The hotel is well located, the place is not too noisy but you can find restaurantes, bars and casinos nearby. The only thing we didn't like was an empty bar, not all rooms coint with a full loaded bar

This hotel is located out of the centre which, at first, I was not sure about. I changed my mind. I loved this hotel and the location was close to the metro stop Floresta so not a problem for getting into the centre. I actually found the centre to be crowded and not so clean. I had a room at the front of the hotel as it was the only one available. I would recommend getting a room towards the back. I was pretty happy with this hotel. a) it is very reasonably priced b) it is clean and every room has a kitchenette c) it is a a safe, middle class neighborhood near a metro station d) dining and shopping in this neighborhood was good and cheaper than in Poblado e) has nice, helpful staff, especially Camilo who speaks perfect English f) has good breakfast My only complaint is the poor wifi signal in my room; but who goes to Medellin to sit in their room? I still recommend...

The hotel was nice. I stayed for 15 nights. Everything was up to par. Victoria the front desk lady was the best, very nice and helpful it's too bad she is not working there anymore. Carlos was also wonderful. There was one other young lady that worked at the front desk that never seemed happy, it was like it was forbidden for her to smile or something. Anyway, the hotel is close to the Metro, the cleaning staff are great, breakfast is pretty much the same every day. I have no complaints.

Nice hotel in the La Floresta/La Americana neighborhood in Medellin. Working class neighborhood near the soccer stadium. The room was fine, service was good. Well priced. There are a few bars and places to eat right outside the hotel, which was nice. You will have to taxi to most other social places in the city, about 10-15 minute drive to the more affluent areas.
