One of the best locations in Hvar! The view from the rooftop bar is maybe one of the best in Hvar. It overlooks the harbor and is spectacular day or night. This view is perfect for anyone into photography. The walk to the fortress has different views but excellent as well. Had a lunch here with a tour group of 24 and it was good but not great. The breakfast buffet here is great. They have anything that your heart could desire. They even offer lactose free milk. Some of the rooms have ... Read more

A great location - definitely pay for a sea view as its great to see the boats come in and out in the morning. The Top Bar and sun lounging space on the roof are excellent, especially if you just want a few hours to relax in the sun and read a book. Breakfast was also great - a lot of choice and lovely to eat overlooking the harbour. The rooms are a little sterile in my opinion, but they were very clean and our room had disabled access so was really quite spacious. The staff were helpful and l... Read more

We stayed 2 nights during our hiking trip. The hotel was fine, the room a bit small, but convenient. Nice breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff, providing needed items like a converter and very clean and well tended.

My three friends and I found the hotel excellent in many respects. Staff were great, breakfast was excellent and access to the patio on the 1st floor was lovely. Able to overlook the beautiful harbour and sit and talk to friends. The only thing my friend and I found wanting was the design of the bathroom. I think the bathroom was designed with only men in mind with no shelf in the shower big enough to place shampoos and shower gels on together making it very difficult to manage withou... Read more

I wasn't a hotel guest but visited the spa. I had an amazing massage, manicure and pedicure by Antonia. She has amazing attention to detail and my nails looked perfect afterwards. The whole experience was very relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend getting pampered by Antonia! I didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment on the other facilities or rooms.

Stayed for 2 nights in late May, and couldn't be happier with our experience at the Adriana. Our room was lovely, facing directly onto the harbour. Not huge, but perfectly big enough, and stylish. Breakfast was truly incredible, with delicious, local ingredients and lots of healthy options. The staff were all excellent. The rooftop bar and pool are great, and my partner had the best ever massage in the spa. Right in the thick of things for bars, restaurants, boat trips and walks. Highly recommen... Read more

We had our wedding dinner on the VIP terrace on 6th June. It was impeccable service, food was out of this world, excellent wine (recommend the Zlatan cuvée white grown locally on the island). The view at dinner was fantastic & our guests couldn't get over how stunning the whole place was! We had a wedding of 30 guests so the VIP top terrace was a perfect size for this as it kept it intimate. Greeted with welcome drinks & dessert on arrival & I must say the breakfast selection was incredible an... Read more

Afternoon weather in Hvar was spotty so we booked a couples massage spa package and use of the whirlpool. For about $300 total we had an unforgettable hour and a half in paradise. Our masseurs were v. skilled and the view from the private whirlpool was the best!

This was a very modern hotel is probably the best location in Hvar Town. Right on the beautiful marina, nestled in a hillside , great views of the water, boats, people. It's a 4 or 5 story white building. Nice lobby. Great restaurant with outside seating. Food was excellent. The waiters were inconsistent. Most were great but a few were unfriendly and seemed like they resented tourists. Our room was on the 4th floor. Across from a beautiful indoor pool. Not sure why they have an indoor pool, but ... We very much enjoyed a 4 day stay. The hotel is modern, very comfortable with tasty included breakfast. Our room was city view with a smaller view of water, probably better given significant night noise from bar scene. Short walk from ferry, hotel staff met us and trucked our bags. Could easily walk to a huge choice of great restaurants tucked away in side streets. Booked a sailing trip through hotel which took us to a couple islands and was so much fun. Relaxing roof top pool area. Pool is insi... Read more

We stayed in a superior room with a sea view. The room was good. About average size, with good quality products, and a very comfortable bed. On arrival we were unsure where to park so walked to the hotel without our luggage to ask. They then met us at the car with a cart and took our luggage to the hotel, they gave us instructions on where the free parking above the hotel was, which was much closer, just down some steps. The adriana is located in the perfect spot in Hvar. The location is amazing. It is a 2 minute walk to the port and tow most of the eateries in Hvar. We stayed in the sensory suite and it was a nice room but small for a suite. The balcony along with the suite was really huge and nice with a great view for the port. The lighting in the room was very poor and the TV channel selection is ridiculous. There is hardly any kinds channels in english, we were travelling with our 7 yr old. I don't think yo... Read more

Two things that express the details this hotel and staff attend to: cold towels and champagne at reception and the staff not only drove our luggage down to the ferry but much to our surprise, they stood in line for us!!! Spotlessly clean room with an innovative design. Beautiful presentation of a free breakfast that is the best I have seen in all my travels.

