As always Ibis hotels offer a no-frills but yet comfortable stay in a great location. The Ibis old town is a good walk from the actual old town, but is close to many great bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and knowledgable about the city and neighborhood. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. No street noise from my room. Good continental breakfast, but bring your own shampoo and conditioner!!

My expectation of city centre hotels is always a bit lower, but this hotel way exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short distance from a metro station with trams and buses even closer. The staff were excellent, prepared to solve any issue, and my room was truly exceptional for the price I paid. A really comfortable bed, a huge bathroom with roomy shower completed an excellent 3 day stay. I've stayed in many Ibis and have usually found their breakfast to be economic and sat... Read more

This Ibis Hotel is situated right in the heart of the old Town, and many of the most famous tourist attractions are at walking distance. We had problems in finding the hotel, as there are two main streets with treacherously similar names which made that we were directed in the wrong way. The hotel is on "Na Porici" and not "Na Prikope", another main artery running in the opposite direction from the city square where the Municipality house and the Powder Tower can be found. The location was perfect for short walks through the heart of Prague. It was also perfectly located for easy accessibility to the various tram lines. I was able to get to the sites within five minutes walk from the hotel and further sites were a short tram ride away if I wanted to go beyond district 1, the old town. I'd say that the hotel staff is very good, as is the location. The beds at most of the Ibis Budget hotels could use a memory foam mattress topper and a more consistent air condit... Read more

I expected a little more as I was reading through the hotel guide The room itself was nice and clean, good size and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The biggest issue was noise and internet. In a great spot, good breakfast buffet, nice rooms small, toiletries not provided, bottle of water in room is charged for if used. Check in good, friendly staff, large shopping Centre next door, would definitely return for location.

The location of hotel is really perfect. Very close to tram stop and subway station Nám?stí Republiky. Fast check-in and good quality of service. Room was very clean and cozy. FYI, no fridge in room :) Right next to hotel, there's very big shopping mall Paladium , and right across the street there's Billa supermarket and very nice restaurant, Kolkovna Celnice. All the tourist attractions are within walking distance! Highly recommended!

I went to Prague for a business trip (outside of centre) of 3 days and 2 nights, so vicinity of the railway station was important. Unfortunately the prices in that location are quite high, so I choose this Ibis hotel, based on the very good reviews on both tripadvisor and booking.com. It was a good choice: personnel is efficient, breakfast buffet is nice, wifi is free and efficient. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Room is confortable and quiet, at least for one person and two nights.

We were a group of girls visiting Prague and we're looking for a hotel with a convenient location. We booked Ibis and boy were we happy! The hotel is right next to the biggest mall, the tram is literally right outside the hotel. Old town and new town main squares and shops are within 5 minutes walking distance. The bars and the clubs are right there as well. The service at the hotel is great. The facilities are basic, but it didn't really matter as we were only at the hotel to sleep. Highly ... Read more

We used this hotel for three days visiting Prague on holiday, but after the very pleasant experiences of the Ibis Styles Geneva Gare a week before, we were disappointed. The room was basic with an airconditioner that was stuck on 25 degrees which made things very uncomfortable - we were forced to open a window with temperatures of 6 degrees outside. The breakfasts were sloppy and uninviting, and the dining room messy. Whilst staff were generally pleasant, their service was somewhat sterile an... Read more

Check in was fast and good. Room was clean and nice. Able to leave bag after check out. My only concern is that when I left the bag there, there was no ownership to indicate the bag was mine. Location wise about 5 minutes walk from train station. 3 minutes walk to powder tower and 8 minutes walk to old town. Basically you can access most places by staying here. I even walked to prague castle with a slow stroll. Generally prague is not a difficult place to get around. Food is easily accessible ... Read more

Great location, very clean hotel. Nice & helpful staff, good breakfast. A/C is on heating mode with no option to change that, although it's still needed to cool down the room a bit. Other than that, small rooms. I think he total package is great, and will come back if i'm in Prague again.

We booked the Ibis old Town through an internet agency along with the plane tickets. The hotel itself is pretty new and still feels up to date. Traveled with wife & 4 year old child. This is a very basic hotel, no safe in the room, no doors at the closets, some mold in the shower room, very few options in the buffet breakfast menu, I do not think that they changed our bed sheets in 5 days. But, they have a nice location, close to main square, very close to metro, tram & bus station is in the front of the hotel, close to shopping areas. Max 15 minutes walk to Charles Bridge.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October. The main reason for staying here was due to the location. It's very central for old town, and conveniently metres from the biggest shopping mall, the Palladium. The food court on the top floor is a good bet for a cheap and quick eat. It is also very near a metro station. At ?80 a night it was ok value, but that didn't include breakfast (?11 extra each) which we didn't take. The hotel can provide a car to pick you up from the airport and return as well, surprisingly 100 Kor cheaper than the normal Taxis, a nice way to finish your break! The Ibis has a prime location, right next to a big mall called Palladium with all the shops you can imagine. The staff was fair enough, nothing to shout hurray about. The room was very basic, and I found the bed quite uncomfortable. But all in all, this hotel is not the worst I've ever stayed in, but far from the best. For two nights it was good enough.

The best of this hotel is without a doubt its great location. The rooms, although with the typical decoration of the "IBIS" brand, are comfortable and with good insensation. The staff is not very friendly, but competent to handle the necessary. Breakfast with very little choice of cakes and lacking a few basic things.
