Had 1 night here but loved it and wanted to stay longer. The staff were brilliant. So close to the beach too. Evening entertainment was great too. They had a magic show on followed by a quiz. Would happily recommend to others and hope to return again myself

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and 3 years old son. The facilities are very nice. Including swimming pools, sunbeds, kids playground, free car park. Everything is in very good condition, clean and well maintained. Staff is nice and polite. There is a good atmosphere for families with small kids. The sea views are amazing. There is a nice small beach at 2 minutes walk from the hotel with many water sports options. However, there are a few points I think they could improve to make the whole... Read more

Wifi is unstable and annoying sometimes, especially at peak times. The kingsize bed is big enough, but the cover mattress is smaller in size with ten centimeters on both sides, this is an issue at a 4 star hotel.. Reception: found one employee being nice and helpful ( an older lady), the others I spoke with were just not. Genius discount regarding late out check is just a joke at this hotel, you can be charged for extra two hours. Breakfast the same every day, boring after 2 days. Nice room, g... Read more

Arrive on 11th may for 7 nights all inclusive stay, our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel at approx 11.15pm, we were advised that the restaurant was closed and if we hurried we could have a sandwich because the bar was also closing at midnight. The sandwich was obviously pre made and very poor quality. The hotel is extremely clean, staff in general are polite. Very disappointed that you can only eat outside for breakfast . The seating area outside is reserved for the la a carte gue... Read more

My husband and I have just spent a week here and the staff are friendly and the room comfortable and well maintained, there are lots of steps but this shouldn't deter the less able as there are ramps to all areas including the beach, there is a large outdoor pool with children's section as well as an indoor one. Someone else mentioned boring breakfast and it certainly could be better, more fresh fruit rather than tinned would help. We upgraded to All inclusive after a couple of days as there wer... Read more

Why say all inclusive but limit guests? The good restaurants and anything where you sit outside has to be paid for, making it awkward. Split into all inclusive and ultra all inclusive - why not just give everyone the same?! On the last day you lose your all inclusive at 12pm. Never heard of this in my life. Resulting in us spending our final morning disputing with the manager. Food isn't great, particularly because there are so many things you can't have even when you've paid for all inclusive?!... We checked in very late on line and were given a room directly over the roof of the entrance foyer. Even tough, the beach and pool and other facilities were very good. Btw the walk up and down the beach is not considered an issue as mentioned in other posts! However note that the sunlongers and umbrellas on this beach are not part of the hotel and must be rented off a separate company. £2.5 each for the whole day. The hotel tends to cater for wealthier tourist groups from Europe. The breakfast ... Read more

When we booked this hotel through Apollo we read the mostly good reviews at tripadvisor and saw they had a Silver regognition at Apollo we thought we had chosen a good hotel for us , but this hotel was completely WRONG for us as a adult couple without children. To the Hotels defence I do believe that families with small children can have a ok/good vacation at this hotel.. We stayed at the Cavo Maris for the first time in 2011 for our honeymoon, it was absolutely perfect. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough, and the hotel and the rooms were just impeccable. We were all inclusive and I can truly say we enjoyed every meal, there is a massive choice and plenty for all. We returned in June 2015 for my birthday and everything was as amazing as our honeymoon, we treated ourselves (again lol) to a sea view room - stunning, beautiful views, watching the s... Read more

Very nice hotel, excellent for family holidays. Nice clean renovated rooms, very large selection on breakfast, good priced restaurants and bars. Very large pool, steps away from the beach. Only downside was the wifi. Although we were given a code at check-in, the wi-fi kept signing-out, and you needed to re-enter the code, every couple of hours. We were 4 friends, and we all had the same issue. I would also like to mention that the majority of the staff where Cypriots, very polite and speaking G... Read more

We came here 1st time and we liked it. Rooms are very cosy and light. There is all you need for the holliday. The food is rather tasty and not various, but you should take your own juices. There is a very big pool and a PADI diving center. You can lay near the pool, but everything at the sea is for payment. Its not a problem. The pool is very close to the sea. If il come to Cyprus again, il stay here.

This is not a luxury hotel but it is definitely better than other 4 star hotels of the same price range! Its common areas are elegant and its rooms are neat and tidy. Its breakfast menu is also very good and the staff is friendly. It is situated in a beautiful bay called Green Bay and it is ideally located just off Protarasand with easy access to Cavo Greco and Ayia Napa. I am definitely recommending this beach hotel to friends who are looking for a descent and relaxing hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my parents and sister. The staff is very friendly, the quality of the food is fair and the diving center is close. It is worth to mention that the introduction and a real dive (on 10-12 meter) is only ‚?¨75 per person. The hotel offers free drinking water to all guests including the non-all inclusive. The wifi is fair compared to the many users and it is also functional in the room (not only in the lobby area).

A modern, clean Hotel with exceptionally polite and very helpful staff. We arrived just after midnight and they opened the Bar so my family could have a refreshing Pint and made us some sandwiches. The feeling of all at Cavo Maris was to ensure we had a perfect time. The food was above standard, the Keo Beer was chilled to perfection to help cope with the 40 + heatwave outside. Great hotel - not 5 star obviously, but just right for relaxing. Went with family and it has enough to cater for young kids, with a small playground and great kids pool. Food is good. The only thing that might need some improvement is room cleanliness; after we checked in housemaid were slow attending to the room (after lunch time) and cleaning was mediocre. Overall very satisfied and will consider returning.

Our stay at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was very attentive and kind, and being able to have sunchairs on the grass just above the beach and a few steps to a cooling dip was superb. A calm bay shaped beach with sunchairs from the municipality available. However, we did not find the buffé or a la carte up to par. With fully air conditioned rooms, lovely pool area and own beach, The cavo Maris provides a very nice stay indeed. You have a choice of restaurants, entertainment and attractions very close by at the local strip or at the hotel itself. Would highly recommend this hotel even though it's maybe more expensive than some others but you definitely get what you pay for.
