I can't not say enough good things about this hotel. My girlfriend had major plastic surgery and the hotel staff was very accommodating to our needs. I needed a room unexpectedly due to the Nurse having to say the night. Stephanie (front desk employee) was able to give me a room right across the hall from my friend making life easier for everyone. When something was needed in the room it was done right away. The cleanliness was impressive. I saw one of the staff cleaning the lobby marble walls w... Read more

If you are looking for someplace comfortable, modern and inexpensive, this is it. It was about $50 a night. Pros: can book and pay ahead through tripadvisor, if you are hesitant to use your card abroad, great staff (especially Jenny, the bartender at the restaurant at the top floor), sharp and modern interior, nice king-sized bed, clean, reading lights on each side of bed, flat-screen TV with plenty of offerings in English if you turned off the voice over; ample breakfast included (includes gre... This hotel is a really good deal it usually has good rates and offers nice rooms in a great location in Bogota, just a few steps away from Usaquen, a traditional neighborhood and now offers multiple restaurants and bars and a really special flea market on the weekends. the breakfast is really nice and is served at the terrace offering nice views of the city.

The room was cleaned with the exception of the shower draining, and looked renovated as well as the lobby area. However I will try to avoid the "new style" hotels in Bogota. Many of them, this one included, pretend to have a modern design but this means you'll have no privacy at all when going to tha bathroom. It has a glass wall that even if doesn't allow you to see allows you to hear everything. The basin is not fully separated from the bed area so that you can also be heard when you wash your... It just worked for us. I wanted an affordable place, right in Usaquen (to enjoy the town, restaurants, and flea market), and it was perfect for that. The beds are a little hard and the breakfast buffet was not great, but the service was hospitable and accommodating.

Located in the Central of Bogota, this is a nice and decent place , it's more of a business hotel with a lot of restaurants within walking distance from it. The rooms are of reasonable size and the toilets are also of good size. The staff is good and helpful and has very good security.

Beautiful new hotel. Great location, safe neighborhood; close to the hospital and medical clinics. Very quiet, clean rooms, comfortable beds and reliable fast internet. The restaurant menu and buffet are excellent, delicious cuisine. Best of all are the kind and professional staff. Yenny, Pablo, Myra, Erika, Luz Marina, the front reception staff and everyone else. We will definitely stay here again.

When visiting friends in Bogota, this hotel is my place of choice to stay. Staff is always very friendly. While some rooms may feel compact, they are very clean, quiet, and have rain shower heads in bathroom, GREAT location to shopping and restaurants. Felt very safe.

All staff was accommodating and friendly. It was central to locations, easy for transportation close to restaurants & bars. Even a small supermarket across the street. There is a nice restaurant upstairs, for me breakfast was the best!

We stayed a couple of nights there and enjoyed the place. The location helped us to save a lot of time, because it is north of town and we could easily hit the road to drive to Zipaquira and Chia (must do), also being close to the east side of town we could access roads with less traffic to go downtown and avoid traffic. The view at the restaurant is really nice and rooms comfortable. I forgot to mention.... Really cheap and worth it.

Totally dissapointed by the customer service provided by this hotel. I found a deal in Groupon and called to ask if there was availability for the night. They answer yes and suggest I continue with the process. When I make the purchase groupon says it will take two days to process the payment. I call back the hotel and they happened to know that, but didn't tell me. I ask them to tell me how much would it cost then to book directly with them. They give me a full price and suggest I go to booking... Read more

The room is clean and with modern details like the faucetts, shower, lamps. But in the other side the sink is incorporated in the same bedroom, next to your bed. it is isolated by just a slim separator. The matress is very hard in my opinion . The second night I had to put pillows behind the bed sheets. The restaurant is good enough but only works until 9:30. After that you may be could get to buy some simple sandwichs. The location is good and the employees really want to be friendly.

The front desk was very helpful and provided great service when needed. The hotel food was decent and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is also located in a safe area. There is a great flea market nearby and several restaurants with good prices. I would definitely stay here again.

3 night visit turned out to be a nightmare. If I had not paid in advance I would have checked out after the first night. Front office can manage with English but rest of the staff just do not speak English and as a foreigner I got stuck in every step. Breakfast is horrible, it's basic and just one server and I guess she keeps jumping around the property from ground floor to the top floor. The coffee start ion near the front office is poorly stocked. Either no coffee or no cups or no sugar or no... Read more

The room was very clean, customer service was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We were very pleased and the price was very reasonable for the cost in Colombia. There were restaurants very nearby. As with any big city, always be diligent regarding safety.

This was a nice Hotel. The check in was fast and I was given room 409. The room was clean and modern although a bit small. It had a electronic safe and a shower with no tub. The bathroom door, glass, would hit the toilet if you pushed the door in instead of pulling it out. The room had a small fridge and a minibar where you can drink and eat if you consume anything. The top floor has a decent restaurant and the included breakfast was up there. Here is the odd thing? When I went in the roo... Read more
