First, the hotel is located real close to Usaquen Old Town and the Santa Barbara Shopping center ( 2 minutes). The rooms are clean but tiny. We have 2 double beds and there is barely 26" from the edge of the bed to the front of the desk. I should also mention that there is no place to sit other than the beds and the desk chair, which is OK. They serve a decent buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, arepas and rice with sausage, plus coffee, juice and fruit. Very clean, very secure. You ha... Read more

Hotel is well located in a nice neighbourhood of Usaquen with restaurants and a shopping centre steps away. Hotel staff are very nice and friendly and theyve helped with everything we asked. If you want to go to the city centre best way is a taxi which costs around 15000 cop to Simon bolivar main square. Rooms arent massive but a good size for 2-3 nights for a couple. Bathroom is small but shower is really good.

This is a great place to stay right at historic Usaquen. Perfect for international travelers. Great restaurants within walking distance. Very safe neighborhood even at night. 2 blocks from shopping mall & the W hotel.

The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is near Usaquen which has a mall nearby, a nice market on Sundays and Colombian crafts stores. Breakfast was really good; they also offer local fresh fruit. Overall the price was great for the quality of service received.

Great hotel, perfect area!! The hotel is new so it's very nice. However, although this brand is a 2 to 3 star hotel in the USA, it's a 4 to 5 star hotel in Colombia. Very nicely decorated, professionally trained staff to help you with all your needs. This is in no way comparable to a Hampton Inn in the states. Let me say this... the breakfast is phenomenal..nothing compared to the powdered eggs served in the USA. The hotel is centrally located and is close to Usaquen, a quaint and bohemian... Read more

Staff was ok helpfully but not friendly, breakfast could be better, room was clean and had a view of usaquen, hotel is far from turístic points but has a small center around with many expensive restaurants.

Basically the most average you can get. Everything was fine with my stay but not a fancy high end hotel at all. Which is fine if you're going for cheap easy etc. Id probably stay here again considering how cheap it is. Not far from many local attractions. Staff was friendly & spoke English so that was a plus.

The rooms were ver clean, well located near beach, helpful bell boy by the name of Jorge. However, the reception desk can work on being more welcoming and improve on continental breakfast by offering to cook other items besides standard buffet.

The hotel is located in one of the, if not the, best communities in Bogota. Restaurants are everywhere within two blocks, as the local park. On Sundays the Mercado de los Pulgas (flea market) which is unlike any flea market you have ever seen due to the high quality of products offered for sale, runs for blocks and starts only one block from the hotel. The friendly staff will do anything you request to make your stay perfect.

First, the rooms are pretty spartan. Not a big deal to me, but may be for some folks. But the breakfast, which was very good and varied every day, the workout room (not big, but had enough equipment to get you a workout), and the location (close to our company's Bogota office and more importantly, lots of good restaurants), made up for that. And the price was VERY reasonable. Recommend you give this a try if the location works for you.
