Excellent location in walking distance to all the main attractions in the beautiful city of Prague. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The room was spotless and comfortable with great furnishings, fresh fruit on arrival and chocolates each evening. There was a huge choice of quality food for breakfast. Loved the "welcome drink" of Prosecco. Would have liked fresh milk in the room to accompany tea/coffee making facilities.

Recommend this hotel--very well located--helpful staff--our room was large and very well appointed with old-world charm and updated luxury bathroom. We walked everywhere from this quaint little street tucked nicely off of a major boulevard.

We stayed here 3 nights. Lovely room (actually it was a 2 room suite), good breakfast with lots of choice and friendly, helpful reception staff. Could not fault the stay. Location was great - nearby to transport and attractions including Charles Bridge but a few blocks from the throngs of tourists. There was a lovely park one block away. Used the pool at the sister hotel - it was tiny (I think about 5m x 5m) and quite cold but probably would be nice after a hot day (when we were there it was 2 d... Read more

The alchemist hotel Prague Our home away from home. This was our second time we stay at the Alchemist and certainly not the last one. Small, luxury, homey, but the best is the service; from the doormen to the breakfast room personnel to the best front desk manager Sasha (thanks). We were treated like we owned the place, every day we had a surprise in our suite: a box of chocolates or a bottle of the house own champagne, or a tray of fresh fruits. We will never forget the last night when the fro... Read more

Very nice stay at the Nosticova Alchemyst. Personnel is attentive, rooms are big and well kept. Location is easy to visit by foot and even return with the 22 tram line. And breakfast boosts your start for next day. Would definitely go back there...

From the moment we walked in, the staff was very accommodating. They took care of our personal needs and made excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. They have a very nice breakfast buffet and menu selections. Our room was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed. A nice touch was a farewell bottle of Champagne which I am enjoying as I write this review. We choose this hotel because it is in a quiet location near a park and the Charles Bridge. This makes it an easy walk to ... Read more

We have just returned from a weekend break in Prague and can thoroughly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, a short walk from all the sights but in a very quiet and pretty side street. The room was really comfortable as was the whole hotel and breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. What makes the Nosticova stand out though, was the staff and the wonderful service they provided. From the moment we arrived we felt looked after and pampered. Nothing was too much trouble. ... Fantastic location and hotel accommodation for a Prague visit. Lucie, Sasha and the entire staff are wonderfully personal in their attention and touches. This is an extremely classy, quiet place to stay, off the beaten path, which in Prague is a major luxury. Large, quiet, very well appointed rooms and an old world manner, makes the boutique hotel price very worthwhile. The location, about a 5-10 minute walk from the base of the Charles Bridge in the Little Quarter, allows for intrepid walke... Read more

This hotel is located few minutes away from Charles bridge, in Mala Strana. The quarter is nice, and pleasant to walk at any time: the position is one of the key points of Nostikova palace. The personnel is nice and ready to support the guest; rooms are ample, in classical style; the limousine service from and to the airport was good and fairly priced; as negative aspects we have to highlight that, unfortunately, the room was not perfectly clean (minor details, of course, but not as expected in ... Wow! Situated down a little paved lane, away from the hoards and the tourist attractions - although they are only 10 minutes walk away. Romantic bedroom above the italian restaurant garden (also very good!) Breakfast is wonderful and a large array of different tastes. Service/Reception is impeccable. Thank you to all the young staff - professional, discreet and helpful. We visited the larger Alchymist SPA/Hotel to use the spa and we preferred the quietness of Nosticova.

We were treated to a warm welcome with cold sparkling wine, by friendly staff who were always gracious and accommodating without being bothersome. Our Deluxe Gothic room was like something out of a fairy tale and the Italian restaurant had delicious authentic-style pizzas - we felt like royalty at the palace, bravo!

Staff were disappointed because we had already planned out our travels so they couldn't "upsell" us on anything. This made them treat us rather rudely the rest of the trip. Very beautiful and very expensive hotel, but I cannot recommend.

This charming little hotel is just the right size in the just the right, quiet spot to access everything important in Prague. The staff was attentive to every detail and was a pleasure to work with and talk to. I am sure there are cheaper hotels in Prague, bit you cannot beat this one for location, atmosphere and efficency.

We stayed at the Nosticova Palace for three nights in the imperial suite. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The suite was extremely spacious with nice little touches including a grand piano and a little open air area. I loved the tasteful design of the room. It was big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teens comfortably. The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend the imperial suiteto anyone visiting Prague.

We had two rooms - the very large imperial suite and a deluxe double - both were terrific. Larger room even had a grand piano. Both had great beds, bathrooms, and appointments. Hotel is a small boutique hotel on the castle-side of the Charles Bridge - a much quieter and we thought more discerning location for traveler accommodations. It sits next to the Mandarin Oriental in a quiet neighborhood about 3 blocks from the bridge. Wonderful location. But more memorable than the location and roo... Read more

Central location and friendly front desk staff were the positives... Unfortunately it stopped there. We stayed in a junior suite for two nights; the suite was cramped and dated (not period decor, just dated) and the breakfast was woefully underwhelming. We had hoped for a touch of luxury but were confronted we mediocrity of the highest standard. Not sure how this place has won a Trip Advisor recognition award??!

I stayed there for 6 days and I did not like this hotel at all.The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the reception staff were kind and helpful. Not a fan of the location in the back alleys. Did not have a good view(or a view).Breakfast was bad both quality and variety wise .Air conditioning splits were used that would make the room too cold, and make you wake-up like you have a cold.It all felt specially bad in comparison to my hotel in Amsterdam that was the same sort of boutique...
