I think I can sum up my experience here in one word: WOW! Due to a rainy day I decided to skip the cloud forest and spend the day here. Amazing location, great variety of hot spring pools to relax it. I think the rain actually enhanced the experience. However, the water temperature is not extremely hot (like a hot tub). For some, this may be an issue, but for me the temperatures were perfect. I do not like extremely hot water to sit in. They also have traditional pools...this is where children... Read more

Wonderful resort with breathtaking views of Arenal Volcano and surrounding jungle. The only drawbacks are weak and expensive cocktails, and the only gratis coffee is in packets in the room with a drip coffee maker. This is Costa Rica-and a luxury resort, I expected fresh CR coffee available in the lobby. Even Super 8 has free, fresh coffee for guests. Great staff and clean rooms.

Literally the best customer service I have ever experienced at any type of hotel/resort /spa. We arrived a little earlier and they were able to accommodate that. We were upgraded to the new building which had the most beautiful balcony including an amazing view, hammock, rocking chairs, table and large jacuzzi. Dixon was our bell boy and oriented us to the inn. It has an amazing view of the volcano. Amazing pools. A fun water slide. And great employees! Such a beautiful place to stay and we had ... This is one of the best resorts I have stayed in. It is so beautiful and the staff are the friendliest and the best at customer service. It is expensive, but you do get your monies worth. The rooms are comfortable and the VIEW is AMAZING of the Arenal Volcano. The pool and all of the Hot Springs are wonderful. They have good restaurants with great views. It is great for families, as well as, couples who just want some privacy. Will definitely go here again.
