A very nice hotel. The dinner is very good, but the breakfast was just Okay. IT is really a majestic hotel, with a good service and kind people I would prefer to eat dinner at the hotel, because many restaurants dosen't understand english. And the food at hotel is much safer to eat

The hotel rooms are fine. I had a clean room with a modern bathroom. To access it, I had to go through a very strange corridor (never mind) but the lobby had a very old feeling to it which made me a little uncomfortable. The breakfast was also disappointing compared to other places in Prague that I have visited.

First, please pay attention to the other reviewers' complaints about the club in the basement. It really doesn't matter where your room is, you will hear the music until the wee hours of the night. Also, you can hear the hallway traffic for what seems for miles. They did not have the air-conditioning on because it wasn't summer, therefore, you had to open your windows (which was wonderful) until the club and patio noise forced you to close them. The breakfast is quite poor - the room is too sma... Read more

The hotel is in one of the most convenient locations in Prague. A short walk from the old town and near shops and malls. The service was impeccable. People at the reception efficient and cordial. Everybody spoke English fluently. The room comfortable and with great quality of sleep. An ample, modern bathroom. The breakfast a real feast. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We were really impressed with this hotel from the booking in procedure, helpfulness at the desk with booking excursions to the art deco decor, the lovely room and the view. It was also a nice touch to receive a birthday wish with a bottle of wine as a gift. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would visit again.

Enjoyed the trip to Prague. Beautiful city! Chose the hotel from Trip Advisor and Travel Republic. Weren't disappointed! It's about 500m walk to Wenceslas Square and a further kilometre or so to Old Town Square. The breakfast buffet was very good and covered all tastes. The lobby was all marble and leather seating nice enough but not inspiring. Biggest disappointment was the promise of "something" to mark our anniversary which never materialised!

Stayed here at end of May with my husband - room was fine and the hotel is in a great location - can walk to pretty much everywhere from here - breakfast is not great in my opinion but there's plenty of other places for good coffee and food in the mornings so it wasn't a massive disadvantage - location of this hotel is definately a winner.

Love this hotel. It has the old historic look, feel and charm but modern amenities. Unlike many European hotels, this one offers soap, shampoo & conditioner, etc. Wifi is free and works great. Service staff is very helpful and friendly. There is valet parking available, which is very convenient. The buffet breakfast is from 6:30 - 11:00 am and has a nice selection.

Perfect Hotel for a 4 days visit to Prague. Excel. location, good and efective service/staff with nice breakfast. We also have requested transfer service from/to the airport and that was premium class and for a fair price. We had the chance to stay at the 7 floor where the view is really something, specially during the night.

First time ever booked a hotel couple months before, arrived and was told, they rented to many rooms, therefore they won't have a room for me. Disgrace. Manager apologized and offered other hotel, which was worse than this one. It was not a happy option for us. They gave me a refund, but holiday mood was taken away.

Stayed here as part of tour group. Probably better places to stay but this position was good. Hotel quite old although clean and no real problems. Breakfast was okay. We walked down to Charles bridge and lots of other places without too much trouble. Can't really comment on the value of the hotel because it was included in our tour. Staff friendly and helpful. Free wi fi which worked well.

I stay in Prague often so I wanted to try different hotel. This one has great position in city center. First dissapointment was that our car couldn't fit into the garage, although we communicated the type upfront. So they sent us 10minutes away from the hotel. Unfortunetaly I couldn't pay the parking bill with my credit card. They don't sell subway tickets, although other 4* hotels do. Also the wellness, is just room with one sauna and one bathtub for two, which didn't work properly and you woul... Read more

Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with most amenities available like a minifridge, hairdryer, television, clothes dryer, and kettle. It had a pleasant, old-time feel to it, with beams in the ceiling, without feeling too dated. The bathroom was equally clean and spacious, with a large bath and a powerful hot shower. We have just returned from Prague after staying at the Majestic for 4 nights. The hotel is clean with a very good breakfast included. The hotel staff are very professional, helpful and friendly, always looking to help you if you look bemused or lost. The hotel is far away from any noisy streets but close enough to walk to the more historic areas and close to public transport. We will return again to this beautiful city and would return to the Majestic again.

The hotel is in a very good position near Wenceslas Square and loads of local restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are quite big with loads of cupboard space, beds are clean and comfortable and there is little or no noise from the road running outside the hotel. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice, hot or continental options. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.
