Great hotel. The central location puts every major attraction in walking distance. The breakfast was good, but we didn't try the restaurant for anything else. The hotel has a lobby bar, which does not look like much. But don't let that fool you, it is actually a nice bar with a wide variety of both classic drinks and some of their own. The rooms are nice, clean and light and everything worked well. The beds were a little hard for me, but I guess that's just personal prefference.

Stayed here with my wife for a few nights weekend break. The main things going for this hotel are its location and breakfast. Its close to the old town just outside the powder tower and next door to the Palladium indoor shopping mall. So about 20 min walk to Charles bridge. The breakfast is very good serving a wide selection of hot and cold foods including an area to order omelettes and waffles just right for setting you up for a day out. Excellent location!!! A very good hotel, spacious room and good ambiance. Ample choices at breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Great Thai massage until 10pm and jewelery store offering the best of local garnets. Prague was stop 3 of our tour so we needed some washing done, the charges are outrageous, as at any hotel, it cost us less to catch an Uber and go to the Speed Queen laundromat, than to wash and iron 1pair of jeans at the hotel.

The location of this hotel is great for a short visit to Prague. The hotel meets the standards of a 4 stars hotel. The only thing we had a problem with was the bathtub, which is very high. I needed my husband to help me to get out of the bathtub. I do not think is suitable for old people or little children. I do not know if all the rooms have the same problem. The breakfast is very good. The wifi is free but not that great.

I recently spent 5 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The location was a conveniently within 10 minutes walk of Old Town Square. The staff were highly professional and competent in English. The rooms were big and comfortable. The free WiFi worked perfectly. The only small downside was a lack of powerpoints. There was a powerpoint in the bathroom and a few in the desk area. It would have been good to have some closer to the bed. Overall this hotel was excellent.

The Grand Majestic Plaza was an average experience, this was our first time in Prague and we wanted to be in the middle of everything, location wise was great as we walked everywhere (with a baby and a stroller) as it was close to a mall, restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Wi-Fi was available everywhere. Couple of things happened that i was kind of iffy about it. 1) We arranged a hotel pick up in the hotel car, however when we got to the hotel we had to wait over an hour f... Read more

Friendly staff, walking distance to the main square. Good buffet breakfast with both cooked and continental options. The room was on the smallish side and basic but it was clean and comfortable with a good shower. It would benefit from a plug socket by the bed so you can charge your phone and use it as an alarm.

A good 4 star hotel situated in a quiet area within 5 mins walk of everything. Breakfast very good , beds so so comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is that as we visited in lovely hot weather I would have enjoyed an outside area to have a sit down and enjoy a drink , but obviously if you go in winter this wouldn't be ab issue. Just returned from a very pleasant 4 night stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Prague. The location is great, minutes from the old town square but far enough away to be away from the tourist crowds. There are a number of restaurants and a shopping centre nearby with public transport literally around the corner. The staff were all helpful and courteous without being overbearing and the room itself was a decent size and very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is... Read more

The location was excellent, both for the proximity to attractions and the fact it was in such a quiet area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. All areas were spotlessly clean and the food at breakfast was of good quality with plenty of choice. The room itself had comfortable beds and both bed linen and towels were changed frequently. I would like to have seen slightly more toiletries such as shower caps and a cake of soap for the bath, but that is a small matter. We ate in the restaurant tw... Read more

The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet good, but the service was even better. A big Thank YOU to a man named ROMAN who did more than he was expected to. I was there for a few days, so was able to observe him help three people at once going in three different directions and still be able to please all and make them feel important.
