As always Ibis hotels offer a no-frills but yet comfortable stay in a great location. The Ibis old town is a good walk from the actual old town, but is close to many great bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and knowledgable about the city and neighborhood. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. No street noise from my room. Good continental breakfast, but bring your own shampoo and conditioner!!

My expectation of city centre hotels is always a bit lower, but this hotel way exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short distance from a metro station with trams and buses even closer. The staff were excellent, prepared to solve any issue, and my room was truly exceptional for the price I paid. A really comfortable bed, a huge bathroom with roomy shower completed an excellent 3 day stay. I've stayed in many Ibis and have usually found their breakfast to be economic and sat... Read more

This Ibis Hotel is situated right in the heart of the old Town, and many of the most famous tourist attractions are at walking distance. We had problems in finding the hotel, as there are two main streets with treacherously similar names which made that we were directed in the wrong way. The hotel is on "Na Porici" and not "Na Prikope", another main artery running in the opposite direction from the city square where the Municipality house and the Powder Tower can be found. Very convenient for Old Town, especially if walking back late, after sight-seeing or eating out. Parking useful, but a bit expensive. Nice room. Pleasant, competent and well-informed staff. Bar could have been open a bit later.

The location was perfect for short walks through the heart of Prague. It was also perfectly located for easy accessibility to the various tram lines. I was able to get to the sites within five minutes walk from the hotel and further sites were a short tram ride away if I wanted to go beyond district 1, the old town. I'd say that the hotel staff is very good, as is the location. The beds at most of the Ibis Budget hotels could use a memory foam mattress topper and a more consistent air condit... Read more

Very good location, good, clean accommodation. Friendly staff. Absolute value for money. Too bad that the breakfast service depends largely on the staff member on duty (for allergy adapted foods: varying from a full fletched breakfast to 3 slices of bread).

Very good location, close to the Mall and old town. Good stay over all. The reservation also helped us claim a refund for a tour that didn't go so well, so kudos to them. Breakfast was not included but there is a nearby mall where You can get your breakfast too.

I chose this hotel because of its location. It is close to a big shopping mall, so it is very convenient to buy anything. It is only few steps from a metro station, Namesti Republiky. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't try its breakfast because it didn't seem to worth the money. So I had breakfast outside the hotel. A very nice clean hotel located in an excellent part of the city, the old town. Walking distance to many bars, and restaurants and shopping centres. I would certainly recommend. The room was exactly what we required for our trip away. It was not 5 star luxury but it does not claim to be! Would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Prague.

Typical Ibis. Clean, good value, great location. Big shower space, good shower. Breakfast is limited. But plenty of places around instead. 20 euro for taxi from airport - hotel Taxi drivers are mental, always agree a price before getting in a taxi, be ready for a white knuckle journey.

My daughter and I stayed at the Ibis Praha Old town in April 2016 for coupled nights. Booked based on our experience with Ibis chain in Europe. We were not disappointed. While the room was not big it was small and vey clean! Same for bathroom. We spent very little time in the room, as went outside sightseeing. I our last night we went to the bar downstairs for a glass of wine. Perfect ending to enjoyable (and well priced) stay. We arrived via air so I can't comment on the parking facilities. Fr... I expected a little more as I was reading through the hotel guide The room itself was nice and clean, good size and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The biggest issue was noise and internet. Every time someone open or closed a door I woke up. I could hear the people above me walking around and the kids next door running around. Maybe I was unfortunate with a few noisy guest but the walls were obviously not that thick to block out simple opening and closing of other room doors. The Inter... Read more

While not really central Prague we enjoyed our stay here and loved shopping at the adjacent mall. Rooms are clean and bedding is nice, typical ibis rooms. No frills but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Food in restaurant is good value. Staff helpful. We taxied everywhere when we needed to on tours or into the centre of the city. This hotel provides everything you would expect of an Ibis hotel (well maintained and decorated rooms, blackout curtains so you can sleep in, very clean everywhere, air conditioning that works and is quiet plus a bar and breakfast option). When you add the location and helpful staff, I think you will struggle to find better value. I have only failed to give it 5 as it is not in the "luxury" category.
