This is very fine hotel, located near to center (easy to reach by foot) with great service, very good room standard and just delicouse breakfasts. After long day: gym, swimming pool & sky bar - view, staff and drinks - simple great! The most suprising for me was the size of this hotel (around 800 rooms) and everything is so well organized. Staying there was a pleasure, a bit expensive but still :)

Seems very new, yet gracious. Not far from city center with a nice walk. Very convenient for public transportation: metro, tram, or bus. Large open atrium. Delicious breakfast buffet. Room are large, beds comfortable. Very clean. Free wi-fi only in public spaces. I was disappointed not to have a river view. We overlooked the lobby instead. Quieter, I suppose.

It is a large place and going to your room can be a long walk depending on how far it is located from the elevators. Staff is efficient. Rooms well appointed. The breakfast spread is excellent and service is up there too. It was surprising that this hotel did not offer any complimentary water in the room. Disappointing that a hotel of this category would not provide a basic essential

This hotel is exceptional from the moment we walked in. The staff at check-in were wonderful, the concierge desk were able to make dinner reservations for us as well as give us a number of ideas of places that were "must" visits while in Prague. The daily breakfast buffet (omelet station, breads, yogurts, etc) were all delicious. The rooms are good size for what we have experienced in Europe. The bathrooms are quite small but workable. Stayed one night. Hesitated between 3 and 4/5; landed on a 3: Positive: clean, walking distance 10 minutes) to old town, opposite metro, separate shower in bathroom, good choice breakfast buffet. Not do positive: size of hotel and very crowded, mattras has a plastic layer feel, probably very hygienic but I didn't sleep well. Price was relatively high. Breakfast and internet extra charge. Especially charging for internet is a mistake; this is a basic need and should be free.

Hotel is big, excellent facilities like wellness area incl indoor pool as well as good infrastructure at seminars. ROMA are in middle conditions and it would not be a mistake to do some renovation. TV has just a few programs. I just found one in German. Staff is friendly, especially at check in and breakfast, whereas the efficiency of the strive at Sky bar needs to be improved in terms of speediness!

Large hotel located about 15 minutes from Old town, Prague. Lovely looking hotel with many services. Rooms are also clean, although the toilet was not the cleanest. The bathroom was fine but not the toilet. The Skybar is also great. Breakfast was great and we absolutely loved the Nutella cakes which we still miss. Staffs are great and offer immediate help. Great stay. Metro is right outside the hotel. Also has a huge pool gym and offers spa facilities.

I liked the location but I would check out the Hilton in old town to save some steps and maybe add a little charm. I did not see it though. Check in was fast, the room was neat and clean, the lobby was pretty. Staff were very friendly. It is easy to get to old town but walking back and forth takes a little time. There is a shopping mall including a grocery just across the street to pick up things like water or other needs . I enjoyed our stay here!

I stayed at the Hilton Prague on June 10, 2016, and enjoyed an excellent, clean room, outstanding service, and a wonderful executive lounge. The executive lounge was one of the best I've visited. I went here with a group of friends and we had all booked 30 min neck massages, which were really great. The spa area is really nice, quite a big pool, jacuzzi and some sun loungers. It is a pity that you do not get access to an outdoor area, when the weather would allow it. There was also a bit of a mix-up when we were paying, we had got a discount when we booked and that did not show up in their systems, so there was a bit of back and forth before they were able to fix it, but it worked out in... Room was fine - I had an inward facing one that overlooked the lobby, but didn't experience any disturbance because of this. Room service quality was good, although a rather limited menu. The Hilton was a great place to explore the city from. Nearly everywhere was walkable, if you like your exercise, and easily accessible with a really cheap daily travel ticket that meant you could use trams, metro etc... It also covers the funicular railway which was surprising. The hotel staff were excellent and very professional. Breakfast was great and the chefs would come round with additional offerings such as smoothies etc... Make sure you visit the bar on the roof for the view, the cock... Read more

First off, it's important to note that there are two Hiltons in the downtown area ?? this one is a little further from Old Town, but still well within walking distance. It is also a lot cheaper than the Old Town Hilton. The staff is wonderful ?? very welcoming and cheery. We stayed three nights and enjoyed a really good breakfast every morning. This Hilton was everything you love about staying in hotel, beautiful lobby, large rooms, comfortable beds, bathrobes and slippers, great pool and spa area plus it was only one metro stop from Old Town. We had a room that overlooked the atrium (no outside views) but still had lots of natural light.

This hotel really goes the extra mile to help me feel comfortable day and night. Whatever you need to do, there is always a facility or a person to assist you. And the executive lounge is a huge benefit on its own. You just want to skip on the happy hour as its occupied by tourists.

We had three days in Prague and this hotel ticks all the boxes, Clean, Quite and with a great Swimming Pool and Sauna. We chose Hotel and Full breakfast and what a breakfast. The staff where very helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It will take you a 10-15 minute walk to get into the old Town but we enjoyed the walk in.

This hotel came as part of a package. Could not believe we could stay in a five star hotel for the price we paid. Had a room overlooking the atrium, very nice room, no noise, not even from the corridor. Great choice of breakfast every morning. Only about a mile to the town centre but there are trams and buses nearby. Metro was also near. My only small gripe ??? is that you have to pay for wi fi in your room but you can sit in the foyer and get it for free.

We had a large room that was very comfortable. The staff treated us like we were VIPS the two days that we were there. The hotel was very accesable to public transit and only a block off of a main thoroughfare . We had a meal in the main restaurant and the food and service was outstanding but a bit pricey. We had a similar meal the next night at a nearby basement restaurant for less that a third of what we paid at the hotel. We got a better look at the local people and they treat... Read more

We recently stayed at the Hilton Prague for a long weekend with my wife and found the hotel to be a highlight of the trip. The staff were courteous, the facilities were exceptional (especially the Cloud 9 bar) and the hotel was efficient to a tee! The rooms are clean and well maintained and nothing is too much trouble for the staff should you require anything. It was a little busy within the lobby at times due to a business convention - but this didn't affect our stay too much. I would like ... Read more

We stayed in the Hilton Prague as part of a Viking River Cruise. The hotel was clean and professional. Rooms are large. There was a convention taking place in the hotel during our stay which booked both restaurants in the hotel multiple nights. Guards were stationed at the restaurant entrances so we could not enter. I would suggest using another hotel that is more friendly to all guests.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we returned to Prague. It looks fresh. So my husband and I had stayed at this hotel last weekend for a conference. For conferences, it serves it's purpose. However, It's located a bit outside of the old town Prague so for tourists, it's not the best location. However, it's very close to a metro stop, which can take you to the main train station easily. The staff is very helpful and friendly, but the rooms are dated. And I personally am not a huge fan of big hotels. You have to walk a long way to your room... Overall, it's ok... Read more

The rooms were clean and comfortable although a bit soulless. I can't fault it but it's it exactly bursting at the seams with character.... The food was surprisingly very good. I very much enjoyed my dinner there. It is centrally enough located that you can easily walk into the Old Town (it took me 20 /25 minutes to the Square but the streets got increasingly picturesque!). The staff were all friendly. Decent wifi.

This hotel is across from a small shopping centre and it has not changed since last year so we did a lot of our family xmas shopping. We have tried the other Hilton but no we wont stay their again.
