The hotel was spacious and nicely decorated, the breakfast was great with a nice selection of various foods. The hotel is located just in the center of all the city attractions so we could walk everywhere.

The hotel is located between the 2 bridges. 5-7 min walk to Charlie's bridge. Very warm homelike atmosphere in the hotel. Our room was spacious enough with a view of the beautiful park. The breakfast is the best we had for 2 weeks staying in the country!

Highly recommend this hotel , the rooms are beautiful , the views of the Old Palace and gardens across the road spectacular the breakfast selection was superb . the staff were extremely obliging. We were tended at breakfast by Krystyna and she went way above our expectations , not to mention Lucie at reception and Ivo the concierge . Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends .

A beautiful cosy room on the 4th floor with fantastic views to the castle. The hotel is just of Carl's bridge 10-15 minutes walk from all main attractions. The stuff is wonderfull and warm. The hotel is small and intimate. Wonderefull breakfasts . If i come to Prague again I'm most certainly going to return.

Couldn't sleep because the air conditioning was broken all four nights that we stayed here. Our room was over the front door of the hotel, and when we opened the window to cool off, smoke would fill the room from people smoking at the front door of the hotel. The management did not appear to even try to fix the air conditioning the entire time we were there. Miserable experience.

During my stay I had great service with a friendly staff. The rooms are large and the hotel located in an amazing location, a three minute walk to the Charles Bridge and 5 minute walk to the Saint Vitus Cathedral.

This is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel. I booked this supposedly 5 star hotel on Hotwire many months in advance so that I could get a reasonable price for the most luxury. I have written over seventy reviews, and almost all of them are positive, because I truly try to find the good in everything and everyone. That said, my experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. This hotel in no way operates as a 5 star property. The air conditioning was broken and the staff rather than taking resp... Read more

A lovely hotel, clean and stylish inside. Very friendly staff, especially Ivo the concierge. He was extremely helpful and professional and went the extra mile. Very conveniently located to Charles Bridge and the old town so pretty convenient to get around everywhere.

Perfect location, very friendly staff. All the attractions within walking distance at the same time a very quiet room. My room had a wonderful view to the senate gardens and Prague Castle! Just loved it! Definitely will be back!

We stayed in the presidential suite and enjoyed views of the city and the Castle off of our own private balconies. The hotel is located centrally and within walking distance to most of the key tourist locations. Bring across the river from the old town square I found this neighborhood to feel more peaceful and less touristy.

Beautiful hotel, very quite. If you are looking for night life, it's bit of a distance. If you are doing tourist - it's very good to stay in quite zone after busy streets of Prague. Make sure you get a rom with garden view, another side of the hotel goes to the busy street with trams.

If you are looking for a 2* hotel then that's the one! Simply terrible! It's a scam! Definitely NOT a 5* hotel! Dirty old rooms.. Stayed for 4 nights and no bed sheets were changed! We went out at 8am, came back at 4pm and rooms were not arranged and cleaned yet! Terrible breakfast area and food selection.. Rooms are very small ! Pictures are misleading ! Do not stay in this hotel!

This was by far one of the nicest hotels myself and my fiancée ever stayed in, it has tremendous value for money, we stayed in the Ambassador Suite which had a beautiful view of Prague castle to wake up to every day, there are some reviews mentioning noise from the metro, perhaps this is the case on the lower levels, however at the top we slept like a baby!

Great location and comfy bed. I was surprised by the poor quality of the TV. Also a couple things were broken in the room which is not good for a hotel claiming to be five star quality. But I'm glad to have stayed there.

The hotel is nice,.in a very good place, near the attractions of the city but far from the crowds. The staff is OK, They try to help you in any subject. Restaurants are a plenty nearby. The room is silent, clean, ,with a nice view of the castle.of Prague ( the tram 22 stops a block from the hotel and take you straight to the Castle. But, if you want to stay at the hotel and eat a snack, I am sorry because there are no sandwichs or light lunchs, only dishes.. But, in overall it is a good place t... Read more

We had booked this property via the internet. We arrived there on the 21st September - a short and pretty 30 minute drive from the Airport. The hotel itself is located on a quiet street in the prettiest quarter of Old Prague. The hotel is a quiet, tastefully furnished place which has decent sized rooms, beautiful bathrooms with shower cubicles and air-conditioning. The view from our room was just this stunning view of the Prague castle up on the hill and Wallenstein Palace Museum with its garde... Read more
