening. We had stayed previously in an attic room which was really beautiful. They assigned us an attic room again and the room was really stunning. However a group of guys on stag checked in to the room beside us and we could hear everything through the wooden beams.