The position of the hotel can't be beaten, right on the harbour front, and the customer service is amazing - my husband developed a bad back and they changed the mattress for a harder one! However, some niggles: the room door had to be almost forced open and was not repaired despite two complaints;there was no plug for the sink;the air conditioning would not switch off and we had to leave the window open to warm the room up in 33° heat! the only mirror was on the back of the entrance door in the g... We stayed here for two nights just a few days ago. This is a modern hotel right on the waterfront. Bring your earplugs, as there is a lot of action going on right outside the window. The windows had triple (?) pane glass that really shut out most of the noise, but there was a lot of partying going on. It is that kind of town - like the French or Italian Riviera. It was "yacht week" and all that that implies. It was fun. Our room was so small, but there were a lot of shelves in the closets... Read more

Loved this hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best presentation I have ever experienced. The color theme is a lovely purple, from the carpets to the beautiful glass cabinet doors. The spa services were delightful. I loved the Thai Massage in the beach cabana. There is a salt water pool and a rooftop bar. Another nice perk was the afternoon tea.

This is a 4 star hotel that's actively seeking their 5th star. Located right on the water, less than 5 min walk from the catamaran stop to and from Split, the hotel has a great location on the water (although you must walk approx 5-10 minutes to get to the beach area). The rooms are modern and comfortable with excellent sound proofing, letting you sleep easily without distraction. There's room service and turn down service as well (even a nightly treat with turn down!) On site there is a spa wi... Read more

The hotel is well located. The reception is superb and the service excellent. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are exceptionally small. There is a large indoor pool which is great for swimming laps. It is easy to visit all the wonderful sites of the town from here. There are great views of the port. The breakfasts were very good also. I did not use any of the spa facilities so I cannot common on that aspect of the experience. The wifi was very spotty.

Wow, what an amazing hotel! Although our room on the third floor was a little small, we overlooked glorious Hvar harbour - the sunrises and nightime lights were divine. The service at Adriana was excellent, the breakfast was exceptional - the selection on offer was simply incredible. On the top floor you will find a huge pool, sun lounges and day beds, and a bar - and a view which stretches over the town and towards the nearby islands. if you are visiting Hvar, Adriana is a must.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then don't go here, Havar is a party place full of young people and hostels very noisy at night not much sleep. Also going back to the hotel the rooms are very small, the service on the sun lounge area is very poor if any at all. Also people of the street can use the pool/sun area and the Top bar some times it felt like I was at one of the hostels rather than the hotel which isn't cheap. My family spent two comfortable nights in Hvar at the Adriana Hotel during the crazy Euro Cup finals. It was a nice spot from which to observe the rollicking fun that was Hvar. The décor tends to be a bit "lavender" in keeping with the general theme of the island's favorite flower. Our room had strong lavender mood lighting that was an interesting "Vegas" touch. But all in all, pleased with the service when it was needed, and a helpful front-desk staff that spoke excellent English and was accom... Read more

We left very happy as thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Adriana. Rooms are a bit tight in space but nothing to really complain about - comfy beds and had great sleep. This is a modern hotel right on the harbor in the midst of all the social action and boats, lots of boats from small water taxis to superyatchs. The rooms are ultramodern and, to my taste, raises form above function, especially in the bathroom where every wall and door is clear or frosted glass. It gave me the feeling that I didn't have enough privacy in the bathroom. There was a nice jacuzzi but we didn't use it. Good shower. The hotel is in a great location, right in town. The reception was friendly and the breakfast excellent in terms of range and quality and healthy choices. Staff at reception helpful. However the music from the bar at the top floor can be heard from my room at the 3rd floor. Also the air condition in the room was very weak although the engineering staff track to fix it. There was also a power outage in the island for about an hour and the hotel does not have a standby generator.
