The hotel ground was beautiful, impeccably clean, and volcano Arenal was forever in sight from all angles of the hotel. Our room was in a separate, standalone villa, and there were a table and four chairs on a small patio area right out of the room. We were in villa 6, sitting on our patio, we could see Volcano Arenal and many tropical birds. It was conveniently located about 5k from La Fortuna, right across the street from Baldi hot springs. And it has its own hot spring pools on the groun... Read more

My boyfriend and I found this hotel via trip advisor and are so glad we stayed. The price was perfect, cabins clean, and beautiful property with all different flowers and birds around. The location was perfect to la fortuna and waterfalls. The bonus was the amazing spa, def go for the couples massage as its in a private villa outside the spa around. The sounds of the jungle and light rain was great and the massage was also amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely will be back!

Lovely setting, great hot springs, cabins were lovely and seperate to the rest. Most of the staff were very friendly, with the exception of the restaurant staff. Asking for a slice of toast, was ignored twice and then told it would be an additional cost to the room, I'm not this picky usually, but it did feel a little harsh. Just felt a smile wouldn't go a-miss in the restaurant! Air con in the cabin is restricted to 18 degrees, so be prepared to be warm. Rest of the hotel, grounds, springs,... Read more

We went in November 2015 over the thanksgiving holidays. We stayed here for 2 nights. You. An see the volcano f of far. The rooms are amazing like a small cabin. The real star of the property is the hot springs that you can walk to. They are very private and inviting. Pros: Hot springs View of the volcano Private cabin Farm with animals nearby Cons: Foot at the restaurant is not great. Overall highly recommended.

The pictures you find online don't give this hotel enough credit. The bungalows are beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Very spacious as well. We had a romantic bungalow which was away from the street and very close to the hot springs at the end of the property. A warm welcome with a delicious welcome drink was given and all staff speak fabulous English. The hot springs are amazing: cosy and intimate with a bar that sells great cocktails and snacks. I've stayed here twice. Once five years ago. It was lovely then with beautiful landscaping and delicious thermal hot springs, and nice clean casitas. Perfect for toddlers, gathering eggs and milking cows (see picture of Alejandro attached but seemed to work well for younger teenagers.
