"The Royal Corin Hotel/Spa Resort is fabulous!!!! The moment you arrive at the gate you will know you have made the BEST decision of your trip. The breathtaking views from your balcony of the Arenal Volcano, the meticulously maintained flora around the grounds and the three spring fed hot water pools of the hotel are all yours to enjoy. The rooms are all spotless and up to date with a flat screen TV and marble showers with rainshower/shower jet/hand held spray features. The staff could not be any friendlier or more concerned that everything you need is taken care of. We barely got out of our car before the bellman was there to pick up our luggage, calling us by name, and knowing exactly which room we were to be in. The food in the restaurant is exceptionally good and the breakfast buffet is kept hot and fresh for your enjoyment (altho since we were there during the off season it was only open one day. The other days we ordered as we arrived and were served individually). Happy hour in the lounge bar was a nice feature to end a hard day of zip lining (the ECOGLIDE just down the street is the BEST!!!) or climbing the waterfall or cayoneering...all which are close by.
Our trip to the Loto Spa for a Hot Rock massage soothed all the muscles we found that had not been used in a while!!! All in all I am so glad we changed our minds and stayed at the Royal Corin."
