Cool place, old school, we had a very nice terrace next to river, huge bench of birds singing the mornings. Breakfast was great, and you can enjoy the restaurant next to hotel. The person in charge can't speak English but somehow we could manage easily. It was not a problem. We enjoyed the location also and the bedroom style.

We booked via Booking.com room with terasse by the river which looked amazing but without any notification they wanted to place us to some flat next to busy road with no charm for ridiculous discount. I was calling the hotel just before arrivat to make sure about directions and they did not border to even say there was overbooking. As we arrived and walked throught all city - it is in the very end they thought they can take advantage of us by putting to this bulding still for high price. Meanwhi... Read more

A small hotell in walking distance of the main sites and downtown. Stayed there for two nights in room 1 (first floor, just behing the repception), river view. There was a small TV, safe, fridge (with minibar). Parking was not included (had to pay 10â?¬ per day extra). Had a sperate parking space in the garden what was locked for night.

Excellent and cozy place for a stay in Karlovy Vary. Quiet atmosphere, it is a place for relaxation. Large rooms and very nice decor. Friendly staff. Very rich breakfast bar. Nice restaurant in this hotel. Free wifi.

I was not expecting luxury but I always imagine a pension will provide a clean room. Everything immediately visible was, but the insides of the cupboards and the coffee machine were covered in a thick layer of dust. The water tank of the coffee machine had lime scale and mould floating in it. No one spoke enough English to fix this. We drained it. The bed was broken and a bright light from the river shone through the nonexistent curtains. This also left us very exposed to the public footpath tha... Read more

I have visited this hotel for one night stay (business trip). The hotel is in a historical style - more or less similar to 19th century or Russian style. Nice and clean. Comfortable. Not for the families with small children (my personal opinion). There is an "event. restaurant" Le Marche in this hotel. Very good but expensive meals and drinks.
