The resort is on a cliff looking over a serene beach of white coral sand. The Kura Hulanda Lodge and Beach Club was voted number one property in the Caribbean for snorkeling and diving in 2009 by the Professional Travel Guide. The Kura Hulanda Lodge and Beach Club offers an on-site dive shop that offers snorkeling and scuba diving courses, the dive shop also provides daily trips to the top dive sites in Curacao. Beach and Pool:
The free form swimming pool is set on the cliff next to the ocean with steps leading down to the beach. Offers stunning views beverages and snacks are available through the Christoffel Sunset Lounge complimentary sun beds, towels and umbrellas are available to offer shaded areas.
The resort features a beautiful coral beach with crystal clear blue calm water. A natural reef is located just a few meters off of the shore. Guests may enjoy this fully equipped, on-site dive shop that will arrange a wide assortment of diving courses and excursions. Deep within the cliffs, at the Kura Hulanda Lodge and Beach Club is an indigenous, pre-historic, collection of grottos, commonly referred to as the Indian Cave, a hidden cavern that offers guests the opportunity to explore a variety of mysterious and magnificent rock art. The first human inhabitants of Curacao, the Arawak-Taino Indians, are said to have used these caves as their first shelter and provides a glimpse into Curacao`s vanished past. In addition, the caves contain spring waters, which according to legend have healing powers and were used as a cure for many illnesses by the Indians.
