We stayed one night on our way back from Split, to visit family. Usually, we stay at the Westin, but the Sheraton has been renovated and for the same price or SPG Points, we had a much nicer room and public spaces to use. We were on the 4th floor, which appears to have just recently been updated...great bed, bathroom and amenities (tea kettle, coffee, toiletries, etc.). We always look for a hotel with a good shower and these new rooms don't disappoint...a hand-held shower head mounted on the... Read more

I took a group to this hotel. This has to be the most arrogant hotel I have ever stayed in. Just because it is called a Sheraton it seems to think it is the best, far from it. If you book a single room you get a single bed!!!, The evening buffet meal ran out and was never replenished!!! Breakfast was OK but not the best and between reception and a room a suitcase went missing for 7 hours!!! As the Tour Manager I was blamed by the concierge and when it did turn up there was no apology. Seriously ... Read more

The hotel was located in nice area whereby you can comfortably visit the surrounding area by walk, tram or taxi. I enjoyed the most wonderful view of our tennis courts and of course BBQ fish we had after tennis. The hotel should increase massage facilities because the booking was so tight.

A manager in McDonalds once said that they don't sell hamburgers, rather they sell a 'predictable experience'. This is true for the Sheraton. Professional staff, discrete service and clean, well-appointed rooms. Check out the gift shop in the lobby. They have fridge magnets so you know what city you are in.

I stayed at the Sheraton Zagreb for a conference, and was pleasantly surprised at the location, the room quality, and the friendly service. For locations in Zagreb, you can't beat this hotel. Located only a short walking distance to Restaurant Street, and the ring of parks, it's easy to get around and explore the city on foot. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was recently updated, and tastefully done. I was pleased with the service at the front desk. They were friendly, a... Read more

Located on edge of town center within easy walking distance (10 minutes) of the central square and cathedral. The hotel,is undergoing renovations and our initial stay was on the 2nd floor that was in need of a serious updating with worn hall carpets and spartan furnishings. Furniture was reminiscent of a 1970's Holiday Inn. Second visit was totally different - on the 5th floor which had already undergone renovations. Excellent experience with a shower that I enjoyed so much that I now plan to in... Read more

If you travel a lot and have been a Starwood member for years, you walk into a Sheraton with a certain set of expectations. The Sheraton in Zagreb does not fulfil all of them. While the infrastructure is relatively ok (although it reminds a bit a communist-era office building with those long corridors and cold lights, the furniture in the 70's early 80's style), the rooms are average in size and clean. Only complaint are the small bathrooms and the tin doors, you can literally hear every word ut... Read more

Bedroom itself was well appointed but bathroom badly needed updating and tub was SO deep, a short person could barely step into it. Carpet in the hallway was worn and easy to trip on but it seemed as if our room was in an area about to be refurbished as. Further up the corridor was new carpet and new paint. Lounge and bar area comfortable with friendly staff. Good breakfast with much choice. Tram and train lines nearby and a pleasant 15 minute walk through park to town

I have stayed there 2 times and could definitely recommend it. Being a Sheraton, you can expect certain standards plus it is complemented with great hospitality. The location is good and it is only a few minutes walk to the old centre. The rooms are food sized with comfortable bed and enough space to move around:)

As to be expected of a Sheraton hotel it was well appointed but getting tired. The staff were attentive and helpful albeit slow at times. The room was of a reasonable size, the bed was OK but the bathroom was disproportionately small. As with the majority of hotels in the region free wifi was available but not secure.

The room has been newly renovated so the bathroom, though small and bathroom fittings are nice and clean. Housekeeping is to be commended. Bed and pillows were okay for me but was too soft for my husband. I feel that the quilt is too thick for summer, so the air cond in the room had to be lowered. The pool and spa facilities were disappointing. First of all, it is not easy to locate as you need to walk pass several semiinar rooms before reaching the reception. I stay at the Sheraton on every business trip. The service is outstanding, the rooms are clean. The food is excellent. I particularly enjoy the breakfast buffet. The piano bar is a great place to have a drink and to meet with clients and friends. I highly recommend the Sheraton in Zagreb. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed here for one night while traveling on business. The room was clean, staff friendly and the location convenient for the major sites of the city. The one disappointment I had was with the breakfast offered in the lobby. The quality of the offered buffet and the size of dining area were not as expected from a hotel with that name.
