Stayed in this hotel 2 times in October while traveling Colombia. It's great value and has a good location down town close to museums and La Candelabra. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was on the top floor and had an amazing view over Bogotá. We even skipped Monserrat because we felt we already had the view in hour hotel. All in all a great stay.

I stayed 5 days at this hotel and I as very please. From the moment you come in they have a good service. People are very nice. The location it's great for business. You can easily move to north or south from this point. Also very close to airport. The room have a lot of space, clean and comfortable. The restaurant service and th food also very good. I have no complaints. They also have a taxi driver that they can call for you and will help your trip specially if you have to move around. Honest ... Read more

Hotel is clean and simple. Our twin beds were VERY uncomforable, squeaky, and the headboard makes alot of noise. Know some Spanish, no one in hotel speaks English. The hotel is centrally located in Bogota. The streets at night around the hotel are not places you want to be. Convenient mass transit right across the street. Several taxi drivers told us how if beggars come up to the window and you dont give them change they will take the mirror off the car. Uber taxi service is functioning ... Read more

The Hotel is near many different nice locations for visit with the Monserrate mountains about 15min walk away. About 30min by taxi from the airport. The free breakfast is quite limited, also the free internet gets disconnected every now and then. There is almost no traffic from outside the hotel from 9pm and there is security at every corner of the street from 4pm until late. Behind the hotel is a bit shady, but you dont need to go there. The streets are loud during the day as it is the main st... Read more

Excellent location. Short walk to the National Museum and many other sites. Amazingly efficient and friendly staff. They don't speak English but bend over backwards to help you using Google translate. I had a minor problem with the bathroom faucet that I mentioned it to the staff. They had a plumber repairing the problem within 15 minutes! Room was very clean. The mattress was firm and they had a selection of pillows that included my favorite "memory foam". I slept like a baby. WiFi was e... Read more
