My second visit to Prague and as earlier, I stayed at Ibis Praha Old Town. What a location for a hotel to be in Prague. Everything from entertainment, bars, to the best tourist destination in vicinity to the hotel. Superb and always smiling staff ever ready to help.

Breakfast never changes, same food every day, served by sour faced chefs -my rooms toilet has old faeces under toilet rim, despite calling cleaner to fix, never was fixed. dont these people know about bleach? -Reception staff ignore you, except Jan, he was a champion -Rooms smaller than advertised -Cheap nasty toilet paper and towels so thin. No coffee facilities, they try to rent you a kettle at $5 a day! And if you want those nasty cheap toiletries that come free in most places, you must buy... Read more

I have been in ibis old town hotel last weekend. The location is really good, its just 10 minutes by walk to the old town square and 15 min. To Charles bridge. The room is quite big (i was sharing the room with 2 more people),staff cleaner is really efficient , and brekfast is ok! Just the reception is not really good. I met few different guys during my overnight stay and all of them were looking really scared and embarrassed. I think its the last thing that someone want to find when arrive in th... Read more

I stayed here in January for my yearly new year break, I was greeted by friendly smiling staff and was checked in within 5 minutes. My room was spotless clean and although not huge, I feel the room was perfect for me. I had plenty of space for my stuff, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept well for all 6 nights. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was perfect! Lots of space in the shower cubicle too. Regarding breakfast, I do not normally eat because I'm a fussy vegetarian, but as I... Read more

We visited Prague for a weekend and the Ibis Old Town was in an ideal location for a short trip, as we were able to walk to all of the main sites and attractions in Prague. We drove to Prague and the Ibis had on site parking. Additionally, we brought our small dog with us and had no issues, there was a small park area a few blocks away to take her to and the staff welcomed her into the hotel. The rooms are clean and efficient, like in all Ibis hotels and the staff was helpful with recommendat... Read more

Conveniently located in the center of main attraction. You are almost didnt have to take any public transport as you can easily walk around 10-20 min. It is a modern type of hotel with basic amenities, room was slightly small but it was okay for me. Located next to Palladium, you can do your shopping here. Quite a number of restaurant nearby. Overall it was a great stay..!

We visited the hotel in January of 2017. The hotel is located in the center of Prague, near the 'Namesti Republiky' metro station, which is very convenient. The rooms are small, but cozy and warm. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Next to the hotel you can find the "Palladium", which is a huge shopping center. And, if you are looking for a supermarket, you can find 'BILLA' right on the corner (V Celnici street) or the 'Albert' supermarket inside the Palladium mall. The ho... Read more

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. \everyone was super nice and hospitable. To be honest, people in Prague can be pretty rude, but everyone in the hotel was friendly. I wish I could remember the blond male front desk agent that assisted us on arrival. You should try the shoarma Lebanese place across as well. The lady told me she lived in Holland.. she was extremely nice. This hotel is perfectly located in the center. especially close to a few big malls and tram.
