We were assigned a room on Third floor on the street side. Upon entering, I giggled inside with excitement as there was the Charles Bridge one way and the street to the Old town lined with shops the other way.. Yes, we were aided with our luggage on the way to the room. Nicely appointed furnishings and modern bathroom. Very personable attendants at the desk. Adequate breakfast. We slept with the windows closed so noise was not a problem. We were surprised that they still allow smoking in... Read more

We only used the restaurant, not the hotel. Near to the Charles Bridge in the Old Quarter. My Lady and I both enjoyed excellent pizza, cooked to perfection. I would recommend the cooking, but as with a previous experience eating in the Old Quarter, check your bill!! A basket of bread, was placed on the table, which we did not order, or consume, but was charged for. The cost was adjusted when 'the error' was pointed out. I would still recommend the excellent cooking.

This was a chance find as we were walking in the area of the Charles Bridge. There are a large number of under cover outside tables with comfy Lloyd Loom style chairs. Draped over the back if each chair is a red blanket that my wife put over her legs. Above us was a row of radiant heaters so we could eat outside even though it was a bit cold that afternoon. It was so cosy that after we had eaten our meals which were lovely and drunk the wine we then had a delicious caramel pastry with a glass of... Read more

Historical building with beautiful painted ceilings in the rooms. Very professional and accomodating staff. Seconds away from the Charles Bridge. Breakfast was very nice. In short, a wonderful place.. I would definitely go back. But if it's important to you, there is no elevator so takenthat into account when booking.

We only used the restaurant for a very late meal after a late flight in from the UK. Pizzas were very good, we loved them. We did have a miserable waiter who added an extra drink to our bill. This was quickly adjusted when pointed out and he did apologise. 10% service added to our bill but it was excellent value. Great location, just over the Charles bridge, therefore great place to sit and people watch

The food were well plated and served ahead of expected time. Large variety of dishes to choose from with English and other languages translations. The environment is situated in the bustling alley leading to Charles Bridge which adds more character to the place. We topped the night with a bottle of wine. A very nice experience indeed!

I came in for a few drinks one night with my girlfriend, the interior is very nice and comfortable. The prices were also very reasonable. We realised there was a deal on cocktails so we had a couple of those (think it was a Thursday?) The night then escalated very quickly! We found out that there was a bar downstairs, we then found out there was a nightclub/rave/stripclub down more stairs and had the best night ever! We met a lot of lovely people and there was no trouble whatsoever. Obviously... Read more

It was my first time going there. But the portions are very very small. Even the plates are small. Like kids menu. Don't waste your time and money here. There are lots of other options. I left there hungry. I don't recommend and won't go there again.

We went to this restaurant for lunch and had the worst service I have ever experienced. The waiter did not smile once and hung over us to hurry us up to eat our food. He then began to take our plates before we had finished eating. When we asked for the bill we found that the 'complimentary' bread and sauces (mayo and ketchup) had been added t the bill along with the 10% service charge. Due to the poor service and the waiter not telling us about the added charges we said we weren't going to pay t... Read more

We stayed at the apartment, located in a different street, very central but quiet at night. Good sized bedrooms, very comfy beds and cleaned everyday. Bathroom and kitchenette could benefit from a refit, but still ok. Location of the hotel and the apartment was excellent, we went everywhere walking. We had breakfast included and although getting to the hotel building may seem a bit inconvenient, it didn't bothered us.The breakfast buffet is quite nice, coffee could be better to be honest, but is... Food was just average. It's On a very busy street. The restaurant Charges you for bread but they automatically bring it out to every table without asking. There are Plenty of better options in Prague, don't waste your money.

The waiter was very impolite, because he did not fullfill my wishes and talked agressive to me. We did not eat anything of the bread, but we had to pay for it. All in all it was not the service of a 4* hotel. It's just highly overpriced and the quality of the food is just "ok". My suggestion: never come here.
