"We decided to take our honeymoon a year after our wedding and the entire experience was spectacular. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not in the system..But somehow everything was cleared up. We had reserved a superior room but because of the mishap the hotel director upgraded us to a bungalow (A big plus for our vacation)... The bungalow was just beautiful... it was exactly what i had seen in the pictures and hoped to be in.... The interiors rooms were spacious, it had everything we wanted...a big kitchen with a refrigerator, dining table... everything was perfect. The bedroom was a huge master bedroom and the bathroom...definitely loved the sink (unique design). Woke up in the morning to such spectacular view of the mountains and volcano...The one negative i had was the fact that it seemed like the bungalow had not been rented out in our while and hence there were some few ants crawling the in the bedroom and then these tiny insects that came around every time we turned on the lights... We spoke with the staff and they came to clean those immediately... that definitely worked out for the vacation. but overall, the room was spectacular and the staff were super friendly.. and oh goodness the food was beyond great....EVERYONE ON COSTA RICA is awesome and definitely a vacation to take and a great place to stay....."

"In a world where everyone has a product to sell, it is those with the customer service skills that stand above the rest. GreenLagoon Falls Park and Lodge is blessed with the staff that has this ablity. From the moment we arrived til closing the door to our car as we left, each member of there crew was spot on with timing, a friendly smile, an attention to detail that was bar none. Being in the service industry myself it is refreshing to find that there are others that can provide for their guest in a manor that comes to them as natural as breathing. These talents combined with the over all beauty of the Lodge nessled into the hillside of the lush green rain forest. Having views of clouds rolling though the forest out one window and the town of La Fortuna in the valley below out the other window, sure makes for an almost Zen atmosphere for those wishing to get away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. Only about 4 mile from town makes it close enough to run into town for a bite or with their resturante on site, deverse menu and reasonable pricing one can just stay on site and watch flocks of Parrots and Tucans while enjoying your meal. Overall this resort is small, very low key, no phones in the rooms, yet does have WiFi for those that just can't seem to let go of the real world. I would give these guys a 10 out of a 10. Think we just made some new friends, look forward to seeing this company and staff succeed and can't wait til we can return."

"Blessed with oustanding views and excellent hospitality this is a one of a kind Resort that without a doubt is match by no one in the world. A great place to enjoy nature while stay in a luxury villa and have excellent food and great friendly service by everyone in the hotel. From the moment we woke up to time we finally went to be at night, there si always something special, something different to appreciate, apeacefull, positive, beautiful paradise sourranded by Birds and Wildlife to admire. Surrounded by Nature, Mountains, Waterfall, Gardens, a Park, this is a perfect place for the family, couples, honeymooners or adventurers. It is a true Expedition base from you could be picked to explore the unmatched number of Nature Activities in one single area, La Fortuna-Arenal."
