The staff at this hotel made us feel very welcome and gave good recommendations on where to eat locally. The complimentary breakfast had lots to choose from and the bar gave generous measures. Traffic is difficult all around Bogota, so if I stayed somewhere else it would be to avoid travel time.

My stay here was amazing. Everything and I mean everything worked as it should. Probably the best shower I've ever had also for water pressure and heat. Spotless clean in a great, safe area. The staff are very professional and the lady Diana was especially great at the front desk. For the price, quality, and location, I'm not sure why you would want to stay anywhere else in Bogota. Great job guys!

I have stayed there for a couple of nights end of May 2016. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast good but not special, the rooms are of average size and clean. Unfortunately it was not possible to open the window, so you have to rely on the AC. Due to the fact that the hotel is close to a Main Street it can be noisy. What is nice though is the shopping area Santa Barbara in walking distance. Also, on Sunday's there is a flee market close by. If you are staying in the hotel make sure to go f... Read more

I arrived shortly before midnight and still I was greeted freshly by the receptionist. They even arranged a late dinner for me! The room was super-clean and functional. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is especially good when you have to go North of Bogotá (Boyoca for example) by avoiding the bad traffic in the morning. I can fully recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent. The location is perfect for Business and shopping; there are many restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was awesome; they had fresh fruit and delicious Colombian empanadas. The gym has a beautiful view of Bogota when you are working out on the treadmill.

BE AWARE - YOUR WILL BE CHARGED THE 16% IVA tax even if you are a foreign visitor and Colombia does not require the payment. The property will tell you to get your refund at the airport and this is not correct. ... 16% of a couple of day stay can add up --- so unless you want to pay a 16% surtax on your stay stay clear of This property!!

I was looking for a clean, modern and new hotel in Usaquen. I visited 4 different hotels and decided to stay in this one because it had the best location and the best bathrooms. The rooms are small which is comon in bogota. But the decor and the service are amazing. The breakfast its included and is a nornal breakfast buffet style with eggs, breads, fruit, cereals, etc. Usaquen has amazing places for breakfast like la tienda del cafe and abastos. But they all open at 9. We wake up early so it... Read more

This is a small hotel in a great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of great restaurants and stores within walking distance. Rooms are very clean and quiet with great views of the mountains. Breakfast included, could be a little better, but it seems to cater to the American tastes.

Very nice hotel situated a great part of Bogota. Usaquen is a district known for great restaurants and fine cuisine. Hotel is also close to a nice shopping center built around an old hacienda. Part of the hacienda was used to house certain specialty shops. Hotel itself is very modern, clean and nicely decorated. You can't beat the price you get when booking through Hilton webpage. Breakfast was very good. Everything you would want is provided as well as eggs made to your liking. The staff... Read more

Second time at this hotel this year. The rooms are a little small but the excellent service by the staff and location in the beautiful Usaquen neighborhood more than make up for it. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby, safe neighborhood and only two blocks to the Santa Barbara mall.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton by Hilton Bogota. The location was very convenient, breakfast was awesome and the best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bogota on a business trip.

Very good option to stay close of Teleport complex with several options (all good ones) of restaurants and near to Usaquen park and local market. Secure hotel with gym, fast internet and good breakfast included for very affordable price.

Nice staff , good working internet, clean modern room., etc. It was a pleasure staying there. The location is right in the historic Usaquen district. Even the "free" breakfast was good. I have booked to stay at this Hampton.

Staff doesn't speak English well. The "concierge" service is almost non-existent they sent me into the worst part of Bogota where people told me I should leave because it's dangerous for tourists. All they did is say go to the center of the city and walk when asked for specific location they repeated the same thing like a broken record. cleaning service will just throw away your personal items if they think it's trash even though it's not. If you're cold the only option for heating is small port... Read more

First, the rooms are pretty spartan. Not a big deal to me, but may be for some folks. But the breakfast, which was very good and varied every day, the workout room (not big, but had enough equipment to get you a workout), and the location (close to our company's Bogota office and more importantly, lots of good restaurants), made up for that. And the price was VERY reasonable. Recommend you give this a try if the location works for you.

The hotel is located in one of the, if not the, best communities in Bogota. Restaurants are everywhere within two blocks, as the local park. On Sundays the Mercado de los Pulgas (flea market) which is unlike any flea market you have ever seen due to the high quality of products offered for sale, runs for blocks and starts only one block from the hotel. The friendly staff will do anything you request to make your stay perfect.

The rooms were ver clean, well located near beach, helpful bell boy by the name of Jorge. However, the reception desk can work on being more welcoming and improve on continental breakfast by offering to cook other items besides standard buffet.

Basically the most average you can get. Everything was fine with my stay but not a fancy high end hotel at all. Which is fine if you're going for cheap easy etc. Id probably stay here again considering how cheap it is. Not far from many local attractions. Staff was friendly & spoke English so that was a plus.

Staff was ok helpfully but not friendly, breakfast could be better, room was clean and had a view of usaquen, hotel is far from turístic points but has a small center around with many expensive restaurants.
