This hotel is clean with comfy beds and in a quiet location. Reasonable breakfast and snacks available through the day. Impressive time availability for free breakfast, limited for some of that time. My travelling companions thought it was absolutely fine and say I am fussy. However, it is quite a walk from the main attractions, including Wenceslas Square! Our room was excessively hot, even with the heating turned off. The shower was hot but the shower head was too close to the wall. We were... Read more

This is your standard IBIS hotel, good quality, friendly staff and a great price. This is a perfect base for visiting Prague, rooms are always going to be small in any city centre at the price you pay, but it is clean and secure with good overall facilities - only improvement would be for tea and coffee to be available in the room (but this is a British thing)! Breakfast was very nice with a good selection.

Bedrooms are clean and big, great staff, good location, fast internet, food available all day long. It is definitely worth what you pay for. There is even a laundromat walking distance from the hotel and several restaurants.

Visited Prague last December with family and enjoyed the trip . Weather was good , people very nice and enjoyed visiting the sites and experiencing the culture . Walking along Charles Bridge at night was so cool .

Location is very convenient, practically center of the city. Many good restaurants in the area. Room was clean and spacious (on the second floor) with a bit of a street view. Staff was helpful and professional. Business facilities are available which is convenient but Internet is slow. Wish Internet was faster. Building is new, rooms are new and fresh, has kind of Ikea/UO filing to it ( in terms of interior). Personally I like it.

Stayed 3 nights in January with a group of about 22. Great location, near Wenceslas Square (but Not on the square). Tram nearby. Easy enough walk (a little hilly) to Old Town too. My room was fairly tight for 2 separate people but did the job. Not much space between the beds but it was fine. Breakfast was alright, nothing spectacular but again we were fine. The little shop/cafe in the lobby was useful. The staff were helpful and had great English. Budget Hotel at budget prices. Would return.

There was 22 of us and check in was fairly smooth no problems Staff friendly and helpful (although no adaptors and none for sale so remember to take some) Rooms basic - comfortable beds and great showers and quiet but compact and no tea/coffee facilities which been English is a necessity Breakfast - a great choice as continental- breads, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, mama's cake, eggs, sausages, a good range of teas but not coffee, juices Small cafe at reception with good choice and the ... 4.5/5 The location is excellent - in I.P Pavlova - on the same road as the metro. 8 minute walk (or so from Wenceslas Square) so 20 mins walk from Charles Bridge. Without doubt the staff are the best thing about this hotel (and the shower - which is hot and powerful!). I found them extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and WiFi surprisingly good! Breakfast was OK, nothing special but adequate. I'd say a bit slow at refilling but again the staff were great. The qual... Read more

Have given 3 because there was no restaurant or bar facilities available thankfully the Novotel next door had both. When we booked the hotel there was nothing to indicate that these facilities would not be available. When we asked at reception we were told they did not know why.If restaurant and bar had been available the rating would have been 5.

good access by car, convenient garage though a bit expensive (550 K? per night) as in most hotels of Prague city centre, clean rooms, good standard IBIS breakfast, helpful, polite and pleasant staff, close to the underground station and centre of the city
