We recently stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Prague to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. It is a relatively small hotel and you are made feel at home. We stayed in a junior suite and everything was just perfect. All the staff were very pleasant and attentive, the room was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel is a approximately 400 metres from the metro and had no problem using the metro and public transport to get from the airport to the hotel or getting into ... Read more

I stayed in this hotel just because all other standard and good hotels were booked out due to Christi ascension day. Negatives: I got an attic room on the 6th floor with elevator going just to 5 and 1/2 floor. First, there was no desk (writing table) in the room. I had to put my notebook on the night table approx. 25x25 cm while kneeling at using my laptop. To find a safe (locker) was a detective story, you had to open the minibar to find a tiny little box in which your passport and two credit c... Read more

All staff was very helpful and friendly and we were upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely! Delicious and extensive complimentary breakfast. This was the second place in two weeks that we stayed in Prague; the first was in Mala Strana which we found was a better location for most of what we wanted to do. Depending on your needs for location I would certainly recommend Louren!

We stayed at the hotel 5 nights in May. We felt the hotel is rated higher than it deserves. Some significant disadvantages that we have noticed: 1. The matrasses quality was very poor, the springs sticking out. 2. The hotel is located in a very old building, so there was a specific not very pleasant smell in the room that we got. 3. The hotel advertises parking space, but the parking is located off site in an auto-shop. The parking place is extremely crowded, no security on site and the dail... Read more

We had a large and very pleasant room. Furnishings were sort of period eclectic...somehow it just all fit together. Our beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern. Free wireless was extremely fast (up to 25 mps). Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of cheese, bread, fresh vegetables and the usual buffet offerings. They also had some items "cook to order" but we never had occasion to try them. The staff is excellent....of particular note were Michael and Liza. The desk is ... Read more

Good breakfast, hot food, the room is a loft bed upstairs, downstairs is the living room and the bathroom, a little distance away from downtown but acceptable, so the room is very quiet. 24-hour reception, staff is very enthusiastic.

We're a family of four, and we had a really pleasant stay at the Louren Hotel. Aside from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, perhaps the best part of our stay was the location in trendy, laid-back Vinohrady. In our opinion, Prague is a delightful city but the centre is overwhelmed by tourists. If you're even remotely interested in experiencing the "real Prague", don't stay there. Vinohrady, or places like it, is a better option. The Louren hotel, while not luxurious, provides good value ... Read more

We stayed in Louren Hotel for 3 days and used it as campbase for our visit to Praghue. Booking contact were very friendly, rapid and complete. Well situated somewhat out of the touristic area but with excellent contection with nearby tram and metro. Many small bars and resto's in the direct neighbourhoud. Friendly service, excellent breakfast. Surrelly would recommend this place.

A traditional hotel with the old-fashioned touches like a robe and slippers. The staff is young and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, they offer you tea or coffee at the table which is a nice perk. The breakfast food is plentiful, if not gourmet. Our room was spacious and air-conditioned, with a large bathroom. Our window opened into a quiet back alley, and the room was quiet at night. This is great neighbourhood to stay in. It is more residential, but there are many nice restaurants close by ... Read more

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the beaten pass with a friendly and processional staff. Will definitively recommend this quaint and very well run hotel. The lady who take care of breakfast make you feel special by always, remembering your preference on coffee. Very nice detail! The guys from the front desk all were equally helpful and with great recommendations and knowledge We have the opportunity to expend more time with Michael who was excellent. Will go back!

My husband and I lived and worked in Prague in the past and we returned to this incredible city a few times since. This summer we had three short days to spend here and we stayed at Hotel Louren . We found this hotel to be a lovely and serene place where we enjoyed a beautiful ,large and sparking clean room with a very comfortable bathroom and a leisurely breakfast all included in the price. Every person of the staff , Yakov , Michael , Katerina and Lena made all the effort to make us feel we... Read more

Great location - not in the heart of the city but not far from the underground which is user friendly; my room was huge and so was the bathroom; the whole place was spotless. Breakfast was great and the staff really friendly and very helpful

Friendly staff, very good buffet breakfast and great location just a few blocks from the Metro station Jiriho z Podebrad. Nice quiet location just a few minutes by Metro to the main sights. If you aren't as lazy as I am, you can actually walk to places like the National Museum in about 20 minutes or so. I would definitely stay there again!
