Loved the location! Located right next to palladium shopping centre and many places to eat near by. The hotel was a bit aged but the location made up for it! The breakfast was expensive we went to the food court at the shopping centre next door and was much better and cheaper. Also the wifi was terrible it hardly worked and when we asked staff about it they said there was nothing they could do.

Modern clean hotel walking distance to old town centre, Charles bridge, powder tower, astronomical clock and natural history museum. Would suggest trams for castle and Perrin tower. Reception/breakfast room staff helpful and as smiley as anyone in Prague. Breakfast selection adequate if a little quirky (pasta and pesto for breakfast??) Room size fine and shower room adequate and clean. Bed comfortable. Negatives would be (1) you have to have the blind across the window all the time unless you wa... Read more

Great value for money, and fantastic location. This is a simple but clean and comfortable hotel perfect for a weekend getaway in Prague. The room itself was cozy and the bathroom a little on the small side but the shower was excellent - very hot and very powerful. The only criticism would be the breakfast - it was slightly lacking on the choice front, but for the price, you can expect it. I would stay here again. The location is great and walking distance from most of the great attractions.

I've stayed at this hotel twice before in 2011 and 2014, so it was an obvious choice when I booked a short city break to Prague for the third time! Everything about the hotel is fantastic. The decor, the staff, the location, the rooms, the bar... My only negative about the entire hotel is the wifi from my room (427) was pretty bad. Normally I wouldn't complain about patchy wifi, but on this particular stay I needed it to do some quick work in the evening. When I went into the hallway it was sup... Read more

Great hotel, stayed with my wife and would stay here again. Everybody comments on the perfect location which it is so I won't repeat, but everything is within walking distance, and the four floor shopping mall is next door! The rooms are very modern and clean although not large. Spacious hot powerful shower and a hairdryer in the room. Rooms were cleaned daily and breakfast is served from 6.30 to midday so no rush for the late risers. Thanks to Josef on reception who when we checked in booked ... Read more

The best of this hotel is without a doubt its great location. The rooms, although with the typical decoration of the "IBIS" brand, are comfortable and with good insensation. The staff is not very friendly, but competent to handle the necessary. Breakfast with very little choice of cakes and lacking a few basic things.

A perfect location in the city center of Prague next to the shopping mall Palladium. The rooms are big enough to accommodate 2 persons. Comfortable beds and a bathroom with a nice shower. The dinner buffet is very bad. Dry chicken etc. some of the food was cold. The breakfast is good, but i would like to see some more fruits. The staff was great! They gave us good advices about the city at the Front Office.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to the Old Town and shopping mall Palladium where there are a lot of options for lunch/dinner. The dinnerbuffet in the hotel is rubbish, but the breakfast is nice. Rooms are okay, but not expensive so it's a good balance. Staff was outstanding, especially in the bar.

The Ibis has a prime location, right next to a big mall called Palladium with all the shops you can imagine. The staff was fair enough, nothing to shout hurray about. The room was very basic, and I found the bed quite uncomfortable. But all in all, this hotel is not the worst I've ever stayed in, but far from the best. For two nights it was good enough.

Hotel Ibis Praha Old Town provides good value for the price and with its excellent location in the historical centre of Prague beats all the other hotels within this area. The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and able to prevent any potential issue.
