I stayed at the hotel with my family and the hotel has been a wonderful experience for us. The service is outstanding and staff are very friendly and always trying to help. Rooms are good. I stayed in a twin bed room with complimentary water, tea and coffee. It has beach access. Taxi rides to walled city is 10 minutes away costing 14.000 Colombian Pesos. Breakfast buffet was very good and with a great variety of hot and cold choices and different choices every day. Price was also good compared t... Read more

The personnel at this hotel is super friendly and the hotel is very organized, clean and they keep a constant upkeep to ensure everything is in order. Everything needed to make this stay pleasurable was in part due to the staff. The rooms, the pool, the Jacuzzi the restaurants were excellent. We could not have asked for more. The hotel although a little far from the center of the city is close enough by cab. The airport is nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel on your next stay in Cartage... Read more

Great service and facilities. The hotel is a very short drive from the airport and right on the beach. We took an uber into the walled city as well as the surrounding neighborhoods and it was never more than 11, 000 pesos or $4. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Had a wonderful stay. Courteous and happy staff. Beautiful decor all over and great view!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Loved the amenities, included breakfast is great!! Detox juice is just delicious. Roof top poolside has a beautiful view of the ocean. You really don't have to leave the hotel at all. Evening drinks at the bar is just exciting with great music!!

This hotel has an excellent location if you want access to the waterfront. The rooms, staff, and restaurants are excellent. The only disadvantage is that it takes a taxi ride to get to the other main attraction of Cartegena - the Old City.

We went for a family celebration and we were all very pleased with the hotel, it is contemporary, right at the beach, rooms are very comfortable, service is excellent and breakfast buffet is amazing, including typical food from the Colombian coast plus regular breakfast options. Pool is very nice and they also have a roof top jacuzzi area with a nice spa. The Radisson Cartagena is located 15 to 20 minutes by cab from the old town on the beach front. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The pool is a bit small but it still perfectly ok to chillout. I recommend it for couples or solo travelers who want to stay at a peaceful place.

Our stay at the Radisson was excellent. It is a first class hotel, totally dedicated to the well being of the guests; extremely acomodating. Our stay started "on the right foot" from the moment we arrive. Our room had been upgraded to a Junior Suite with a great view. Everything was impeccable and the staff from the front desk to the maids, waiters, barmen, were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who visits Cartagena,

Amazing hotel just 10 mins from the old city. You get the best treatment and top standards in this beach front property while being just 10 mins away from the old City. Look for Sandy the bellman, he is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Hotel seems new and well maintained! Staff is very friendly. It is about 15,000 COP from the airport to the hotel which is very cheap. I enjoyed the amenities and the closeness to the beach. The location is a further away from the old city and restaurants but worth the stay.

Radisson is a good brand and this hotel delivers what you would expect. Spacious, cool, well-appointed public areas and bedrooms. Staff courteous and efficient. we arrived early but there was no problem getting immediate access to our room. Similarly we had no problem getting a bit of an extension to check-out time on leaving. This was only possible because the hotel was fairly quiet but, even then, not all hotels can be so readily obliging. The breakfasts were great and the pool-side food was ... Read more

My wife and I spent almost a week in this hotel and we felt frustrated because: 1. It is far away from the city center and each ride is around US$ 10 (taxi drivers want to rip you off, especially if you are a foreigner). 2. If you are a smoker there are not smoking areas in the hotel. 3. They lock the access gate to get to the beach after 18:00, security tells you it is unsafe to walk after that time. 4. They woke me up twice at 8 am by knocking on the door. My advice: stay downtown in the cit... Read more

Average, slow check-in, very bad breakfast and food in general, surprised that this level of restaurants is accepted by Radisson, we tried both breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar at pool area. Very high prices for food and beverage. Pool area old, sun chairs from the 70's. Complicated when your 3 adults, we never got towels for three, extra bed under all discussion.

This place is overrated among hotels in Cartagena. It is dirty and clearly has poor management in reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Especially the evening manager at reception. Breakfast is really bad and slow. I saw bugs on my table and needed to move twice. Also, you need to wait about 30 minutes to get scrambled eggs. I was given a room with a window completely stained. To be honest we were very disappointed with this hotel as it is not up to the same standards as other Radisson hotels around the world. Only one restaurant which was more like a cafe than a restaurant with hard wooden chairs.
