My new wife and I had a most memorable week at the Hilton and the entire island. The staff was the most amazing we have experienced in a long time. All of the staff members went out of their way to make sure we were happy especially the crew of Bligh's Bar. The executive lounge was worth it for waters and an afternoon or evening snack. The property grounds were amazing, their was something for everyone to do. Two beaches, a nice pool and kids pool, workout room and three restaurants. The breakfa... Read more

This trip was our honeymoon but wanted something very low key & curacao is the place to be for that! When you pull up to the resort, its not that appealing. However once you pull up to the outside lobby, it looks more updated and Fresh. The beach is beautiful and clean but rocky when walking into the water. Water is so clear! Our room looked a bit renovated but we were also on the executive floor which i highly recommend you book or upgrade when you can. The food and drinks on the resort was v... Read more

Aging hotel badly in need of an update. Room lacked isolation so neighbours late night conversations were broadcast to my room. Curacao is an expensive island but Hilton takes it to a whole different level of overcharging for pretty much everything. Hotel staff were helpful which was a plus. Location quite isolated so not much choices if you want to dine outside hotel. I do like the Hilton brand and have stayed at many of their properties in different countries-- sorry to say this one did not qu... Read more

I don't know if I just love Curaçao so much it made my stay at the Hilton great. The beach is really small but it is connected to the Marriott beach that is really big and nice. You can use both properties. The swimming and diving at the Hilton is nice also.

Great service and staff, the outside of the hotel looks like a motel and it is off putting. However, when you are inside the hotel it is actually very very nice! Great private beaches and options for pool bars. The Cielo restaurant has awesome food. everyone was very accommodating. The shuttle to the town is a great plus as well!

I happened to travel to Curacao for business and I stayed at the Hilton Curacao Hotel. It is a lovely place, by the sea with, with small but very nice beach and crystal clean sea. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly and warm. I enjoyed a lot the food. We had excellent sea food at Cielo Restaurant all nights we stayed there. I mostly enjoyed the red snapper prepared by Anthony Vernon.

The hotel facade and grounds could use a little updating, but the personalized attention from the executive lounge makes the stay. The ladies working in the lounge become like family and point you in the right direction. I would recommend not eating on site as the food is overpriced a bit and there are many local restaurants that provide good food at cheaper prices.

Our family stayed for a week on the Executive floor with a great breakfast and happy hour provided daily. Our room was beautifully decorated and the property had some awesome amenities. It is an a older hotel but well maintained and if we had an issue the staff was quick to attend to it. Harol at Bligh's bar was a wealth of island information as was Kareen. Be sure to Snorkel the whole length. Food is not too expensive, and several choices Shuttle into town, leaves 2 times a day, so no need for taxi Scenery is great. To start, I will say that without reservation, I recommend this hotel. To enjoy yourself at the Hilton Curacao, you need to set your expectations. This isn't a massive resort property swarmed with tons of people(like the Marriott). It isn't the newest hotel, and it is closer to a 3.5 or 4 star resort than a 5 star resort. The beach may not be the biggest, and the grounds may not be the best kept. What this hotel is, however, is a private, well cared for getaway on a fantastic island in the Car... Read more

Do not get a room above the 4th floor however, as the air conditioning system does not seem to maintain cool that close to the rooftop. We were a bit disappointed when we first checked in and later with our room. It must have been build back in the 60's. But it has been taken care of for sure. With the right architect it could be redone into a very nice modern retro resort. There is room to put up a modern 10 or 12 story tower resort on the same property. This was our anniversary trip and we decided to explore the island of Curacao. Prior to our trip we thought we had conducted a thorough review of everything to do on the island. Our first half day on the island found us frustrated and confused. Choosing to unwind in the Hilton Honors lounge was the best decision we could have ever made, as we fortunately met Journey Ambassador Kareen Rodney! I knew Kareen was going to be a wealth of knowledge as she was proudly displaying a TripAdvisor pin t... Read more

We vacationed here in November 2015 for our Babymoon! I was 6 months pregnant and it was a fantastic trip! We rented a car and traveled the island, which is beautiful! Everyone at the resort was super nice and accommodating the entire stay. The ladies in the executive lounge were amazing! Will definitely return here in the future!

As many people have noted - it is an older hotel. I think that you either love the place or you don't. There really isn't any in between. We stayed here and really enjoyed it. We had an ocean view room and access to the executive lounge. I think that made a huge difference. The view was beautiful. The ladies that staffed the lounge helped us plan our trip and pointed us to amazing, must see sites on the islands. Kareen, Dawn and Petcha - were fabulous island ambassadors. Take the time a... I have visited Curacao on a number of trips, but have always returned to the Hilton. The other properties are ok, but I like this Hilton if I am returning to Curacao. The location, layout, amenities and staff are the appeal for me. I like that the dive operation is onsite and the beach is pretty cool. Mostly I have breakfast, which is comprehensive here, but often choosing to seek out local food for dinner. The food is good here, I just like meeting the locals. This hotel is appropriate for all... It was a time well spent. i was expecting that the hotel would have done something special for guests with birthdays but they didn't, they didn't even seem to notice i checked in on my birthday. I stayed at Hilton in Trinidad for my birthday last year and they noticed and sent me desert. so apart from this the hotel was comfortable.

The hotel is very clean the beaches are beautiful. The restaurants are all outside one of them is waterfront & romantic to see the sunset. The food is very good especially for a full breakfast. The lunch around the bar is delicious but we did not like Italian food very much, I think they should just give fresh fish or grilled steaks, or else local menus which are good. The only thing we did not like was the shuttle ... Read more

I had stayed at Hyatt (now Santa Barbara), Marriott and Hilton. Hilton has a very small beach which I didn't like. Marriott and Santa Barbara is a much better hotel. The hotel room in Hilton is extremely cold which the thermostat doesn't work. The food in the hotel is pretty good but would prefer to walk 5-8 mins to parrot bay to have dinner instead. It's right on the beach, good food and better price. The casino staff is awful, and not friendly. If I will choose again, Marriott or Santa Bar... Read more

Decided on spur of the moment to leave the RCI Adventure of the Seas and spend the day at the Hilton. Staff was great, got us into a Hilton Honors room right away. What a great hotel location on such a beautiful island - just like a post card. Great swimming and snorkeling all around the hotel - great inifinity pool overlooking the bluest sea. So glad we took the chance and went to the Hilton for the day. Only if Royal Carribean and Hilton would hook up and offer a "day use" rate for cruisers... Read more
