I stayed at this hotel for three nights in mid-May. I can compliment a lot about this hotel. They have wonderful crew members who also listened to you and provided the best for you. I requested a room with a view. They arranged it when the room becomes available the second day when I was there, but they notified me since the day one I booked this hotel. They are very responsive about your needs, your emails & requests. Very wonderful service. I just felt like at home. In addition to providing th... Read more

Last week, my wife and I spent six nights in Prague and stayed at the Domus Henrici Boutique Hotel. We were impressed with the city and it's many cultural activities and we were impressed by the hotel and staff that took such good care of us. In planning the trip, I wrote to Martina and Kamila, at the front desk, numerous times for recommendations and help in securing reservations to restaurants and tickets to events and each time, their response was immediate and their advice was spot-on. This hotel is in a wonderful quiet location behind the Prague Castle, and located higher on the hill. There are nearby restaurants where you can look out over Prague from your table. We also found some nice shops close to the hotel. The hotel itself is not fancy but it is beautiful. There are 2 levels of terraces for guests to enjoy. And from the terraces you get a nice relaxing view. The hotel manager is very accommodating. The breakfasts are great and included in your price. The hotel has a dr... Read more

A beautiful location for Prague especially if you a looking for a quiet place midst the city.Prague castle is literally round the corner, of course you have to climb back up the hill so it's a good exercise to everyone , elder people or those who are less trained can always use the tramline 22 and stop at Pohorolec. The service is very friendly, the rooms are nice and with Milan you will have no problem for a quick transfer from the airport

Domus Henrici is our favorite Prague hotel. Situated on the hill near the castle, it has only six rooms. The staff offers friendly help, the area becomes quiet in the evening, unlike the crowded Charles Bridge location, and the views are lovely, especially from room 6. The beds are pretty good, the bathroom nice, everything is clean and well- maintained, and breakfast is good. There are some very good restaurants nearby. The only drawback in our room was the inability to really adjust the water... Read more

Lovely place to stay with a stunning terrace view of Prague. Very clean room; I should say rooms as there were actually three rooms, one of which is an eating nook, all nicely decorated. Breakfast was well appointed with our host asking if we had any special requests. If ever in Prague again, we will stay here. One caveat... No parking is available.

Even if I would like to - there´s nothing to crititize. Superb room, large bathroom, nice staff, great view and very pleasant breakfast. If you want me to mention, what can be improved - park cards for a blue zone would be great as an offer from the hotel as hotel is in parking-restricted are due to closenest of Prague´s castle. Anyway, highly recommended. Pavel + Milena

Nothing but amazing. Close to Old Town, easy access to public transportation. The rooms are spacious and the views from our floor's veranda were beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and full of freshness. One of our party lost a phone on the tram and the staff called the tram company. The went above and beyond on many occasions. Highly recommended! Thank you to everyone at Domus Henrici for a magnificent stay in Prague!

We had a deluxe room. It was very spacious, with wood floors and numerous casement windows around which made it bright and airy. The decor was clean with arts and crafts modern furniture, which we liked. The bathroom was XX large. The view was of green fields and wooded hills topped by the Petrin tower. We could also see some of the buildings of Old Town across the river diagonally in the distance. Each morning we could hear the birds chirping and looking out, felt like we were staying in... We had a comfortable stay with all our amenities taken care of. The place is quiet, clean and calm, just a little away the main madness of Prague. Its walkable distance from the castle and has a great choice of eateries near by. The staff was super helpful in whatever we needed. They even arrange for a pick up and drop from airport and train station for a reasonable price, since you can trust local taxis in Prague. Go for it, you wont be disappointed!!!

Thankyou to the hotel team. We had a lovely stay. The hotel is very close to the castle so has the advantage of being very calm at night. It was so lovely to return to this haven of peace after a day of sight seeing.

This hotel is fantastic! The front is quiant and little gives away that this is a hotel other than the sign. It is situated about 500 metres above Prague Castle and its location is great for exploring the city. The rooms are wonderful with a great view to the park and Pet?ín hill. There are few rooms so it is a quiet place and it is the perfect place to relax and get away from the city noises. The staff was wonderful in receiving us and taking care of us under our stay. Lived here for two days with my girlfriend. At first we could not find the hotel due to the fact it is somewhat hidden, but this is the only slightly negative part of my experience. When we checked in we had received a free upgrade to a suite which was very fun. Our room was quite large and had an amazing view towards the hilltop next to the river, we were able to eat our breakfasts outside in the mornings, and the receptionist was probably the best receptionist i have ever met. Some friends from Frankfurt found this hotel for our 4 day stay in Prague during the summer, what a great location to explore this wonderful city from, great and easy access to all the top places to visit while in Prague, would not suggest families with young ones who need strollers unless you use the tram/taxi to return from the lower areas as the climb is quite steep. If it's hot you'd be better off with a superior room, where you can leave the windows open since the're located with the windows face to the "little Eiffeltower" and not facinge one of the nice terraces. Domus Henrici is off the beaten Prague path, up on the hill by the castle--but not too close by-- instead of down in the tourist throngs below. Everything is accessible by an easy and beautiful walk (the uphill climb back wasn't too strenuous for the two of us, one in her early and one in his late sixties). The quiet you gain is invaluable. It's easy to spend a day at least, maybe many, exploring the area immediately around the hotel. But Domus Henrici offers more. The warm hospitality is really... Read more

We stayed here recently for two nights for a long weekend trip in the city. Location is great - not right in the hustle and bustle of old town but not a long walk there either. 20mins to Charles Bridge and not even 5mins walk to the castle. Staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast selection was well worth the money. We had a good nights sleep (and a couple of great naps!) in the quiet of our room.
