This has been one of the best vacation ever!!! My wife and my self's expectation were exceeded by the great service, good food and quality of the facilities in this hotel, we had the chance to take a pick at few other hotels in the Island and Isleño is the best one by far, we will definitely be back!!!

This was finally a good hotel of Decameron. Good Food, Excellent bar, nice pool and a beautiful beach. Great room just the air condition and the sealing of the shower wasn't in the best condition. And the wifi is very slow and not everywhere available (in the room).

If you are looking for a wonderful hotel, great service, delicious food, and spectacular beach front property, this is the place for you!!! The hotel was clean, fresh looking, and had a very friendly helpful staff. We had a room with breath taking views of the ocean. The buffet was always excellent, with a variety of different dishes, and irresistible desserts!!! We were extremely happy to have had this experience!! We highly recommend this hotel, and hope some day to return. Kevin & Cata From A... Read more

Is the best All Inclusive Hotel in the island, once you are here you're not going to move to other hotel. If you don't want to make a line to reserve another place to dinner or have lunch don't do it this hotel has the best restaurant. I don't rate it 5 stars because it doesn't have variety in shows and the ones taht they have are only music shows, you better go to another Decameron hotel to get a better night show.

Room spotless and well maintained. Bed about as large as I've ever seen. 3rd floor view over the pools and to the sea. Breakfast impressive - excellent selection of warm/ cold dishes, juice, fruit and cereals. Great coffee! Good range of activities but beware they have a strange booking system for restaurants and beach tents which requires you to queue up in the early hours of the morning to book! Not easily understood or explained to foreign guests although the Colombian guest don't ... Read more

Spend 4 days and 3 nights at this resort hotel that is all inclusive...and what a trip it was. This hotel is great with beach front access and boardwalk into the El Centro! The staff are very warm and helpful. Your all inclusive includes access to the other Decameron hotels on the island, which takes half a day to circumnavigate if you make a couple of can stop at all the Decameron's along the way! The rooms are comfortable and most have beach front access. The food and drinks are ... Read more

Nice hotel with beautiful lobby and decor. Great food. Liquor assortment is good, with well known brands, but don't expect great cocktails, it's just an all inclusive hotel. The system for givin out pool towels and assigning beach chairs is ridiculous and cumbersome. Also, be prepared to spend an hour or more trying to get a reservation for dinner at the other hotels. They don't make it easy for you!

We Visited San Andres for 4 days and we spent the first two nights at a hotel on the downtown area since isleno was not available for all the days we were there. Once we arrived to Isleno it was like we arrived at paradise. This hotel is amazing! the lobby is lovely, the pool areas are great and very inviting to small children. My 4 year old son had an amazing time at the pool since some areas of the pool only reached his knees. The food at the buffet was delicious, no comparison to the other ho... Read more

Service. Excellent, the staff (even the security guards) is efficient, friendly and strive to accommodate reasonable requests especially the staff serving the main restaurant they are the best of the hotel! Room. The best rooms are those overlooking the beach, the scenery is lovely, but avoid rooms that open directly onto the street because on the first floor there is a casino that plays music until 4:00 a.m. with an unbearable volume, select rooms with sea view near the pool it is quieter. Hotel is very nice, food very good BUT customer service is bad REALLY BAD!! Specially the person seen on the picture, he is supposed to be number one on command but company should pay for him to get some kind of training on how to talk to people. He just did not give a Crap about anything.

I spent one week in this hotel, from August 16-22. The check in time was excessive long, we arrived at the hotel lobby by 13:00 hours, but get my room at 5:15 pm. This necessarily need to be improved. The a/c did not work properly, and have complaint to reception desk since day number one. At day number four, was not fixed, and just give up complaining. Restaurant food was Ok, but need more variety. Had two food isles which is not enough for the large numbers of persons. Bar was well assorte... Read more

Where to start - I usually hate giving a bad review but I feel like I have to on this one! First off, we had to change rooms because the AC in the first one was so loud and obnoxious, they were actually nice about this and upgraded us to an ocean front instead. The room however needs some TLC as it has mold all over the ceiling and the AC is also very noisy. I was very shocked about this but they do not offer guests any kind of chairs or umbrellas at the beach. At about US $300 a night, I'd expe... Read more

We arrived to San Andres around 11am on a Sunday morning. Walking outside we were asked if we had a voucher for a shuttle. We did not. We used and apparently we're not given the option. Anyways we found a cabbie that charged us 5 bucks to go 4 feet to the left. Great. We went to check in and asked about staying an extra night and apparently they do not handle the reservations at the hotel itself......? So we would have had to call the reservation line to extend our stay. No thanks. ... Read more

Amazing hotel in a great location, you have the beach in front of you, and it takes nothing to walk there, clear and warm water. The hotel has a delicious breakfast, has plenty of food, and also the dinner was delighful. I made a couple of friends with the Staff, they were very friendly and we got some drinks together. I totally recommend you to stay there.

We usually stay at $50-$60 per night hotels, but at the last 3 nights of our vacation we went to the Isleno. The Isleno looks much better than all other all inclusive hotels that we saw in San Andres but we don't think it worth the cost (more than $300 US a night). The food was nice (but not amazing..) and there a lot of options, but for $30-$40 for a couple you can get much better dinner/lunch in restaurants there. and same for the alcohol and cocktails. The room was nice (but not amazing..) wi... Read more

The hotel has a good location, even if is next to the airport is not noisy, the best thing is the beautiful beach and pool, the service is a little bit sloppy, the rooms have some manteinance issues. The weakest link is food and beverage, they sell you this hotel as the best of the brand in san andres, however the food is very average, if you stay for a couple of days it gets repetitive. Be far away from they "Japanese restaurant " is terrible, try the steak restaurant from the aquarium and the ... Read more

Excellent hotel, with 5 day and 4 nights is perfect, remember to reserve the restauran very early, around 7am and also the tent for the beach, remember that in Colombia you have to pay this. Please remember to reverse with the view to the beach

There were so many constant issues.... anytime I asked staff, they were pissed off that I didn't speak Spanish even though I was assured the front desk is fluent in English. First of all, my flight was late getting in because of heavy rain. When I arrived at the hotel, they walked me to my room on the top floor on the farthest building from the bar/dining area/front desk. I tried to do some important work for my graduate studies, but apparently the wi-fi is non-existent. When I told the front ... Read more
